Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. It used to be my go-to spot for teriyaki, but my most recent experience was awful. The meat tasted off, and I ended up feeling sick afterward. It is teriyaki chicken on a bun with some sort of mayo and spicy mayo. I usually get one or two of each and a teriyaki bowl. I've been going here since I was a kid. Friendly service, I love that you can drive through, so many times I'm in my pajamas, ideal for me. I haven't tried their burgers, but their teriyaki is very good. Lunch was on the agenda so I Yelped the area I was in and Teriyaki and Burger Stop came up with great reviews so that's where I went. I had the H23-General Tsao's Chicken with can of Diet Coke. My order came with steamed rice. It was freshly made and hot. Delicious! I love using Yelp for this sort of thing because in the area I was in, there are literally several dozen similar places so I'm able to sort by what I'm looking for using Yelp and get a good place every time. I loved this place when I lived in Everett! They have some of the best orange chicken that I have ever had. The restaurant is small and a bit crowded around lunch time. It's a very popular spot with the high school nearby. It seemed to be family owned and they were nice. read more

Some of the best teriyaki I've had in my life. The fried rice is also very yummy. The spicy teriyaki is amazing and not too spicy. The restaurant is also quiet which is a good thing. Great tofu teriyaki and amazing portions for price. I haven't been here since I was in high school and it still hits the spot.

Once again a hit, the bacon burger in a combo (krinkle-cut fries and a soda) was delicious. I added grilled onions onto the burger and a side of onion rings, with tartar sauce for dipping, the best choice. Its a hot day, so i took my meal to the shade on the concrete tables out front. Envious drivers on Rucker eyeballed my burger, it was warm, blue skies, couldn't have had a better lunch. Want a recommendation? Get the teriyaki chicken here. Great local favorite They have a good-sized indoor dining area, a couple of street-front tables outside, drive-thru, and a computer order kiosk next to the front counter. They've made it even easier to get a delicious lunch. On the bus line, parking available in their lot or on street, free. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Honestly I haven't tried the burger's although they look great, the teriyaki is wonderful.

I don't recommend this place if you're in a rush. Like other reviews said they don't cook your order till you get there, or order it in person obviously. Really slow service though so i didn't even have time to enjoy the food. Smells good tho, eat here if you have a while to spare read more

Passed by this place many times and decided to try it. I've had many teriyaki meals and this is exactly the way I like it. I ordered combo beef and chicken. Cost only $13.29 including tax, and a very large portion. I'll have a second meal for sure. The teriyaki sauce was perfect, not too sweet or pasty. Beef and chicken were tender. A hidden gem in some ways, and a supernova of self-promotion in others. Which one they are to you depends entirely on how much you drive up and down Rucker. Rucker is a major thoroughfare in Everett, and Burger Stop makes no secret of their presence there. Huge signs, flashing neon, animated letters, big "Drive Thru Open!!" signs. You can't help but see it. But if you don't spend any time on Rucker, then you don't know it's here. And until you come in, you don't know how great the burgers and the yaki are. Well, I am taking it secondhand from friends and from other customers that the burgers are awesome. I had my usual yaki. So what is this place? Well, it's dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru, depending on your preference. There's a bit of parking. It's kind of a funky old building, with those flimsy aluminum-frame doors from the 50s or 60s, not too many windows. You walk in and the counter is nowhere to be seen. The dining room is not huge, maybe 12 tables. Comfortable wooden tables and chairs, truth be told. Big pictographic menu on one wall. Then on the Rucker side, there's a little hallway that leads down the counter. Here you can clearly see the bustling drive-thru window, the bustling grill, and the bustling kitchen. These guys are running hard at all times, it seems. Three cooks and three cashiers on what seemed like a relatively quiet Wednesday night--it's just that there's a steady stream of to-go customers. The smell grabs you right away. They're generous with onions, and careful to ask whether you want them in whatever you're ordering. They know what's up with onions; they get great flavor and great aromatics out of them. They're cool with menu substitutions: I had stir-fried veggies with my chicken breast, instead of the iceberg salad mix. So much more like a real meal for just a buck or two more. The "extra spicy" turned out to need a huge hit of Sriracha, but that's alright. They're clearly catering to milder tastes, what with all the careful onion management they're doing. The price was very reasonable, and you can get outta here for next to nothing if you get burgers. It's quiet in the dining room, with so few people eating off plates, and no music on the hi-fi. You kinda get lost in your thoughts in here. But I'd recommend it to anybody who crusades for cheap grub. read more

If your on a tight budget or want something that most teriyaki place don't have you can try their teriyaki burger. Portion is good and around 1.60 I think. All around generous portion, great price and food is amazing delicious. The drive thru can take a little long sometimes but it's worth the wait I tell you. I like to get the chicken teriyaki and can never finhsed it alone. The sauces is kist right. Not to sweet yet very flavorful , and not thick or watery. My theory has always been that if one place focuses on two types of foods that are very different, such as teriyaki and burgers, that both will be mediocre. I was right. It wasn't terrible, but not great. Teriyaki was good but we've had better. Yakisoba was greasy. Chicken sandwich was overcooked and boring. Burger was ok. Fries were good. Prices were the best part.
