Service Department gets overwhelmed by the number of customers I think, but I have received good service.

Service department was outstanding. We actually make special trips from San Diego to come here to service our truck because Mike and his team take such exceptional care of us. Due to the nature/potential length of the service (multiple days), we were provided a loaner vehicle which we appreciated. Professional, attentive, personable, good communication, and no financial surprises. Well done! read more

This company (falsely) advertised a GMC 3500 for an MSRP $92,230 and a Sale price $93,825. I contacted sales person Peter early in the morning to confirm the Sales price of $93,825 as the official "off-the-lot" price before taxes, and Peter confirmed that was indeed the price. I told Peter I wanted to lock the deal in, and purchase the vehicle today. I spent the day filling out credit applications , going to the bank to get the down payment, scheduling travel arrangements to pick up the vehicle, washing and preparing photos of my trade in as the dealer requested. I did all under the assumption we had a done deal. In the eleventh hour after I completed all these tasks, I receive a call from Ivan that he now must mark up the vehicle an additional $6700 . He states that the sticker price on the vehicle is more than the sale price listed on the website. That he must now mark up the vehicle $6500, not $1500. Additionally, I now have to buy extra accessories that I didn't ask for such as cupholders, door protectors, and ceramic wax which will be an additional $1700 on top of the extra $5000. After these unethical antics I informed Ivan I'd take my business elsewhere. Ivan was not be aware that I have a degree in business law, and that I'm aware that false advertisement is a crime in California punishable civilly and criminally. I will be contacting GMC and the BBB informing them of this dealerships illegal and unethical activity. Furthermore, I will be filling a civil suit against this business to hold them accountable and to protect future customers from having to deal with these shady sales people in the future. read more

I've been here a couple of times and both times they wanted to take me inside and look at their inventory on a computer. I can do that at home. I came to the lot to look at the trucks in person. It'd be better if the sales people can check inventory on their phones and unlock the vehicles via an app, instead of having to get physical keys to unlock the doors. read more

I guess I am not the only one that this dealership has used deceptively tactics on. they utilize false advertisement to get attention and force added services on customers. their online listed prices are not what they indicate once u show up to dealership. I went to see a truck listed for 42k and after all the FORCED added services like paint protection, interior protection and other items that again aren't optional. the prices jumped to over 52K. again they indicate that all these items of paint, repair, small dents repairs etc is MANDATORY. I don't think this is a tactic they can utilize and I plan to report them to the BBB and Department of consumers affairs. Here are some screen shots of what they offer online vs what Their numbers are. Very Shady dealership, very deceptive and misleading. read more

Sales people just want to sell I understand that, but they can't really hold you or convince you to buy there car, it's so pushy and when it comes down you need there help to see the little damage that you didn't really see it, they won't help you, state that if you have your car outside there property it will be your own problem. read more

Recently got my vehicle serviced here and was over charged for a quote coming out to $1,500. Luckily I have an after market extended warranty and they informed me I'm being over charged. After talking to a service specialist in person and questioning the amount, only then was the quote double checked and corrected to $800. My service specialist was not apologetic nor was an empathy given for the mistake. I don't think this was a mistake but I caught them trying to scam me. Please double check your quotes everyone. read more

Awful dealership - they did the bait and switch on us. We drove over 80 miles in traffic to purchase car. Once we arrived we find out the car had just been "sold" even though our licenses and social security cards had already been run to hold the car while we were on the road. The shady manager Rigo never said "I'm sorry," but instead said "there's nothing I can do". He wasn't in the least bit sorry because he got more money for the car over the phone. We were leveraged so that they could sell the car at a higher cost with dealer add ons to someone remote - they said we were on our way in to buy it to the other interested party. They don't deserve your business as unethical as they are. read more

So incredibly disappointed with our purchase, I feel like my husband and I were robbed. We purchased a 2015 Ford F150 lariat with low mileage. The truck looked to be in immaculate condition and for the first six months we had zero problems. Fast forward to nine months after our purchase and the truck started leaking oil, causing it smoke from the engine. We immediately contacted GMC and we were instructed to take the vehicle to Ford for an inspection which my husband and I had to pay out-of-pocket $250out-of-pocket. Ford told us the truck needs about $10,000 worth of work, they were shocked the truck passed GMC's inspection. As were we the only reason my husband and I felt comfortable purchasing a preowned vehicle from GMC is because they promise you this bullshit warranty, which makes you think you will be supported and protected, but it is nothing but empty promises and a SCAM. The truck needs so much work my husband and I cant not afford so it's been sitting in our driveway for three months now meanwhile we're still paying a monthly fee of $450 a month.. I am so disappointed :( we feel robbed and tricked, we were completely taken advantage of! No dealership should be able to sell a vehicle that does not pass rigorous inspections. My husband and I are now stuck paying a $34,000 truck that we cannot drive. Please take our experience seriously I am not not a Karen or the type of person that likes to attack businesses. I'm actually the complete opposite as I manage a huge corporate hospital and I understand the effect that this can have an accompany. Do not make the same mistake that we did. we are a middle-class hard-working family that has been completely screwed. If any of you have any advice, please message me directly on what we could possibly legally do. I am at a loss. read more

