One tech was switching out light switched and shorted the breaker because he didn't turn it off to begin with which shorted out my $5000 4K Sony projector WiHome said because they didn't sell me the projector they wouldn't cover the damage. Thankfully Crutchfield exchanged it even though the projector was out of their return time limit. CRUTCHFIELD great company! I should have fired them there. But... I wanted the job done. The tech for Wihome Control 4 wrote crappy code which needed to be redone after the fact. They also give me outdated and incorrect components to Control 4 which also had to be replaced by another company. It was one fuck up after another. Just a Trash company!!! Do yourself a favor go with a more expensive company you'll save money in the long run trust me! Only positive My sales agent was a nice guy though he kept on trying to sell me Triad speakers when I knew I wanted Klipsch. At the end of the day I have spent almost as much with another company fixing all their mistakes. And even today I am still finding mistakes as I try to connect my PS to the theater and can't because they installed once again the wrong components.

They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath.
