After 2 months of ownership I found information of a major repair done to my car that was never disclosed to me upon delivery. With 16 miles on my car before taking delivery the high voltage battery was replaced which is the main battery pack on the car. If I would have known this I would have kindly waited for another VIN car. How is it okay to have a 10K-20K repair done at the dealership without sharing that the car comes with a service record? I understand small repairs or imperfections as this is our 3rd Tesla but this is a major component. Usually or at least in the past tesla would install a reconditioned battery but my service record does not say. I was promised a call back yesterday by a manager 1/16/24 but they never called! I will update my experience when resolved. read more

So my tire was damaged on a trip and is losing air, I have purchased over 2000 dollars worth of tires here. I was advised by Tesla service department that the tire was protected so l brought it in. When I got the Tesla signal hill the guy didn't even take 5 seconds before he started with "the DX number was scratched off, now I had damage to my tire and the rim, but I felt he was accusing me of scratching it off, he then claimed they were balding, but my tires passed uber inspection. So how is it Possible that it passed an inspection for a rideshare platform just a few days ago but now it's too bald to replace. Worst experience ever and I was an employee so I know this is no way to treat a customer, especially when you I paid for services like warranty in case of such matter read more

Quite happy with this location. The staff is nice. They took great care of me when I purchased a new 2024 Model X.

Bro they take forever to service vehicles, picking up the cars takes super long compared to other locations, and the employee won't let me super charge for 5 min so I can get a few miles to the other charger. Dude said go to Lakewood, like bro I can't make it to Lakewood with what I got rn and bro did not care. read more

Most of the people who work here are unprofessional. After waiting 20 minutes to get my vehicle checked in, someone with crazy body odor finally looked up my appointment, checked if the rear motor disabled alert was under warranty, and said it will take more than a day to replace an inverter. He offered a loaner vehicle so that I have something to drive as he said it could possibly take until next week to finish the repair. While I waited 15 minutes for my loaner and the new key card for it, another service person came out and asked me to move my own vehicle that I already checked in so that he can get his customer's loaner vehicle out of a parking spot. Wow, I thought, I wonder if I need to ask if I should pull it into a service bay and get to work. But then I saw why. He was hurrying to get his customer into a newer looking Model X plaid loaner while I waited for my 70k mile Model 3. Mind you that that customer and I brought in the same Model Y. I also wonder what algorithm decides which customer receives which loaner. At 6:27pm, I get a surprise text that my vehicle is done! The text also states that I can collect my vehicle "after-hours", which I thought was anytime. I drove back to the service center at 9:30pm, and I couldn't locate my vehicle. The metal gates that block the driveway were locked. So I drove back home and waited until the next day. I came back and I still couldn't locate my car after driving through the entire parking lot. I checked the car cameras to see if I can identify any familiar scenery. I notice that the car is facing an empty dealership showroom. I go to the dealership next to Tesla's and finally find my car in an empty segregated parking lot. I'm not sure if this property is even part of Tesla, but nothing was noted in the text. Elon Musk should employ his AI robots soon to help out these service centers. read more

This place has horrible customer service. What car dealership has nobody to answer a sales call. Literally trying to buy an 80k truck. Then it says hours are open till 8pm and I get the after hours voicemail that says please try again later at 6pm. read more

My Tesla alerted me about my tires. I had no idea what it could be - low pressure, nail in my tire, defect tire - who knows I drove my car to Tesla and Rick was able to accommodate me on a busy day! I would not recommend this because they had a long line of cars but he was able to quickly take my car to the back and check my tires to let me know the indicator was for low tire pressure. Not only did he did a check but he also filled my tires with air and on top of that educated me on the diff air pressure. Thank you Tesla signal hill!! read more

Steer clear of this service department just a bunch of crooks!!!!!!!!!! I called the Torrance Service Center the next day and was told all they had to do was probe the car for an update. I didn't even have to go into the service center at all. The car was sent a software update while I was at work and once it was installed the lights were working. Further solidifies the lack of product knowledge or sheer disregard for customers who entrust their needs to this particular location. I was quoted almost $500 (service rep made sure to mention the 'labor cost') to fix this issue and was told it would take almost two hours. I ended up paying $0 and was able to resolve this issue from work. Reach out to Santiago from Tesla Torrance if you have any service needs because you may be robbed blind at this location!! read more

I don't know how the selling department is with this place, but I don't recommend this service center. I have been coming to this center a few times so far and won't be back again. I brought my Tesla to this place since there' something weird about the brakes. At first they told me that it was very common with any Tesla but they would check it for me. I had to leave the car there and pick up the next day. After a few hours later they texted me telling that the car was ready for pick up. They kept texting constantly but I couldn't come because of the rush hours of the day. The next day they texted me a few times telling me to pay so that I could pick up the car. When I came to get the car, the employee had beaten around the bush, trying to explain to me that the car needed service. They already charged to my account almost $100, even it's still under warranty. I have the feeling that this place tried to make money from customers regardless what's the problem with the car was. I learned a good lesson about Tesla and this service center. read more

