If I had to describe my experience here, I would say it felt like my face got dragged through a dirty sewer. I came away with a dirty feeling and a foul odor. Unless you want to feel the same I'd recommend staying away from this shady place. Also, do your due diligence on these cars. NOT the most reliable. They have a lot of recalls and their technicians are poorly trained as well the rest of the staff. I give this company 5 years tops before they go belly up. read more

I recent leased a 2025 Grenadier Wagon from Rusnak of Pasadena Ca. I previous leased a Land Rover Defender in 2022 for Rusnak of Anaheim Hills (fab experience there, too), and it was time for a new car so I was shopping all viable options and dealerships in So Cal. I scheduled a test drive with Chris (Sales Professional) at Rusnak Grenadier in Pasadena. Upon arrive was warmly welcomed by Chris. Chris is knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. No games, just the car and the deal I was looking for. The entire process was quick and easy. The GSM, Barby, was efficient and pleasant, making quick work of the process. I added side running steps to my Grennie and the service advisor, Efraim, was equally amazing. He had the running boards installed, had the rear seats detailed, and went out his way to gave me a 4x4 Friday cloth ring chain (don't get me started on the lack of goodies provided). PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING A USED CAR HERE!! Everything started out so well, I was so excited about my new (to me) car. Then the problems started arising. Within a month I had to replace the battery. Then I'm contacted by Rusnak saying my license plate was being held up because I needed to get it smog checked. How was this vehicle sold without a smog check!? Oh but they'll reimburse me for it, ok fine no problem. Smog checks are easy. Nope! Because I just replaced my battery I had not reached my drive cycle so I would need to come back and do it again. I go back a couple weeks later and it passes. Yay, reimbursed for both smog checks great! WRONG. I then get another email saying the DMV needs the VIN verified. Again, how was this vehicle sold without this being done!? I'm new to this, I have no clue what VIN verification requires. They say I can get it done through AAA so I head there and get turned away. I then make an appt at my local DMV and wait two hours just to be told I didn't need to wait and that I was to go in a different line. Cool. I mail them the document and things are finally running smoothly. I manage to get my plates a week before the temp ones expired. Now during this time I had been dealing with a leak in one of my tires. Thinking it was something I had done, I wasn't too worried as it was gradual and I had no problem adding air myself. Now that snow/off road season is here I needed to get the leak sealed so I took it in to get repaired. Come to find out the tire had a puncture that had been "repaired" with a gummy plug. Most likely done by the previous owner but this type of plug is not made for car tires. This type of plug also cannot be repaired/replaced so I am now faced with the cost of replacing one tire and possibly ruining my alignment(another additional cost) or buying ALL 4 new tires. I'd like to believe Rusnak was not the one that applied the gummy plug but even then I cannot believe how poorly this vehicle was inspected by them. The puncture is in the middle of the tread meaning if it had been properly inspected, like they claim to do so well, it would've been found and dealt with before it became my problem. Overall, yes I'm so happy to have this vehicle but I just want people to be aware so that this doesn't happen to them. Even if you think you're being annoying, ask all the questions, check all the nooks and crannies on the car, and cover all your bases. Giving an extra star because they were willing to reimburse me for the smog checks and battery which helped lessen the blow. read more

I was charged $957.70 for my 1st Service (10K) when I should have only been charged $395 per their advertisement. I respectfully request a refund of the difference or an explanation on why I was charged more than double what all other Rusnak Ineos customers pay per your advertisements. Unbelievable how terrible my experience was with Derek. There was no one at the dealership...almost an hour before closing and he must have somehow assumed that I wasn't going to buy one today so he completely ignored us for about 10 minutes and when he decided to come up and start talking he was unbelievably condescending about every question I asked. It was surprising how uncomfortable he made it with his demeanor towards me and basically rushing me to get out of there. Never will I ever spend a penny with Rusnak.