I contacted the dealership today about a vehicle that was in transit. I was looking for a Yukon with a diesel engine. The information I found on their website stated they have a $4999 markup. When I called in and spoke to an employee I was told that due to diesel limited availability they have now changed the mark up to $9995 in addition to their $1390 additional dealer markup's. I understand dealers need to make money because less cars are available for them to sell. However don't advertise a market adjustment of a certain price just to tell a customer when they call in that price has been changed. When I asked the employee how long that adjustment has been going on he said for a little while now. It's sad to see Dealer's taking advantage of such an egregious mark ups when Chevy CEO just commented about markups.... It was specifically mentioned on the communication dealers providing these high markups could expect at some point to even have their allocation modified. There are plenty of other GMC dealers in the area that are willing to provide excellent customer service, find the vehicle you're wanting for, and not make you feel like you're getting raked over the coals and taken advantage of in our current climate read more

I've been meaning to write this for a couple of weeks now. First of all what a great staff ! Especially the service department. Sean is very good at what he does as a service writer. He is in constant communication with you and stands by his word. I had an issue with my 2022 GMC Sierra Denali, That was needless to say elusive to the tech. They finally narrowed it down and found the problem. All the while keeping me in the loop and providing me with a loaner ( Thanks Kaylee). Sean and his team are second to none, and you are always greeted when you walk in to see if you've been helped. Great job everyone I will be recommending you to everyone I know and will be bringing my company vehicle from now on. Keep up the great work everyone!!!! read more

Please do not waste your time here. This place is the definition of slimy car sales. I went in today inquiring about a vehicle that was listed on their website for 66,000. I found the vehicle and test drove it, the salesman told me it was actually 70,000 I showed him a photo of what I saw online and he went said he would go check what vehicle it was. The sales manager came out and quickly said that there was a typo and it is 66,000. I asked him to value my trade-in and then run the numbers on the car to see if it was something we could get done today. He came back and gave me a ridiculous offer on my 2021 Audi. Then told me the car is actually 70,000 with dealer mark ups. I again explain no you literally just told me at 66,000 and it's listed on your website at 66,000 He just kind of Shrugged his shoulders and said that's not including dealer mark ups which we can add. No where on the website listing does it say anything about dealer mark ups the price is very clearly 66,000 out the door. Highly recommend everybody steer clear of this business read more

Reading the reviews I was honestly hesitant. I was looking for a particular vehicle available at several different dealers. All had the roughly 3000 dollar dealer add ons. Almost bought at Tustin GMC but did not want their add ons. I contacted Matt in Temecula. He said that they have add ons but optional. Set up time to meet at noon. I was done with all paperwork at 1:30. Price as promised. Finance manager was super and efficient. She is an asset to dealership. I was helped by Sultan, also a good experience. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, this was the fastest. The easiest. By far my best dealer experience. Thank you Temecula Valley GMC. read more

