Pretty basic in terms of projects, but not knowing a damn thing about AV, AND given the wiring in this place is from 2008 with cables behind the walls, he went over what was going on, provided some options, and took care of biz seamlessly. He even took some time to walk me through the details of updating the speaker system that runs through the whole house (the "zone" stuff). A real charming gent, super thorough and detailed, with great comms. Thanks my man! If we do that swap over to the Sonos system (or any other AV stuff), we'll be calling.

Trebor Tech did an incredible job installing a server rack and running six network drops throughout…read moremy three-story home. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. What really set them apart from the other four companies I got quotes from was their attention to detail -- they not only ran all the cabling cleanly, but also repaired and painted the drywall afterward, leaving everything spotless. My home posed some challenges since there's no traditional attic access, but they found a smart solution by cutting a discreet access point and installing a clean, removable panel that looks like part of the original design. They even went above and beyond by installing a drop-down TV mount in my living room since my fireplace mantel sits too high for comfortable viewing. The entire experience exceeded expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Trebor Tech again or recommend them to anyone looking for quality network or low-voltage work.

Title: Here's the electrician you have been searching for!…read more We hired MidAtlantic Wiring to install a dedicated outlet and were very impressed. Their communication regarding the project and the expense was clear and direct. They were responsive, on time, professional, courteous, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as discussed with no surprises. They even left the work area cleaner than they found it, and they answered all of our questions at a level that we (non-electricians!) could understand. A reliable electrician is hard to find, and we highly recommend Mid Atlantic Wiring--we will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

They responded almost immediately, scheduled a remote evaluation, quoted a fair price range, and came out to perform the service 2 days later. My home is a bit older, so when we discovered that the wall wasn't going to support the clearance needed to run the wire, they walked me through several alternatives, gave me time to decide, performed the service extremely well, charged me the lower end of the quoted price range, and were on their way 2 hours later. Extremely satisfied, and I'll be using them again if the need ever arises.

Unfortunately, when I reached back out to them a few months ago to perform some maintenance on the cameras and provide a design for a larger smart home with AV, Doug strung me along for months before finally coming out to take a look and has since gone dark again. I saw some of the recent negative feedback about no responses for small jobs, but it doesn't see they are interested in any work . At least respond that you're not interested or don't have the capacity. I can respect that. But don't waste people's time. I thought I was being gracious over the holidays and hung in there based on their past work, but something has changed and I would not recommend them anymore.

I could have asked one of my coworkers for assistance, they know this stuff forward and backward. However finding a coworker who's not in a meeting or otherwise occupied is difficult, and I had been struggling with the laptops for weeks. The quality of work was excellent (a couple of my techie/engineer coworkers agreed), and the service was well priced.
