You have to walk inside the hotel to get into the restaurant, FYI. We got to sit where we want. There were many different seating options. Our waitress was welcoming but did not say happy birthday despite asking to see my ID. Yes, details like that do matter to me. I visited for the first time on my birthday that fell on a Sunday this year. I've seen Sunday buffet brunch advertised on Crimsons' IG, but I was out of the luck, the Sunday I came. They did have a brunch menu that was just okay. Crimson also has a brunch drink menu with fun shared drink options that go from mild to pretty expensive. Mimosa tower = mild at $40. The other two are priced close to $100. The bathrooms are shared with the hotel. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. All in all, I would return to attend a special event.

So we expecting here must outstanding the seafood should be fresh because it's nearby ocean . So we find this place have tiger shrimp. In Google shows very nice picture and very attractive so we keep a chance to there . But we feel disappointed. We ordered tiger shrimp but not sure is that a tiger shrimp it feels like regular shrimp and the sauce are tasted but too salty . We order a Jambalaya W/Chicken & Andouille um definitely not recommend . Service : nice service with great smile. Ambiance : antique I can see the owner put a lot of time to decoration this cozy cafe . Love it . If you are looking for seafood, I'm not recommend in this place ... maybe something else or just a drink that would be cool.

Maria, I believe was her name was attentive, friendly, and fast. All without ever feeling rushed. You can tell they actually care about your experience, which makes such a difference. Now the food... everything we ordered was a 10/10. The fried jalapeño poppers were perfectly crispy on the outside with just the right amount of heat, the beers were ice cold and refreshing, and the classic bean rice and burritos were absolutely flawless. comforting, flavorful, and generously portioned. The ambiance tied it all together. It had that warm, lively, welcoming energy that makes you want to sit, relax, and stay awhile. Whether you're going for a casual dinner or just drinks, it's such a good vibe.

My order for any Mexican restaurant is a cheese/chicken/beef enchilada with rice and beans. I like their rice and beans here, they don't put any filler in the rice like other places do. Chips and salsa are good, they usually don't offer more chips and we never asked but we ate the whole basket. Not hard to do. I also got a margarita, I got the Herradura classic, on the rocks with salt. Our waiter said to order drinks from the main menu and not the small red menu because the bartenders dont always know how to make those ones....uh ok lol. This last time for my meal I got the enchiladas rancheros. Not as good as the regular enchiladas. The sauce was chunky and basically red sauce with sautéed onions, a lot of them. We spent our money and probably won't come back. This place is like every other Mexican place we have in this town that's Tex mex. Prices are good though.

I was impressed with how well trained the staff was and how fresh the food was. We lived in Anchorage for over 30 years - 50 for my husband, and can say this restaurant compares better for consistency and food quality with any restaurant in town. I ordered the quinoa salad two different times and it was so fresh. No wilted lettuce at all and really good. The cheeseburger was the most awesome though. My husband gave me a bite of his and I couldn't wait until the next day when I could order my own. So delicious. I liked it more than Long Branch's burgers. Now for the wait staff. This is what I observed during lunch and how professional the waitresses are. There was a conference going on down the hall from Juno. Three women from the conference brought their own food in from another restaurant and took over a booth like it was a cafeteria. They were loud and made a mess, left no tip after tying up the table, then came back accusing a waitress of taking something they thought they left on the table. The waitresses that dealt with them, were courteous the whole time even when they didn't make any money on the table. I was so impressed. On another night, we ordered a bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay and they served it perfectly. Fresh food, great staff, if we still lived there we would be regulars. Thank you, Juno.

The restaurant decor was pleasant enough. There's an exterior door on one side of the building allowing direct access to the restaurant/hotel hallway. Otherwise enter the hotel lobby and the staff will direct you.

The calamari was easily the best that I've ever had in my life. The chowder was absolutely fantastic. I also tried their beer flight, I don't know if I've ever mentioned beer in any of my reviews, cause I typically don't drink it. I was absolutely shocked to discover that the stout was one of my favorites, with that dark chocolate finish. All of the beers were really good, just a bit filling. Today I sampled the French dip and a slice of pizza, and both of those were absolutely fantastic. Had the calamari again, and everyone agreed that it was pretty much the best ever. Service last night was very good, our server took care to explain the food and drink options as well as answering any questions. He was very attentive and friendly. I went with a large group for lunch today and our server was excellent, she nailed every order and was friendly and quite attentive. Large groups can be a hassle, but she handled it excellently. The atmosphere last night was quite busy as you would imagine on a Friday night. That's why the good service and great food is extra impressive. We had a private room for our group lunch today, and it was quite nice as well. I would absolutely come back here again, and list them as a must visit for anyone visiting Anchorage. Kudos to the management and staff for running an excellent restaurant operation and delivering both quality customer service and superior food product.

She was knowledgeable, made great recommendations and was attentive; not just to me, but alsoto the tables next to me that I could hear. The Cioppino was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The portion size was perfect for me, though the table next to me did say they were still hungry. I also did appreciate the little table bar snacks (mixed nuts, raisins, etc.) - you don't see those much anymore. The hotel itself is a bit dated, it was a bit tough to find and it is certainly expensive, but the food itself was worth it. I will say other surprise was the wine menu - despite boasting a sommelier and wine cellar, I did honestly expect a larger selection. But I was very happy with the wine I selected regardless!