Bought a new truck in August 2024. Very happy with the truck and my initial Service. But my satisfaction ends there. Over the past month, I called the dealership regarding a question about a feature. The Operator transferred me to Service each time. My call went to their Voicemail. I left a message each time asking for a callback. To date, no callback. My issue remains unresolved. I recently reviewed my Warranty, and called the dealership 4 days ago with a question. I was transferred to Finance. I left a message asking for a callback. No callback. I called again the next day, and left another message requesting a callback. Frustrated, I called yesterday morning and asked to speak with the General Manager. My call went to Voicemail. I asked for a callback. A day and a half later, no callback. I called again this morning. There was no answer from the Receptionist/Operator. Happy with my Truck but have some questions. The Dealership is totally unresponsive to the 6 Voicemails I've left so far. I will now contact GM to express my dissatisfaction with the Customer Service at their Dealership. If I could give -1 star I would. The whole purchase experience lack of transparency and full of lies and not a typical experience you would get from a luxury car dealership. Saw one of their car (Porsche Macan) on Auto Trader, recived a text sounded like a human but turn outs to be a "virtual assistant" right off the bat, had I known "Emily" is a bot, I would terminated the discussion. That led to calls from 3 individual at crack of dawn uncoordinated wanting to do a deal. Meanwhile The car is missing $1,300+ critical parts from key fob to privacy cover for the trunk. When asked about the missing parts, they had no clue, clearly not a dealership knew Porsche well. When I asked about their bottom line for the car, they came back ask asking price plu $3200+ "Aftermarket Charge" which made their internet pricing totally false and deceiving. I told them they are trying to play me like a fool, and they said I was disrespectful, I hang up the phone and terminate the discussion. No wonder the car has been on their lot since February 2024. This place is a joke and pray on women that walk through the service door. They will milk your warranty to high heaven, and then cause a slew of other problems and not own up to them or fix them. WARNING!!! Take your business elsewhere! Found a vehicle we liked on their website and immediately called to see if still available. My husband spoke with Sebastian and was told vehicle is still available. We live an hour away from this location. However we really wanted this vehicle and was willing to make the drive. Husband told Sebastian we're not local and will be traveling far and was reassured the vehicle will be there waiting on us. We loaded up all our kids and made childcare arrangements to drive to Temecula. Even went to the bank to withdraw cash for down payment. 30 minutes away the hubby texted Sebastian to let them know we were in route and we are really interested. 30 mins later.... We arrive at the dealership and miraculously we were told that the vehicle we wanted had just been sold 10 minutes ago. We asked to speak to Sebastian as he was the person we have been in contact with but was told he is not available. We were very disappointed to have wasted time and energy only to find out the vehicle is sold. Seems like they try to bait you in and then when you get there switch it to a more expensive car. I've got to give TV Buick GMC five stars for my new Sierra 1500 Elevation 4x4 diesel purchase. I had been shopping online through the Schools First car buying website. Once I looked at the vehicle I was swiftly contacted by TV GMC. I informed the salesperson what I was looking for and he informed me that they had one being delivered that same day. I informed them that I was not willing to pay a mark up and I was leaving for vacation later in the day and I would come back next week to take a look. They called me back same day and informed me they would do it without the mark up if I came in today to buy it. Had them start the paperwork for me so when I got there everything was ready to go. When I got there (about 9pm, cuz my son had a football game that day), they were patiently waiting with all the paperwork done. I was in and out the dealership in about 30 minutes. I've never bought a new car that fast. Big thanks to TV GMC and Schools First for making it happen with a good price and interest rate that no one else can beat right now. read more

My wife and I purchased our GMC Yukon from Sergio at Temecula Valley GMC even though we live in Northern California because he offered us the most customer friendly experience that I have ever had at a dealership. We had been looking for something very specific and I had talked to numerous dealerships up and down the state and once I spoke with Sergio the first time, we decided that this was who would be helping us with our purchase. He found us the vehicle, arranged the remote paper signing and they overnighted it all up to our house and back and by the time we were able to fly down, all we had to do was grab the keys and drive off. They offered to truck the vehicle up to us but by this time I wanted to meet Sergio in person and shake his hand. Thank you Sergio for the easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever had. For those wondering about markups, I inquired with so many dealerships and the bottom line is all of them had significant markups because a lot of the vehicles are sold before they hit the lot. Temecula Valley GMC was at the middle to lower end as far as markups. Thanks again Sergio! read more

I would honestly give a higher review due to the sales experience, our salesman was super helpful and not pushy. He understood that he wasn't selling a vehicle, rather just the middle man as the sale was decided before coming into the dealership. The downside of a purchase is the "market markup", I was able to negotiate the removal of the $5,995 dealer mark up and then some, goes to show that their is a lot of wiggle room on price. The service departments around the entire area has gone done in performance and this dealership is no exception. Stacking service appointments on top of one another, making customers wait longer for simple services. I got floor mats installed, you can't just give them to me, I paid for them. I waited 3 hours to put in floor mats! Too it off, the service advisor (Jai) didn't even know he was assisting me today, the assigned service advisor was present. This led to more delays. He was completely caught off guard and doesn't know what he is doing. While waiting in the service waiting room, I was brought into the service area to pick up my vehicle, Jai handed me keys and told me I was good to go, I looked and my vehicle wasn't present, he handed me someone else's keys to a totally different vehicle. After being called up, I still waited 25 minutes for my vehicle. Even the service manager is a tool, I would steer clear unless a less than desired outcome is needed. Thank goodness that none of the service has to be done at this dealership to maintain a warranty. If you have tons of time to waste, poor customer service and disorganization, this is the e place for you. read more
