    12v battery dies without warning. I call the dealership speak to Stephanie, she says try to get it there fast as i can because they're about to close. Arrive with car on tow bed with minute s to spare. Jonathan (great guy, super awesome) takes the car in, we handle the invoice. Car is back to me in a few minutes. Fast and efficient. Kind and helpful. Best dealer experience. Thank you all so much!

    Well, I have to thank TESLA for helping me manifest on VDAY! Because I put it into the UNIVERSE that I wanted to get out my HONDA contract to get a TESLA! I talked to a cute Tesla sales rep about it and he heard me out and he really took me into consideration! Xoxo Because yesterday I was able to BUY MY 2023 TESLA MODEL 3 4D BLACK ON BLACK! Yezzzzir! Finally! It took 5-6 months to manifest this because I did have a 2023 HONDA CIVIC S HATCHBACK, in which a car T-BONED me and totaled my car while I was driving for LYFT! They paid for the rest of the contracted price I owed so I got out of the loan! Making it easy for me to buy another car!! For the last 3 months I had my old college car a Corolla meanwhile I hunted for a car and couldn't find anythinggggg so it was meant to be with this car! Super satisfying and I hope to be coming into this dealership to learn more and register for the Tesla insurance next month! My car still has warranty too so we're good! Looking forward to it.

    First time Tesla buyer, I got a tesla Model Y 2022 and it's a nice car. On delivery day, the car was scratched and had a tire TPMS warning but I only saw it after getting home. Made a U-turn but dealer was closed. I tried to reach my Adviser, Adrian Espinoza, couldn't reach him on the same day but was able to get to him after 4-5 days of trying. He will not help me have my paint scratch repaired. Very disappointed.

    The advisor spent 1 hour helping me. They cleaned and made sure the car is spotless on pick up date. My info filled out correctly, perfect timing :)

    My son and I came to Tesla to check out the cars. We really liked how the cars looked very modern and sleek. The inside of the car was very comfortable and roomy. My son wanted to test drive a car, so we walked inside the lobby and started looking around the vehicles that were on display in the showroom and we started checking out the different model types. We saw a sales associate helping a couple with some type of transactions and we just kept looking around when finally the sales associate stepped away from the couple for a minute and told us that she would be able to help us after she was done helping the couple. So we waited for 20 minutes and we didn't get helped and we noticed that the sales associate that said she was going to help us was now helping another couple that just came back from a test drive. We patiently waited some more but when we saw that the sales associate was still too busy to help us we decided that we were just going to leave, it was getting late and close to closing time that we thought we weren't going to be getting any help anymore. We started to walk out the double sliding doors when the sales associate ran after us, she did apologize for taking long but we thought that since it was already late that we weren't going to be able to do a test drive but the sales associate did let my son do the test drive. He filled out a form on the tablet and we were given the choice to test drive whichever car my son wanted. The sales associate asked my son if he wanted her to run the numbers after he came back or if he only wanted to do the test drive and my son responded that he did wanted to get the numbers run to see about purchasing a Tesla. After we came back from the test drive , my son wanted more information about the car because the sales associate did offer to run the numbers but after we came back she was busy helping another couple so then another employee saw us waiting, he approached us and gave us the information that we needed. My experience coming to this Tesla dealership is that I feel like that's cool that they don't try to pressure you to buy a car or that they're not on you like other dealerships, which I really do appreciate that. However, if the sales associate says that they will help you after they're done helping other guests guests not to keep you waiting because you told another couple that you will help them right after they come back from a test drive and run their numbers. I think that if he or she is still going to be too busy helping others that the courteous thing to do is to let your guests know that you will get someone else to help out instead of making us wait yet again. I don't know if it was because it was almost at the end of the day that maybe there weren't that many employees and that's the reason why we didn't get the help that we needed right away, but other than that when the employees did talk to us, they did talk to us in a very friendly and very knowledgeable manner. I give this dealership three stars because of all the unnecessary waiting we ended up doing.

I had my first oil change and tire rotation service done at 3,240 miles while at 30% oil life from the vehicle maintenance monitor. I arrived 35 minutes prior to my appointment and waited about 10 minutes before getting checked in. The service was completed in roughly 90 minutes, which was amazing. Lilly was my service advisor; she did an excellent job updating me during the inspection and called once service was finished. She also explained my tire tread and brake pad wear after the inspection. Overall, the purchase and service department were pleasant and professional.

The first was when I was shopping to buy my CRV. Passed after the greasy pomade haired, pin-striped suit, pointy shoes sales manager tried to pressure me into his extremely "time-limited" finance offer by telling me that I was somehow less of a man for wanting my wife's opinion on the offer. Great sales pitch Snidely Whiplash. My credit union got me a deal without his $7000 down payment and his "amazing" deal of paying off my current car... the cost was going to added to my total. Not much of a deal. And the sales guy kept hounding me with phone calls after to come in to sign on to the "amazing" deal. I'm pretty sure I blocked his number to stop the calls. The second bad experience was when the service agent recommended me to MCC Collision in Dominguez Hills for honda authorized repair. That little recommendation, which I'm sure the service agent got commission from, cost $16K for a rear-end collision. I actually feel bad for the other guy's insurance. Plus, it took a month and half which ended up with me paying $800 out of pocket for car rental fees which I'm sure won't be reimbursed because the facility was not certified by my insurance company. Avoid like the plague. There is something off here.

I'm simply trying to confirm whether the dealership is registered with the IRS Clean Vehicle Program and whether the required time-of-sale report was submitted, which is necessary for me to file my taxes. This should be a straightforward question, yet I can't seem to get a clear or knowledgeable response from anyone. For a large, well-known dealership, the lack of communication and understanding around the EV tax credit program is disappointing. I expected much better follow-through and customer support, especially on something this important and time-sensitive. At this point, I'm just looking for accountability and a clear answer. I hope someone from management reaches out and helps resolve this.
