Service was bad! Our server was horrible. 43 mins before we were "allowed" to order food. I tried to order when she brought our drinks but she said, one second please. She came back 21 mins later!! I try to give servers a break when a place is busy but the place was thinning out. She was not friendly, looked as if she just did not want to be at work. I have visited this place 3 other times in the past and it has not been the quickest each time but this time was by far the worst! Food was okay. Calamari was delicious. Crowd was fair, loud w the band but that's expected. read more

Amazing amazing amazing! That is all. For me, a place that can get chicken wings done this delicious with house made blue cheese that knocked my socks off is a WIN. Ambiance was also a win. Service was a win. I literally have no complaints about this place and cannot wait to go back!! Great for a night when you just want to grab a beer with the hubby, relax, laugh, eat nachos, wings and be happy to be an American. *Bonus info: Tuesdays they do trivia night and have taco Tuesday. read more

Host was a bit slow on entry. Busy during Father's Day. Quick service. We just ordered burgers and fries. Burger patty was very nicely done, there was too much mayo should have ordered on side or just a plain burger. The fries were cold and without flavor. Open seating nice atmosphere. read more

I came here on Friday, my friend and I sat at the bar and didn't receive any eye contact or service for over 10 minutes. Two men who sat down after us got service and drinks in the time being. My friend joked saying if we were men we would get some service right now! We ordered some drinks, I got a mojito. Nothing to rave about. It actually had zero lime or mint flavor. Very disappointed. I ordered the cheese curds which were very good! We also got the Cajun boneless wings that were cooked well but they put so much rub on you were dying in the caked on rub trying to eat it. I won't come back here again for a long time. The service 1/5 Food 3/5 Drinks 1/5 Vibe 3/5 read more

Hubby and I stopped in for late lunch because I was craving a steak salad, and there was one on the menu. Hubby had a 1/4 burger with fries and commented about what a good burger it was. The steak salad? First mouthful had me cringe with the amount of sour! The lime vinaigrette was overwhelming. I stirred up the ingredients, which were all quite tasty, and it helped disarm the intense lime taste. Stealing my hub's fries also helped. Then I placed a savory piece of steak in my mouth, and chewed, and chewed, and chewed. What a disappointing piece of meat. Great taste, mind you, but chewy, grizzly steak that ultimately ended up as a bolus in the napkin. Speaking of napkins, make good use of the one you get with the utensils. The ambiance was roomy, cool, and friendly. Though I thought it unnecessary to put the party of 8 right next to us, as there was plenty of room. Several screens of various sizes displayed baseball games galore. Clean, spacious, and a bit noisy. We'll probably go back sometime. If I order a salad it'll be with dressing "on the side." And I think I'll have either a chicken dish, or the burger. read more

This is my favorite spot in Anchorage. Service is personable and genuine, food is portioned well, delicious and affordable. Consistent cocktails. Great atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. I will continue to come here every time I come to Anchorage from "down south" (Soldotna area). My favorite are their wings, fresh salads, chowder bowl, and Loco Moco but honestly... All of it's a win! 5/5 - I highly recommend 907 Alehouse! Bring the whole family or dine alone - you won't regret it. read more

We had the Nachos, Buffalo Wings and Hibachi Tacos. The Nachos were excellent, very tasty and a large portion. The Wings were basically a dry rub (not my thing) flavorful but not very spicy. the Tacos were good but the pineapples seemed "off" not juicy? just didn't seem right. The service was ok, nice gal, friendly, order taken in a decent time frame. the food came out quickly, but our waitress didn't refill our water and took forever to collect the payment. fun bar with lots of atmosphere, lots of TV's. not too loud. read more

Great big restaurant / sports bar. We came in at lunch time and sat at the bar. I was surprised how many people were there mid day on a week day. The bar tender greeted us immediately and took our drink order. These tots are amazing, highly recommend. Bar tender was kind and the food was priced fairly. You get a European feel when you enter. A warm atmosphere. Service was spot on. When I mentioned to the server that my soup was cold she immediately took it back and when she returned with a hot bowl of chowder she apologized for the inconvenience. My chowder was good. Full of clams and a nice ratio of potatoes to clams. The Cubano sandwich was very good. Not just pork on it but pulled pork, which gave it a great flavor profile. Keep up the good work read more

This place is great for the following reasons: - Wing Wednesdays. Go with the honey sriracha as your first choice, followed by the Cajun rub, followed by the salt and vinegar - Big draft beer selection. Maybe 25-30 taps if I had to guess. - Live music on certain days, though I'm not sure which. - Great burgers. And while the fries aren't fresh, they're delicious. - Friendly service, but not always fast, usually because they're so busy. - It's spacious. Plenty of bar and dining room seating. Patio seating available as well. - Plenty of parking. - Free customer wifi. read more

If I am interested in watching sports (and in Anchorage), this will be at the top of my list. So many TVs, so many games. Large bar area if you are dining by yourself (or want to focus on the games instead of the person you are sitting next to. Ha!) Seven people were at the table where I was seated. Four of us were intent on DIFFERENT teams. And we were all within direct eyesight of the game we wanted to watch. WIN! Food - This is pretty typical bar food fare. I ordered the Nashville Hot sandwich and for some reason I thought that "Hot" meant it was warm instead of a cold chicken sandwich (like an Italian sub). But of course Hot meant what most normal people would expect: spicy hot sauce. But it was tasty and there were plenty of pickles. And tater tots. TOTS! So, in summary, no complaints. The menu is rather diverse with many different offerings. If one likes variety, they could come here for some time and try many different things. My partner had a tacos (see picture). Service - Mostly a win. Maybe short staffed. Refills took a little longer and we weren't check up on as much. Ambiance - Typical sports bar atmosphere. read more

