So incredibly disappointed with our purchase, I feel like my husband and I were robbed. We purchased a 2015 Ford F150 lariat with low mileage. The truck looked to be in immaculate condition and for the first six months we had zero problems. Fast forward to nine months after our purchase and the truck started leaking oil, causing it smoke from the engine. We immediately contacted GMC and we were instructed to take the vehicle to Ford for an inspection which my husband and I had to pay out-of-pocket $250out-of-pocket. Ford told us the truck needs about $10,000 worth of work, they were shocked the truck passed GMC's inspection. As were we the only reason my husband and I felt comfortable purchasing a preowned vehicle from GMC is because they promise you this bullshit warranty, which makes you think you will be supported and protected, but it is nothing but empty promises and a SCAM. The truck needs so much work my husband and I cant not afford so it's been sitting in our driveway for three months now meanwhile we're still paying a monthly fee of $450 a month.. I am so disappointed :( we feel robbed and tricked, we were completely taken advantage of! No dealership should be able to sell a vehicle that does not pass rigorous inspections. My husband and I are now stuck paying a $34,000 truck that we cannot drive. Please take our experience seriously I am not not a Karen or the type of person that likes to attack businesses. I'm actually the complete opposite as I manage a huge corporate hospital and I understand the effect that this can have an accompany. Do not make the same mistake that we did. we are a middle-class hard-working family that has been completely screwed. Bought a new truck in August 2024. Very happy with the truck and my initial Service. But my satisfaction ends there. Over the past month, I called the dealership regarding a question about a feature. The Operator transferred me to Service each time. My call went to their Voicemail. I left a message each time asking for a callback. To date, no callback. My issue remains unresolved. I recently reviewed my Warranty, and called the dealership 4 days ago with a question. I was transferred to Finance. I left a message asking for a callback. No callback. Please do not waste your time here. This place is the definition of slimy car sales. I went in today inquiring about a vehicle that was listed on their website for 66,000. I found the vehicle and test drove it, the salesman told me it was actually 70,000 I showed him a photo of what I saw online and he went said he would go check what vehicle it was. The sales manager came out and quickly said that there was a typo and it is 66,000. I asked him to value my trade-in and then run the numbers on the car to see if it was something we could get done today. He came back and gave me a ridiculous offer on my 2021 Audi. Then told me the car is actually 70,000 with dealer mark ups. I again explain no you literally just told me at 66,000 and it's listed on your website at 66,000 He just kind of Shrugged his shoulders and said that's not including dealer mark ups which we can add. I contacted the dealership today about a vehicle that was in transit. I was looking for a Yukon with a diesel engine. The information I found on their website stated they have a $4999 markup. When I called in and spoke to an employee I was told that due to diesel limited availability they have now changed the mark up to $9995 in addition to their $1390 additional dealer markup's. I understand dealers need to make money because less cars are available for them to sell. However don't advertise a market adjustment of a certain price just to tell a customer when they call in that price has been changed. When I asked the employee how long that adjustment has been going on he said for a little while now. It's sad to see Dealer's taking advantage of such an egregious mark ups when Chevy CEO just commented about markups.... It was specifically mentioned on the communication dealers providing these high markups could expect at some point to even have their allocation modified. There are plenty of other GMC dealers in the area that are willing to provide excellent customer service, find the vehicle you're wanting for, and not make you feel like you're getting raked over the coals and taken advantage of in our current climate read more

If I could give -1 star I would. The whole purchase experience lack of transparency and full of lies and not a typical experience you would get from a luxury car dealership. Saw one of their car (Porsche Macan) on Auto Trader, recived a text sounded like a human but turn outs to be a "virtual assistant" right off the bat, had I known "Emily" is a bot, I would terminated the discussion. That led to calls from 3 individual at crack of dawn uncoordinated wanting to do a deal. Meanwhile The car is missing $1,300+ critical parts from key fob to privacy cover for the trunk. When asked about the missing parts, they had no clue, clearly not a dealership knew Porsche well. When I asked about their bottom line for the car, they came back ask asking price plu $3200+ "Aftermarket Charge" which made their internet pricing totally false and deceiving. I told them they are trying to play me like a fool, and they said I was disrespectful, I hang up the phone and terminate the discussion. No wonder the car has been on their lot since February 2024. I contacted this dealership on March 26 for a safety recall. They ordered the part and never called me back for status at all. I had to get GMC customer relations department involved and miraculously the part came in . I scheduled an appointment for May 25 and was told by the service department that the technician doesn't work on Saturdays. If the dealership would have did their job correctly, I wouldn't have wasted my time ,gas and energy traveling on a Saturday morning just to be turned away. A lady answered her name is Victoria, and quoted me $435.