Ten one tea has tea shops all over Boston. My tea was delicious. It took quite awhile for our order to be ready but it was so good! We all tried the February special of strawberry milk tea. It is a cute shop with lots of seating.

The drinks were great but the service was okay and the location is great for a quick stop when shopping around the area.

Pretty good spot with fun deals throughout the year! They have different boba types which are cool, though I wish the floral flavors were a bit stronger.

Great boba shop off of Newbury Stumbled upon this cute bubble tea place right off of Newbury on my Boston trip earlier this year. Not gonna lie, the adorable squirrel logo and sleek ambiance won me over so had to stop by. You are greeted by ordering kiosks as soon as you walk into the store and interior is neutral gray tone with sleek modern lighting and overall minimalist vibe. There is seating by the window and a shared large table in the middle. You may end up with some awkward eye contact with people sitting across the big table if you care about that kind of stuff. Clientele looked to be mostly college aged. Service interaction is only when picking up your order which is pretty straightforward. Got the milk tea since you have to try the most basic one to see if they are good. It was not too sweet so definitely enjoyed it. Looked them up later and they appear to be a chain with many locations so seemed legit. Loved the little acorn on the cup lol their branding is very cute so definitely spot on aesthetic wise. I'd love to snag a window seat next time so I can people watch and enjoy great bubble tea!

Ten One has a Feb special menu and it looked really good so I had to try -- did not disappoint! I got the strawberry earl grey that was topped with milk foam + freeze dried strawberries. It wasn't too sweet (got 50% sugar) and was tasty with strong tea taste. Highly recommend. The place was also renovated since I last came here and now has a kitchen island for extra seating.

I've passed their fenway location multiple times and decided it was time I give it a try since I was already walking around newbury st. I ordered the mango green tea and was really impressed. It was delicious without being overly sweet or artificial. I usually ask for less sugar at boba shops, but since it was my first time here, I went with the regular sweetness level, and it turned out to be a great choice. The shop itself is cute and aesthetic with a few seats available to sit and relax after a day of walking. We ordered from the kiosk, so there wasn't much staff interaction, but the process was quick and easy. They also have a wide selection of teas that I'm excited to come back and try!

Pretty decent option for Boba on Newbury St! I default to TenOne when I'm in the Fenway area and want a quick pick me up of boba tea, so I was pleased to see a location open in Back Bay. The staff is super friendly and I like the option to order on kiosk machines, saves lots of time. A little crowded and not much seating in here, but it's great if you want to grab a tea and walk around Newbury St. That is the epitome of the appeal of boba am I right?! Great stuff. I really liked the Peach Oolong tea, delicious! My friend got the brown sugar boba and was a big fan herself. I love it!

Came here with some friends on a weekend because we were on Newbury street and craving boba - it did not disappoint! First, the interior is very modern and sleek, bright and clean with a little bit of seating available. I tried their rose oolong tea with their signature blue butterfly boba pearls. The drink tasted very fresh and their blue pearls are quite unique and chewy. Some of my friends tried their milk teas and loved them too. Definitely coming back!

Ten One is one of my favorite boba tea spots in the Boston area! I've been to their locations on Newbury and Assembly Row and both are great. The Newbury location has some seating but its a pretty small space. Drinks come out quickly and you can order on screens at the door. All the drinks we've tried have been great - our favorite is definitely the brown sugar milk tea. We were also able to try the February specials which included the pink milk foam and the strawberry earl grey drinks! If you can stop by for these specials, I highly recommend!

I think this is the best boba chain I've tried; always a 5/5. We tried the Valentine's Day special, pink milk foam strawberry early grey drink with light ice and 50% sugar since that was the only option on the kiosk. Would've been better with 25-30% sweetness, maybe this would be possible if you ordered through the cashier. Service was quick but it wasn't crowded when we arrived. They remodeled their interior with better benches, more seats and a kitchen island.

3.5/5! I got the Apple black tea with green tea jelly which was a solid drink with option to change sugar and ice levels. The jelly didn't have any flavor, and my drink only had a few pieces of it despite being a $1 add-on. I tried my friend's brown sugar milk tea boba, which was good but too sweet without the option for sugar reduction. Overall, it's pretty good but not necessarily a place I see myself consistently going back to!