Today, I was reminded how beautiful humanity can truly be. I took my puppy, Scrappy, with me to service my Tesla. They informed me it would only take about 30-45 minutes so I took Scrappy for a little walk and sat on the grass right in front. I got the message that my car was ready and when we started walking to the pick up spot, Scrappy started having a medical emergency that I tried to revive. One of the customers tried to help me perform CPR and didn't hesitate to help. When I came to realize it was too late, Vanessa, one of the team members, sat with me and consoled me and called different medical offices for Scrappy. She is the sweetest and empathetic individual that I have come across in a very long time. She sat with me until my sister got there to help me. She also introduced me to Ron, who is also a gentleman. He left my car to charge while I was away and kept me updated about my vehicle. When I returned, he walked me to my car and showed so much compassion and when I opened my car there was a little note from the Tesla team and made me feel that I had full support. This team will never know how much I needed them in that moment. I was alone and experienced a trauma that I would never wish on anyone. Below is the note and little reminder of Scrappy. They really left a mark on me. Your gestures will never go unnoticed. With absolute respect and love, Courtney read more

I for suuure saw a bad experience ahead as soon as I walked in, female employees were not helpful at all, guy manager tried helping politely while the 2 girls there did nothing but denied everything I asked for with a smirk on their face the whole time like they didn't care, they by faaaar didn't care that they cancelled my delivery and I was coming from out of town, since I insisted so much they magically were now able to deliver my car, and of course they forgot to put in my CHARGER ADAPTER so now I'm back in my home town with no charger thanks to these people, they cancelled my appointment hours before even tho they they had been SPAMMING me just to confirm I was actually gonna pick it up. Had to bring in my Y for an emergency service due to a concerning rattling/grinding noise while driving and reversing. Luckily, LB location had plenty of time available that I was able to scheduled for next day. The entire process was seamless! Quick, sufficient and communicated via the App. Was quickly greeted by Jonathan who was very professional and friendly. Explained to him my concerned, he checked the necessary surroundings of the car first then jumped in for a quick drive with me so he can hear and assessed the issue. He explained the process of the service thoroughly and estimated 45min waiting time told; it took literally - 20min total! I was so surprised and very pleased! They resolved the problem quickly and everything was provided via their App, so easy! Overall, this was my first visit and it was super pleasant. read more

I brought my car here due to a broken window. Michael did a great job from start to finish. He was able to get things going right away. I was always kept in the loop about what was happening to the car. It's very hands off service with no pushy sales items/ services. I was advised precisely how to drop off the loaner and pick up my car. Truth be told I felt like I was doing something wrong just taking my car without checking out with someone. At the same time I appreciate every minute saved with this kind of service. Even when buying, it's very carefree and less stressful. read more

I would give this place 0 stars if I could... I had the worst experience at this Tesla dealership. I was trying to get a lease on a Tesla Model Y 2024 Black and I completed the lease application. All that was left was to pick up my car. When I arrived at this dealership, they showed me my car. The car was totally worn out, dirty, covered in dust, had smudges that were difficult to remove, scratches, and the paint was coming off the car. To remedy this, the Tesla employee told me that they will give me a BRAND NEW car (which they should've done to start with) with the same specs and cleaned, but that it would take 3 hours. Although I was already upset, I obliged. 3 hours later, I came back and they gave me the SAME car. All they did was brush off some dust from the car, but we could see the same stains, scratches, and patches on the car. I asked them what is going on and they told me that they changed the car to a "new" one. When I told them that this is the same car as before, they refused to believe that. 2 days before I came to get my leased car, I took a screenshot of my car insurance which had the VIN number. The "new" car that they gave me had the SAME VIN number as well as the smudges and scratches as the car I saw 3 hours ago. I showed them this evidence and they still wouldn't budge. Even after this, I was trying to be respectful. I said that I would take the car if it was cleaned at least a little bit more since presenting a car this dirty is unacceptable. They said okay, and that the cleaners would get to it. 40 minutes later, the cleaners BARELY cleaned and all they did was remove some dust and moved the car to a different parking location. That was my final straw. I asked if I could move to a different Tesla dealership but they only gave me two options: take this car or cancel the lease application and just lose $250. I couldn't take this car no matter what, so I ended up cancelling the application. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and intolerable, especially towards customers who paid good money for product that they were expecting to get in good fashion. I didn't even expect a pristine car, but the car they presented me was absolutely diabolical. If you looking to lease a Tesla, do not come here. It is absolutely a waste of time and the employees will lie, manipulate, and take advantage of you to get your money. read more