- $495. For battery replacement otd. I asked her 3x for the price. Basically. WARNING!!! Take your business elsewhere! Found a vehicle we liked on their website and immediately called to see if still available. My husband spoke with Sebastian and was told vehicle is still available. We live an hour away from this location. However we really wanted this vehicle and was willing to make the drive. I would honestly give a higher review due to the sales experience, our salesman was super helpful and not pushy. He understood that he wasn't selling a vehicle, rather just the middle man as the sale was decided before coming into the dealership. The downside of a purchase is the "market markup", I was able to negotiate the removal of the $5,995 dealer mark up and then some, goes to show that their is a lot of wiggle room on price. The service departments around the entire area has gone done in performance and this dealership is no exception. Stacking service appointments on top of one another, making customers wait longer for simple services. I got floor mats installed, you can't just give them to me, I paid for them. I waited 3 hours to put in floor mats! Too it off, the service advisor (Jai) didn't even know he was assisting me today, the assigned service advisor was present. This led to more delays. He was completely caught off guard and doesn't know what he is doing. While waiting in the service waiting room, I was brought into the service area to pick up my vehicle, Jai handed me keys and told me I was good to go, I looked and my vehicle wasn't present, he handed me someone else's keys to a totally different vehicle. After being called up, I still waited 25 minutes for my vehicle. Even the service manager is a tool, I would steer clear unless a less than desired outcome is needed. Thank goodness that none of the service has to be done at this dealership to maintain a warranty. I've got to give TV Buick GMC five stars for my new Sierra 1500 Elevation 4x4 diesel purchase. I had been shopping online through the Schools First car buying website. Once I looked at the vehicle I was swiftly contacted by TV GMC. I informed the salesperson what I was looking for and he informed me that they had one being delivered that same day. I informed them that I was not willing to pay a mark up and I was leaving for vacation later in the day and I would come back next week to take a look. They called me back same day and informed me they would do it without the mark up if I came in today to buy it. Had them start the paperwork for me so when I got there everything was ready to go. When I got there (about 9pm, cuz my son had a football game that day), they were patiently waiting with all the paperwork done. I was in and out the dealership in about 30 minutes. But the other 2 guys were ass holes and and in my opinion very very pushy even after telling them why I was there a few times and no plan to buy that day. The customer service here is TRASH. We had to bring our truck into GMC because our truck was stolen and some issues needed to be fixed through them. They have had our truck for 9 days without working on it (took 5 days past our appointment date to diagnosis it) because they were waiting for insurance information?!? Nah. You knew the other location helping on our truck was going to send over the information. MIKE- you "erased" the voicemail from Crash Campions and didn't even bother to try and contact them. YOU KNEW OUR SITUATION AND PROCEEDED TO NOT GIVE AF. What's the point of an appointment?? This location has caused us to pay for a rental car for more time than needed. The car salesman was great, and leasing a car was not an issue. However, the finance department and getting ahold of the dealership is awful. They owed me money from my trade in which occurred at the end of November. When I followed up at beginning of January with my car salesman , they claimed they were still waiting for the pink slip from the pay off for my trade in. I was told it should only be another week or two. I followed up 3 weeks later at this point, again by calling the finance department. The phone rang and went to voicemail, so I left a voicemail with my name, phone number, and what my inquiry was. I waited a day, no response, so I called again. Again went to voicemail. I called right back, this time to a different person in finance, still no answer and left another voicemail with my info requesting a call back. Once again, no response. The next day, I call the mainline for GMC requesting to speak to someone over the phone because for the past 3 days, I have yet to get a response from anyone. The lady says "let me transfer you, they should answer". AGAIN the phone rings and goes to voicemail with the very original person I had left a voicemail for through days prior. I called the mainline back immediately asking to speak to a finance person now over the phone because they won't return my calls. Lone behold, the finance lady was actually free and could take my call after I persisted for it. She proceeded to tell me it was the credit union who should have sent the check. I corrected her and told her it was the dealership, and they were waiting for the pink slip. The finance lady cc me in an email with the person who writes the check and that person was sick. They informed me they had the check, but no know status of when my check was or should be sent. It has been over two months and I have yet to receive my money and the dealership never returned any phone calls or still has provided an answer of when. read more

I was told to wait in the lobby because I was going to be provided with a loaner car. 2 people showed up after me and were given loaners. The lady at the front desk even said " I'll be right back I need to get the mileage for all 3 of your loaners", obviously I was led to believe I was to be placed in one of those. Come to find out, the service rep made the purchase order for an Uber to be called for me and take me to a local rental car dealer. When she took the purchase order from me, I saw she became confused and went to ask the service advisor (Sean). He then came out and explained that they did lot have loaners available and that is why he is sending me to Hertz. This was an obvious and blatant lie as the front desk lady had just taken a key out for me and checked the mileage. I called yesterday for an oil change. The lady on the phone told me they have "the afternoon or first thing in the morning". She said there are only two people with 7:00 AM appointments and they have four techs. I booked 7:00. I was the first one in line. I checked in on the kiosk. 8:30 comes along and I checked on my truck. They said they haven't even started working on it yet. WTF!?! They said I'm next and then it will be another 45 minutes. It's an oil change! I did these at a gas station in high school. It doesn't take 45 to do an oil change. This isn't the first time they have taken too long. They must over-book. This is just ridiculous. I'm going to be trading my Denali truck in for a new one in June and I will definitely not buy from this dealership again. read more