A great business and drinks without any doubt. A tea drink that's captured the percolating tinglies in my brain; some of which I could relive everyday. But unfortunately the business just felt like that, a business and not the love I was looking for. Certainly they are here to make good drinks and be a business, but if I were to go back, I would want more friendly staff and a comfortable place to sit to enjoy my boba.

Brief Summary: - Tastes like sugared water - Same with the tea jelly - You can order either from the kiosk or by the staff - Seats available inside or out I discovered this boba place in Newbury, and I was interested to try the boba places that I haven't heard back in the Bay Area. Inside is pretty small with a few table and chairs to sit inside as we waited for our drink. We ordered a regular milk tea, and the tea jelly caught out attention, so we ordered that one as well. This we chose the Earl Gray tea jelly. Unfortunately, the tea here was non-existent.. It tasted like sugared water. The same went with the Earl Gray jelly tea; this only tasted like sugared water jelly. Tried as I might I could not taste the Bergamot Oil, that I usually find in Earl Gray teas.

There was a short wait since they bake the cheesecakes fresh in batches, but it moved pretty quickly. The Original Japanese Cheesecake was warm, soft, and definitely lived up to its signature "jiggle." It's very different from a traditional cheesecake--much lighter, fluffier, and less sweet, almost like a cross between a soufflé and a sponge cake. If you're expecting a rich New York-style cheesecake, this isn't that. Personally, I enjoyed how light it was, and it didn't leave me feeling overly full. The staff was friendly, and the shop was clean and well organized. My only suggestion would be to have a few more seating options since it's mostly grab-and-go. Overall, it's worth checking out if you're in downtown Boston or curious about Japanese-style cheesecake. I'd come back again and would like to try some of their other pastries next time.

I ordered an Ube cheesecake and repeated my order as it seemed there might have been some miscommunication. I was in a bit of a rush due to limited parking and unfortunately didn't check my bag before leaving. When I got home, I realized I had been given a different cheesecake than what I ordered. I decided to keep it rather than return, as going back to Chinatown wasn't convenient at the time. The cheesecake itself was also disappointing in texture and freshness--it felt quite soggy and not as fresh as expected. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I don't think I would return.

Portuguese Egg Tart葡撻: The shop keeps the egg tarts in a warming box, which is very thoughtful. I've always preferred the cookie crust of old-fashioned Hongkongese egg tarts; they don't crumble or feel sticky in your throat. The custard filling looked a bit overbaked on the surface, but it was still smooth and creamy inside. The milk and egg flavors were qualified, and it was not too sweet. While not particularly amazing, it definitely deserved 4 stars, especially for a Cantonese person like me who hasn't had egg tarts in a long time. Hongkongese Egg Tart蛋撻: The crust is the same as the Portuguese egg tart, but the custard filling seems a bit more diluted, with a lighter milk flavor and a stronger egg flavor. People who aren't used to it might find it a bit eggy. I still prefer the former. Custard Bread奶黃包: Recommended by the owner, and it was definitely the best thing there! I ate it the next morning, but the bread was still soft, and the crust wasn't dry. The custard filling was generous, sweet, creamy, moist, and had a slightly grainy texture. Sausage Bread腸仔包: The seasoning was quite interesting, with a hint of wasabi (?). However, the sausage itself was just average, with a slightly starchy texture. Breads generally cost $2-4 each, and here four items were only $8+, enough to last me all day Important Reminder: Cash only for orders of $10 or less.

I am always surprised at how full I am when I leave! I'm stuffed every time. There is complementary miso soup with all of the bowls I've tried, outlined below. I really loved all of the bowls I've tried but my favorites are probably the Sake Aisuru Don and Kuromon Don. I just prefer more salmon to more tuna though, and they're all very good! Food: - Sake Aisuru Don: their classic all-salmon bowl! I loved the larger cuts of salmon, and I was pleasantly surprised that even the more pulverized salmon was flavorful! - Kuromon Don: loved the yellowtail in this! Each fish comes with two pieces (except the mackerel for which there are four), and I liked the sampler style for the salmon, tuna, yellowtail, and izumidai. - Maguro Toro Don: so much tuna! And all such high quality. The otoro was so fatty that it practically melted in my mouth without chewing. - Sake Maguro Hamachi Don: a mix of salmon, blue fin tuna, and yellowtail. I liked the yellowtail in this a lot and found that it stood out the most from the other two fish in this particular bowl!