Food is good. Service is good (usually). They have now started charging people extra to use their CC?!?! What? This not some hole in the wall place with two employees I already pay 12-15% to use my CC. Why should I have to pay your 3% too? If CCs are of no advantage to you then stop accepting them entirely. Which you wont do. Because they are an advantage for you. So pay your 3%, and I'll pay my 14%. Don't act like some hole-in-the wall hillbilly dinner that gets 5 customers a day. read more

was thoroughly impressed by 907 Ale House, a hidden gem in Anchorage that offers a fantastic mix of great food, a lively atmosphere, and a solid beer scene at night. The restaurant stands out with its variety of menu options and daily specials, keeping things exciting, but what truly blew me away was the cheeseburger--easily the best I've had in Alaska. After years of searching for a great burger spot, with Red Robin being my only decent option, 907 Ale House finally delivered with a hometown, made-with-care feel that's hard to find. The beer selection is another highlight, boasting a large variety of taps, which is rare in Anchorage, especially since most breweries close at 9 PM due to local laws. Thankfully, 907 Ale House stays open until 11 PM on weekends, making it a perfect late-night option. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, whether you're there for a casual dinner or hanging out at the bar, and the friendly, helpful staff adds to the welcoming experience. Overall, 907 Ale House is a must-visit, offering a great meal, a fantastic beer selection, and a rare late-night hangout spot. The cheeseburger alone is worth the trip, and the overall experience makes it one of my new favorite places in the city. Highly recommend! read more

this is the perfect place to go to if you somehow hold a 10 year relationship with every bartender, server, and manager that works in the diamond location, otherwise. good luck getting treated like a 3rd class citizen that has to beg for even water. especially from the bartenders who only ever check on their regulars that likely tip them 85% on a $10 tab read more

It was a busy Friday happy hour at the 907. All the TVs had the NCAA games along with hockey and other sports events. I enjoyed the two discounted happy hour meals, calamari and a chowder bread bowl. The calamari had the right amount of crisp and the Chowder bread bowl was a plus. The draft beers were cold and served by busy bartenders who were still attentive. The ambience was pure Sports Bar with lots of TVs and patrons enjoying the games. read more

I must give 907 Alehouse their 5 stars. Since my last review, this place has become our regular spot with or without the kids. The customer service is consistently A1. The food always comes out fast, hot, and flavorful. I get the same service at lunch as I do dinner. Their location is mostly obscure and close to home if you're a south-sider. Came here just for happy hour :) They had 7-8 dollar appetizers and drinks. If you're a long time Alaskan this place reminds me of an updated Sea Galley. The tacos were good but not the best same with the calamari. But what was super yummy is their bread bowl clam chowder. I dipped the calamari in the clam chowder and it was delicious... add hot sauce if you like it spicy. Next time I'll just get calamari and the bread bowl. The waiter only checked on us twice but it was busy. They have pull tabs too. read more

Walking into this restaurant one is received by an open floor plan with the interior decorated in handcrafted woods. Everything gleans with well polished detailed wood finishes. Tables are not placed to close together and have been thoroughly cleaned. There are numerous TV screens placed high enough to see but the sound is not blaring. The menu is different with cleaver salads and appetizers. I had the spicy tuna tower which was original and delicious. There were 7 of us and we all enjoyed our separate lunch. The beer selection was quite varied including several fruit beers, my favorite has always been the Raspberry Wheat which can be hard to find. The beer was refreshingly perfectly cold and well priced. Our service was well organized. Waitress was very professional and quick to the table even when we had a late comer. We received our orders via a special server who was standing at the kitchen shelf waiting for our order and brought out 4 of the 7 plates at once, while our waitress was taking another order. It was a wonderful experience, well organized chain of service. Will definitely be going back just to try other things on the menu. read more

Well .... If your looking for a loud pub house feel, this could be the place for you. Our experience was poor. The Thai chicken wraps were very tasty thank you. But the three tacos with steak - terrible. Chewy and dry meat - like bad. I have no memory of ever sending anything back to the kitchen - this one went back. The waitress was inattentive - actually just took the order and left, literally never conversed, never asked if we wanted anything, and set food on the table / receipt in the table and walked away. I have never had service like that. We said thank you and she didn't reply. It was just a very odd experience. So - we will not be back. I hope management reads this review .... To have poor food quality and poor service is not a winning combination. Best of luck to you all. read more

We ended up here after taking a pass at a 30 minute wait & the big crowd at the Moose's Tooth. I had been driving past the 907 to drop off our son at work. WHAT A GREAT CHOICE. The service is friendly & attentive. There's plenty of parking and seating. Their sports bar menu is wide ranging & the draft beer selection is rich with Alaskan beers. The food was v good. This place is pretty nice. Just wish they had a bit better lighting. The poutine is nice and cheesy but the gravy is a bit salty. It has a lot of flavor from the spices but the salt just over does it. The clam chowder is really tasty but wish it was a bit thicker. The spicy chicken sandwich is really good. I'm glad it's actually spicy. It's nice crispy and has a great spice to it. read more

Appreciate the outdoor seating options and the ability to have a drink while waiting for a table. Service and food quality was underwhelming. The waitstaff was frantic. We were asked if we were ready to order literally 1 minute after we sat down and the server didn't come back for 20 minutes when we asked for another minute to look at the menu. The server didn't bring water or dressing after being asked several times. The buffalo sauce on the wings was like a spicy bbq sauce which was odd and disappointing. The bacon jam burger was generously overloaded with cheese curds but many of them were hollow inside and the bacon jam was tomato based, like a sweet salsa. read more
