This place is located inside the Crown Plaza hotel. Service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. I ordered the slider appetizer which came with a dipping sauce that was out of this world. They have low table, high table and bar seating, nice layout. Was here on vacation but if I were a local I'd be a repeat customer.

food quality was 10/10. Very kind staff but took longer than expected. Atmosphere is classy. Their menu is limited but overall good options.

Pretty good option for a hotel restaurant. Stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed not having to travel anywhere for food or a drink. They offer a pretty good promo on Friday and Tuesday - Prime Rib night and Taco Tuesday, and a good Happy Hour menu (M-F). I opted the Friday night $30 prime rib with unlimited sides and it was enjoyable and definitely worth it. I was offered breakfast buffet vouchers and thought the buffet offered a good, fresh selection. (Not sure if it's worth the normal $20 but it's convenient and easy if you're staying at the Crowne Plaza). Overall, if you're a guest at the hotel , definitely worth stopping by.

We've been at the Crown Plaza 6 nights and yet another exceptional service from. James at the Juno restaurant. He took good care of us and helped us with some excellent places to visit on our vacation in Alaska. It's not just the place but the service that makes it special, oh try the bagels for breakfast!

Waiters were friendly and the inside was nice but a little dirty. I got the herb chicken and tried a little bit of the club sandwich and they were both quite good.

Ribeye $38. Very thin. Half eaten before I took photo.

$38 for steak that was very thin and small. Ordered med rare, got medium. Sent it back and got a thicker steak cooked correctly. It was fine but nothing to brag about. Sides were really good. Didn't come with bread. Others at my table were happy with the burgers.

Seating is made up of booths along the window perimeter, tables thru the middle area and a large bar area with more tables and stools along the counter. The menu selection is surprisingly diverse. I was happy to see halibut as the fish for their fish & chips, as it is often cod or other white fish. I find halibut to be the best. They also have a few dishes with nods to Korean and Thai flavors. There are pizzas and dinner salads too. I went with their bacon jam burger for dinner. It is cooked to your liking and has a grilled apple, cambozola, bacon jam, arugula & house mayo. This is the best burger I've had in a long time. The flavors complement each other so well. If you are a fan of bleu cheese you will really love the cambozola. It is creamy and oozy and is amazing on a burger. My spouse tried their Cuban sandwich and didn't like that the pickles were mediocre and didn't add to the overall flavors, and that the bread wasn't crisped or toasted in any way -- the way Cubans traditionally are. He also took a chance with a appetizer off the specials menu which he imaged was Brussels sprouts however it was shaved sautéed Brussels sprout leaves, over warm couscous with lots of fresh herbs, jalapeños, and heavily spiced with bold spices like fennel. It was bizarre and not like anything we've ever tried. We liked some of the flavors but all together didn't make sense to us so we sent it back, unfortunately. Our child tried the Mac and cheese that came with purple grapes and sorbet. The Mac and cheese was good although I'd advise SRH to try a larger noodle than a small shell so kids can stab it better and get it in their little mouths. The sorbet must be seasonal/rotating bc it was cinnamon honey pear and it was crazy delicious. I'd come back for just the sorbet tbh. Other than that our red-haired bespectacled server was fairly attentive and quite friendly, even on a very busy Friday dinner rush. Parking lot just outside seems easy enough as long as you can grab a spot at busy times. Will be back in the future for the fried halibut (and sorbet!).

We ordered several meals between 2 adults and 3 kids in addition to an appetizer and drink. In addition, the margarita was all ice, and tasted like your typical Jose Cuervo margarita. The calamari was good and fairly thick, enjoyed by everyone. The seafood pasta had a good flavor and loaded with seafood, truly the one meal I enjoyed. The fish and chips had 3 large portions of halibut, with a heavy fried batter, and average fries. It didn't taste better than your average fish and chips, and I'm glad I didn't personally order this dish. The kids chicken and rice had a surprisingly large amount of chicken with bland rice. The scallop risotto, just simply wasn't very good, it wasn't bland, but the flavor was lacking, and of the 3 that tried it, no one ate much. The kids dessert was called house made sorbet, and my kiddos were so excited to eat it. They tried one bite and almost cried, he said it tasted like broccoli, and I laughed and tried it myself...no kidding, this tasted like broccoli!! It was absolutely awful, like one of those gag jelly beans. I was expecting a high bill, but the hidden charges at the end really added to our disappointment. I regret coming here

Soft flavorful goat cheese, crisp greens, two types of tender beets (yellow and the standard dark red (purple) variety.) The dressing was a wonderful balsamic and orange reduction. I was so impressed I practiced in my own kitchen to perfect it and serve to guests. As for the main course I chanced the special of the night. It was tiny white shrimp from pristine waters of South America. It was a Mexican cuisine presentation. Spicy and bursting with different flavors. Best eaten when you tried to get the most variety on one forkful. Very cleaver. I am a self admitted foodie. I sincerely appreciated the Chef's thought process in bringing together the perfect combination of flavor, texture, healthy ingredients, cost to customer, portion control and of course staying power so the hungry monster does not return before morning. This is perhaps the third time I have ever eaten here as I am married to a steak and potatoes man. He really does not care to eat away from his own chair in front of the TV. (He really has many romantic redeeming qualities) but enjoying an evening out slowly working one's way through a Professionals work in the kitchen is not one of them. If he cannot drive the cleaver masters work he has no appreciation of the endeavors. I understand as arriving by Uber or Lyft is fine with me. Anyway Kinley's has again entertained me and calmed me down after a busy day. The only negative and it is a major one, the bartender encouraged a middle aged professional woman to completely dominate the room with her loud and plain offensive opinions. She was only drinking wine but he was entraining her an another while ignoring drink orders. Consequently another professional woman dining with a friend kept raising her voice to be heard above the painful noise at the bar. There were 2 single gentlemen dining alone on both sides of me. Both got disgusted with this action, commented to me how I can tolerate it, got doggie bags, refused after dinner drinks and left. I was about to do the same and but both offensive individuals started to make overtures to leave so I finished my wine before leaving with my doggie bag. Maybe if all three of us had made comments it could have been curtailed but we did not. Over all Kinley's was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This was the best buy of the day, as the salmon fillet appeared to be between two and three ounces of beautifully grilled salmon, with a generous portion of coconut rice. The salad was a garden salad with tomatoes, lettuce, and carrots, nicely dressed in ranch dressing.
