I would give this place 5 stars for the following reasons: * Clean, fun environment * Variety of drinks, including decaffeinated options * Wonderful location and the only decent Boba place within a 4 mile radius * Nice staff But I didn't give it five stars for the following reason: the wait is getting to be too long! In fact I haven't come on certain occasions because the wait is line moves way too slowly. I really wish there were two registers or at least someone who can help the novice Boba drinker who takes forever to order. It's also annoying when the one person running the cash register often has to also put the toppings in the cups between taking drink orders. If service was faster and/or there was an online order option, I would come more often! read more

Such a great Teaspoon location! This place is pristine clean and the staff is beyond helpful! The Teaspoon menu is the same it is in other cities--lots of nice options of special tea drinks, mango and piña colada smoothie, and snow!! I usually get snow here because when given the option between a beverage or something not unlike an ice cream sundae, I can't resist. But this time around I got the piña colada smoothie and a plain milk tea with 0% sweet. They made my order perfectly and it came out in basically three minutes! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in the mood for a sweet (or not so sweet if you adjust sweetness %) treat! read more

I love Teaspoon because they will fill my Mason jar so I don't have to use a plastic cup, they brew the tea fresh with espresso machines, and use better quality ingredients than most places, but keep their prices within $.50 of most other (good) boba. Advice: you need to plan more time than you think for a drink stop. I was 4th in line at the Campbell location and waited 30 minutes. There were 2 people in the kitchen, and the man working the register would go help make drinks in between taking each person's order. I'll keep coming back when I'm around the pruneyard, but not for a stop on my way to work. read more

Teaspoon is a solid pearl tea joint and glad that one opened up in Campbell. I went at an off time so I'm unsure if it's crowded, but there isn't much space inside to stand in line. The cashier is really close to the entry door so don't be discouraged if you're waiting outside. Nothing different from other teaspoons in the area and that's good. I went with the classic milk tea with honey boba to make a comparison and it's on par with their other stores. This took the spot of the old cold stone creamery nearby Buca Di Beppo. Great addition to the Pruneyard. With the new theater, mendocino farms, and the burger lounge, it's definitely getting a facelift. I'll be back to satisfy my pearl tea cravings. read more

4 Stars for putting the Caramel Creme drink permanently on the menu! If you like black sugar, this is your drink too. I also tried their Snow Panda (Oreo Cookie) Shaved Ice. I was asked why I would spend $7 for shaved ice but when it's 100° out, it was a very nice cool treat. TOLD IF I AM NOT COMFORTABLE COMING IN TO ORDER, I CAN GO TO ANOTHER TEA PLACE......all I can say is WOW EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service I received at this location yesterday evening. They use Fivestars in order to receive perks and I called to see about finally collecting my perks for my order. Well, the response I received was not one I expected. In short, the young man who answered the phone (I have his name but will not put it on here and will tell the owner or manager if they respond), said they cannot enter my number for the perk if I do not come in and order at the store. Then after attempting to explain to him my situation without going into detail about health, his response was IF I AM NOT COMFORTABLE COMING IN TO THE SHOP TO ORDER, I CAN ALWAYS GO TO ANOTHER TEA SHOP. I was shocked by his response and when I asked for a manger or supervisor on duty I was told there was only a shift lead. Needless to say I did not order and will be calling today to see if there is a manager to speak with about the customer service. During these times of Covid and with underlining health issues, it makes no sense to wait in line to order a drink with my perks, which is why I had been holding onto the perk and just ordering online (online there is no perk option). All I can say is after careful consideration of the treatment I received, I will take the young mans advice and start going to another Tea Shop, one where customer service IS a priority. read more

My friend and I been wanting to try out this place. We got Thai Tea & Sweet Marshmallow both with pearls. The wait was pretty long and we were very excited to receive our order. As we took the first sip we both noticed the milk or cream has gone bad. The "Sweet Marshmallow" had a funky taste to it. It would be odd to have something called the "Sweet Marshmallow" to taste like spoiled dairy. It definitely had a spoiled dairy taste to it and the the bobas did not taste right (the texture was good though). Sadly, our boba also tasted sour. Not sure if the bobas are supposed to taste sour at Teaspoon. Maybe they couldn't check the dairy expiration date since they were pretty backed up. We had no choice but to throw it away. (We couldn't go back since they were busy and we were already on the road). The guy at the front was friendly, over all the service was great (that's for the other star). Pretty bummed by it. - UPDATE - We both felt very nauseous a couple of hours after. If this is what food poisoning is then it must be it. I had a pretty bad diarrhea and got red bumps on my face. Had a terrible experience here just now. One of the male Asian workers treated me extremely rudely, yelling at me multiple times over and over again. I've never felt so terrible after coming to a teaspoon, and this is the first time I've ever been treated this poorly. I really did not deserve to be treated this way by a worker just because there was a long line outside and they were busy. I understand that it can be stressful to work at times like this, but it is very uncalled for to treat a customer so terribly. I really hope the manager can talk to that worker so that the same poor treatment is not repeated to anyone else. read more

I tried the liquid gold with oatmilk and it wasn't bad! The tea has a pretty strong taste to it, which is nice, but I can't help but think that it tasted a little bit watered down?? Maybe it's because of the oatmilk but the drink tasted watery. What's nice is that they implemented an online ordering system so you can order and pick up and they're doing a pretty good job at making sure that people are social distancing! read more

I live the boba life and i love Teaspoon Campbell! I've been to a few other Teaspoon locations in the Bay Area but this one is by far the best. I ordered a Thai Iced Milk Tea with pearls and almond jelly (folks, most tea places don't even carry almond jelly) and it was so delicious! The tea tasted fresh, it was perfectly sweetened, and the boba had the perfect chewy consistency. I've been told that they sweeten their boba in honey versus brown sugar so the boba balls are not overly sweet or soggy. I also ordered (no judgy eyes please) a refreshing Lemon Tart fluffy snow ice which is basically a marriage made in snow heaven between shave ice and ice cream. There are many flavors and so many toppings that you can choose from! The Willow Glen/Campbell area has long needed a boba place so I'm stoked that Teaspoon has arrived!
