When I spoke with Priscilla, who claimed to be a manager, she was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She told me she couldn't hold the piece in a sarcastic tone, and when I asked for her district manager's name and she responded by saying, "You can Google it." This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand. I ask that this situation be addressed, and that Priscilla receive additional training on professionalism and client service. A manager should represent the company with respect and class, not sarcasm and disregard. * Update: After going in today and speaking with Mabel and Sara--who had helped me previously--I received the level of customer service that should always be expected. I don't know how you are training these people, but the difference between, and I'm trying not to curse here, but this is the second time these people don't know what the hell they're doing, if you don't know the difference between a splash, and a Poer, I don't know what to tell you a customer is asking you for a very specific thing. Located in a safe albeit busy part of town this place will have, almost anything you need since it's a Super Target. They're aren't many people walking around so if you need something be prepared to "hunt." Finally the place is always clean and stocked so that's a huge bonus. As for the food, it has what one has come to expect from Target, average products at a low cost however when it comes to fruit and veggies, the supply is always needs a lot of washing. The baked and homemade food items are average but better than that other "blue" store! I've also found they're limited in toys as I tried to purchase some items for my kids but they only have the absolute most popular items. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you won't find it here, or at least anything new. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is limited, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Other than those items, it's Target so you already know what you want.

Literally he returned my call within 3 minutes. Today was his day off, but I told him I would be in the area and he said it was fine to go by and take a look so I did. I went in and I acknowledged the staff without them acknowledging me at all. It's a really small showroom, not a megastore. I found the two models I was looking for quickly on my own and took pictures and measurements of each. I then walked around the showroom looking for more models but also half expecting someone to approach. That's when it got really weird. No one approached me at all. I literally left with no human interaction. There were employees in the store and there were a couple of customers. It seemed that there was more of a coffee klatch going on than actual business. So other than for appliance pictures and measurements and a couple of pieces of candy from their candy dish, I didn't get much out of the experience. Something else to mention. It's not clear whether this business is Ferguson or Harway. The building sign says Harway but the reserved parking signs say Ferguson. Is Harway a Ferguson company or is Ferguson a Harway company? There's only one business at this address but it seems to be having an identity crisis. (Update: Ferguson acquired Harway in January 2024, but, as of this writing in late March 2025, still hasn't rebranded anything other than the parking signs out front). Sorry, Ryan. You seemed awesome but your team members totally let you down today. I recently moved to Texas to build a dream home and decided to splurge on all the appliances. The builders I worked with suggested a big name appliance company here in Austin but they were incredibly difficult to deal with. Although I was going to spend more than $50k in appliances, the person at Ferguson would never return emails or phone calls. I was interested in the Wolf/Sub Zero lines and Harway came up as an authorized dealer so I decided to give them a try. My initial contact was with Dustin who was incredibly helpful from the first time we spoke all the way through delivery and installation. I had a general idea of the different appliances I wanted and Dustin was incredibly helpful making sure I picked out all the items I wanted. Their prices were essentially the same as the other appliance store, but the customer service at Harway is unparalleled. When I would call, Dustin would answer immediately or call back within minutes if he couldn't get to the phone. He always responded to emails in a very timely manner and for every concern or issue I had, he managed it flawlessly. Because of the backlog going on with just about everything, I went and ordered all of my appliances one year out from the estimated completion date of my new home. Initially it seemed most items would come in close to the completion date but the major items, refrigerator and grill, were going to come in later. And unfortunately, month after I had placed my order, I discovered I had missed the outdoor grill and cabinets and had to place another order. It was much later than the original order so I wasn't sure if I was going to get them before the house was finished. This would have been a problem since the grill had to be built into the house. No surprise, the house build kept getting delayed and delayed. And the appliances actually came in before the house was finished which was great since we were concerned if they were delayed it would hold up completion of the house. Unfortunately, we couldn't take delivery but Harway was amazing and just stored the items for us and there were ten major appliances. The other Austin appliance store was not going to store if the items came in and we weren't ready. Harway must have held the items for a month before the house was ready for them to be installed. But when the time came, they scheduled the entire installation and everything (refrigerator, range, wine reefer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, two warming drawers, an outdoor grill and ventilation hood) were all installed in one day! They also helped me find a company that built a custom duct for range vent because of our high ceilings. And for any issue, they were so quick to respond. And the biggest surprise of all, was getting ALL of the appliances. We were originally told it would be a month or two after we moved in before we got the range and refrigerator. But Christmas came early and we received all the appliances on the same day! And given all the appliances, the only issue was just a tiny little rubber stopper on the outdoor grill missing which they had someone come out and replace within days. If you are in need of a single appliance or outfitting an entire home as we did... you won't find a better place than Harway. And I'm sure everyone who works here is amazing, I can't say enough great things about Dustin! He will give you Five Star treatment and will not stop taking care of you until everything is to your satisfaction.

Do not buy flooring material from Floor and Decor. They sell defective material and don't honor…read morewarranties. I purchased Nucor LVF (Luxury Vinyl Flooring) from Floor and Decor on 12/27/2023 paying $3.99 per sq. ft. It came with a Lifetime Warranty. Within few weeks of installation, the flooring had dents and scratches. My contractor filed the complaint with Floor and decor in March 2024. The company was supposed to send a rep out, but no one came. After waiting over a month for a rep, I had contractor take out the damaged flooring, re-purchased replacement flooring from Floor and Decor and had it installed since I did not want the floor to be half done. Meanwhile the claim from my contractor was denied. After reflooring was finished the floor started denting again. It is not standing up to the quality mentioned by Floor and Decor. I filed the compensation with Floor and Decor based on product's lifetime warranty but it was denied. I am really unhappy with the floor quality and plan to replace.

One thing that's been really cool to see is their growing THC/CBD section. It's expanded a ton and they've done a great job curating options if you're curious about exploring that space. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. If you're unsure what to grab, they'll point you in the right direction without making you feel overwhelmed, PLUS there are SO MANY STAFF members that are always eager and willing to help! Every time we've gone in we've always been approached by at least 2 teams members to see if we need help. Bonus: they frequently have samplers throughout the week so you can try something new before committing to a bottle and if they don't have samplers they often have open bottles of some of the liquors that you can ask to sample as well, typically designated by labels on the shelf. Quite a few were on my list to try from the selection here which really made the two of us thrilled! So that's why I enjoy hitting Total Wine. But even my local one isn't shabby either even though the beer brands are very familiar sometimes a new one springs on us from around the corner in regards to selection.