I went into the Long Beach Tesla dealership at 6pm because my car was making a loud pop noise when I would turn to the right. I was scared and nervous of what it could be since my son was in the car and this started to happen when I picked him up from school. I got to the service station and Jonathan came out greeted me and I was telling him what was going on. I didn't have an appointment bc this started to happen out of no where. I am soooooo grateful he understood why I was scared to drive the car with my son in there. He checked it in and was VERY up front with me regarding getting a rental and when I would get my car back. Thankfully there was a rental available for me to take home. He said it could take up to 2 weeks until my car would be seen since I didn't have an appointment. He called me the next day and told me my car was ready and what was going on and if it was safe or not to drive in that condition. He was very thorough regarding the issue and told me it wasn't anything that I could have done to cause this so the warranty would cover everything. I know I was frantic when I went and probably looked crazy but Jonathan calmed me down and got down to the issue. THANK YOU JONATHAN read more

Took advantage of the 0.99% Apr/72 months and placed an order online. I initially wanted blue with white seats, but was offered same specs with black seats with faster delivery. I was concerned that the inventory car may be a reject, but I didn't want to miss the financing window and opted for the black seats and took delivery 4 days later. Upon arrival, my suspicion was right as it appeared the car was most likely a reject as the build date was 4 months prior. It had wider body panel gaps compared to other cars sitting next to it, door ding on passenger door, headliner had dirty hand prints all over, all windows/windshield had hard water spots. The detail team did their best to rewipe it, but the car needed full detail clay bar, stage 1 polish, tire dress and interior headliner shampoo. All of the cars ready for pickup should be showroom condition like the ones in their showroom. The service dept ended up repairing the door ding for free and provided a Loaner. In all, I guess the trade off was good financing and faster delivery time. read more

Car came in about Tuesday or Wednesday we went to pick it up Saturday and Vanessa was awesome in processing our down payment and getting us set up with delivery. I had a great experience at this location. I scheduled a demo drive and the salesman Trevor Gurganious was very knowledgeable, informative and attentive even while assisting other customers that came in. Often times you feel pressure to buy when going into a car dealership and I didn't feel that coming here which was a relief. I had no plans on purchasing a car that day but because of the ease of the test drive experience, the feel of the car itself and the comfortability I felt throughout the whole process, solidified my decision... after I had a small panic attack about the car note, which wasn't even bad, but I had to get talked off the ledge by my husband. I had to realize all the other expenses you have with a gas car will be basically eliminated with an electric car. After I came to that realization, I was at ease with the payment and proceeded with my purchase. I Absolutely LOVE my car and I have no buyer's remorse read more

What a shit show. I brought my car in for issue #1 (Bad AC vent motor). They told me they didn't want to fix the motor because they weren't sure if they would be able to put the dash back together without it rattling and creating a worse sound than the damaged motor already produced. I proceed with the repair. Tesla called me and told me my car was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and it was as if no one had touched the car. The problem was exactly the same. I left again. On my third attempt to pick up the car, the issue was finally fixed but they had lost my key in the process. A month later I bought my car in for a windshield replacement. (Issue #2). The windshield had a delamination/pitting issue that I felt should have been covered under warranty. Tesla disagreed. Nevertheless I paid for the replacement out of pocket. When I picked up my car, I found that it had ultra fine glass particles all over the dash board and door jambs. "Whatever, I'll clean it myself," I thought. Fast forward to the next day and my AC isn't working correctly. Apparently there is a temperature and humidity sensor in the forward looking camera housing which was broken or disconnected when the windshield was replaced. Back again the car went for its 5th visit. I finally got the car back and the AC worked again. I got on the freeway, engaged autopilot and, much to my surprise, the car could no-longer "see" which lane it was in and instead drove smack dab in the middle of two lanes on autopilot. I almost sideswiped someone. Once I got home I saw that my camera housing wasn't reinstalled correctly. Nor was the camera calibrated as Tesla's official repair manual required. I decided to fix the camera housing myself. I found that parts of the camera mounting hardware were improperly connected and were loosely rolling around within the housing. Insult to injury: while fixing the housing myself, an improperly installed mounting clip fell out and went down my AC vent. Oh, the irony. I got it out with a magnet. All is well except for the random loose screw that is rolling around above my headliner. Every time I come to a complete stop I hear it rolling around. I love(d?) my car. Now, when the time comes, I'll be taking a good look at what other brands have to offer. Super disappointed. read more

Superchargers - There's 4 at this location but it's not available for the public. They will tell you it's "not working" (even though their cars are parked in the stalls). This location just opened a month ago. Address will show as Long Beach or Signal Hill. It is a showroom and service center. It used to be the Nissan dealership. It looks clean, minimal and spacious inside. If you are here for delivery day, park on the right side of the entrance. The new cars will be on the left with your name on the dashboard. If you financing, they will nonchalantly ask for your check and deposit. Request to inspect the car first. You are not obligated to accept the car if there are any issues like panel gaps and misalignments. read more
