We've been using this pest control company since we moved into our home in August 2025, and I…read morehonestly can't say enough good things about them. They've always been reliable, professional, and incredibly responsive. If I text with a question, they text back. There was one time I was accidentally charged, and they refunded it immediately without any hassle. The owner has always been kind and easy to work with, and every technician we've had has been respectful and professional. One thing that really stood out to me recently was when we got a new puppy. A technician accidentally left our gate open, but instead of ignoring it, he personally texted me to apologize and took full responsibility. That kind of accountability says a lot about the people they hire and the culture they've built. As for the actual pest control--they do a great job. We rarely see spiders or bugs throughout the year. When summer rolls around and the ants start showing up, they come out and handle it quickly. If the ants get especially bad, they'll even come back for an extra service. Honestly, our biggest ant problem comes from neighboring properties, so that's not something any company can completely control, but they do everything they can to keep it under control. I get pest control companies knocking on my door all the time trying to earn my business, and I never even consider switching. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and this team consistently delivers it. Highly recommend.

I've been a loyal and consistent customer of Premier's for about 4 1/2 years, and it's…read moredisappointing to have to remove my previous review and write a new, transparent based on my most recent experience. About a week after my last service early this year, I was still experiencing issues around the entryway to my property, so I reached out and politely asked the technician to please respray a specific area near the garage entry. Instead of responding professionally, he became defensive and questioned why I was asking, stating that the area had already been sprayed during the initial visit. His tone, demeanor, and facial expressions came across as irritated and confrontational, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. As a long-time, loyal customer who has consistently supported and recommended Premier to family members and neighbors here at GP, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I simply requested additional attention to an area where I was still having problems, and the response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily argumentative. After 4 1/2 years of service, it's unfortunate to say that I can no longer confidently recommend the company and would like to cancel my service.

In fact, they seemed to always come back stronger! After being gone a couple days I returned to find our whole kitchen bombarded by them once again so I decided enough is enough and scoured Yelp and found these guys and I am so glad I did. A technician came out the next day and assessed the issue and went to work. Gave me some pointers and guaranteed the ants would be gone after a couple of days and sure enough, I haven't seen a single ant since. So awesome! He also saw some wasp nests in our eaves and asked if we wanted help getting those down and I quickly agreed as we have a young daughter always curious about insects. Would highly recommend these guys, it was money so well spent!

I immediately contacted several pest control companies to inquire about their availability, process and pricing . After talking with Rob at Old Towne Termite, I felt comfortable with his approach of doing an inspection to determine what type of cockroaches were coming in. This type needs a specific type of treatment. Chris was punctual and was very easy to communicate with. We set up a monthly service for 3 months to ensure that we were able to get rid of the cockroaches and also any eggs or baby cockroaches.
