I choose not to get the…read morephone, only needing internet, and was assured the price was the same and told to go into any store to pick up equipment. The Greeley sales man told be I had to hook up a phone or the price would be double the price. He refused to give me equipment unless I activated a phone line. I then called the main Xfinity number to verify the price and terms. I was told that this store was not honoring the terms and trying to upsell. The dishonesty was profound and the man literally became angry when I refused, told me to get service elsewhere, and stormed off leaving me standing at the desk. I went to a different store and was given the equipment without the drama. Don't give them your business. Don't take their word for anything. There are many official stores that aren't owned by greedy, lying, creeps.

The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, "We can't do anything. Well, unless you pay another $10 a month, then we can make it stop." So... You can do something, you just won't unless I have deeper pockets. Your customers are being harassed, but profits are more important. I don't know how my number got out to all the scammers, but it wouldn't surprise me if Xfinity sold it to them to force me to pay extra. Looking for another cell service provider now and will NEVER return to Xfinity! I'm going to tell everyone about this!

    I would like to share a service complain on Comcast Xfinity...where I am not even a customer of…read moretheirs but have made multiple attempts to get them to fix their install that comes into our backyard for over a year now. Around April/May of 2020, we had Xfinity knock on our door to ask permission about accessing an electric box in our yard for neighbors that we're getting their service installed. We asked why the cables had to come to our yard, but at that point in time it was the closest connection in our new development. However, they didn't ground the wires as promised. Instead, they dangled the cables over the top of our low-level fence lines - crossing three neighbors fence lines before reaching the actual customer. We made sure to call it out to them that the way they were planning on leaving it will not work for us. And they were quick to tell us that they will have a team come to ground the wires so they're not exposed and hanging for any children (or adults for that matter) to accidentally touch. That promise has still never been met - and that's the issue we have been continuously trying to correct. We've called over 15 times - even had a service technician come out around February of 2021 where he said this is not how it should have been installed. At that point in time we were in our wet/snow season, so the gentleman told us they'd be out in May 2021 to come ground it once we got to dry season. That never happened either. I have called 6 times since July 2021 (only achieving 4 ticket numbers) but they have scheduled a technician to come on a Saturday - where they never showed. They told me on another ticket I would receive a call - which I never did. Then another time another call promise - to the same result. Then a 4th time with the same result. The last time I spoke I heard the exact same wording and knew I was only going to get the exact same result. At this point we have now filed complaints with the BBB and the FCC.
