The company I work for has 12 accounts with Comcast. We have tried on many occasions to deal with Comcast over the phone and every time it's been a frustrating experience!! I walked into the Xfinity store on 88th and Washington and was assisted by Daniel- what a great guy! He was helpful and genuinely concerned about our problems. I just wanted to say thanks to him. I went to the store today to return the wifi I had called a week ago and they told me I had to pay a fee. However I went today and a lady with a big nose high bun , tall and brown skin helped me and gave me a dirty looked. I asked her I came to return the wifi box. she said "leave it there " walked away. and I was like I have another question I was told on the phone about a fee and she basically ignored me and helped the guy behind me. Needed malware removed from my phone. My tech was Anthony Wilson who was respectful and efficient in finding and solving the problem. It happened to be a newly installed app. He uninstalled that app and phone now works great! I never would have been able to resolve this issue on my own. Don't even make an order to pick up at this store. They'll still have you waiting in line no matter if you just need to pick up on express pick up like the website says 1.5 hours just to do the same thing I did online. What a waste of time. If I could NO STARS I would. While I selected the Thornton location. This review is for Xfinity Mobile all together. I made the huge mistake of getting cell service through xfinity. The rude people at the Thornton location should have been the warning flag. I gave them the benefit of doubt because they were busy and the Rep was overwhelmed. Maybe she wasn't properly trained because the amount of mistakes she did on my account costed me hundreds of dollars. The following happened because of mistakes an xfinity rep made and getting them to rectify each mistake has been a battle. 1) I was double charged on monthly bills. They don't reverse the 2nd charge. They "just" credit your account so they keep your money. Even if that double charge is a few hundred dollars. They blame it on a "technical glitch". This has happened several months in a row and totaling several hundreds of dollars. It turns out when the rep set up my account... she set the REQUIRED autopay TWICE. So for several months I was receiving a double charge of $242 and they wouldn't give me my money back. They just credit it to the account. Eventually after several months and a lot of arguing, this was fixed. 2) my daughter travels a lot as a young adult. There were too many times she was without service. We were told xfinity use's Verizon towers. We were NOT told xfinity is bottom tier on the towers and service isn't guaranteed because xfinity relies mostly on wifi connectivity as their signature service boost. So my daughter switched her service to Verizon. She has excellent coverage EVERYWHERE she travels. I went through the standard protocols to cancel her line and at the end of the call I was told "I've cancelled the line on number (720) xxx-xxxx is there anything else I can do for you. I said no. Fast forward a month and I see I'm still getting charged. I call. They apologized and said the credit will go on my account. They won't return it to my card. Fast forward another month. They billed me for a cancelled line again. I call. They apologized again. This happened for 5months. Totaling nearly $600. I was paperless billing and I asked then asked for an audit on my account because I didn't see any full credits "post to my account" when I reviewed my bill online. I saw only the insurance fee for the cancelled line post as a credit. They audited and found the discrepancy and offered to pay $200 as a credit since I didn't report it after the first month. I argued. They cited some policy I agreed to when I signed up with them. To this day that $200 credit has not been applied. I called. They say "ok I see the notes. I'll escalate to a supervisor". It's been about 3 months and a dozen calls. My advice. Don't do business with this company. It's not worth the headache. You'll get scammed. read more

When you need to swap out your cable boxes, this is the place to go. I was upgrading my service and this was the closest Xfinity/Comcast location so this is where I went. Well was looking to set up internet but with an almost 90 dollar charge no way! In las vegas we were never charged for setting up our internet, and with hotspots and phones getting faster no reason to buy internet, I would drop the installation fee if you want more customers. Not everyone needs high speed maybe some people like myself want it for gaming but I watch all my shows via streaming with no issues without it. So not going to purchase. Drop the install fee it's a joke or at least lower it to be more reasonable. read more

Came in when I was due for a a new phone. The staff was so helpful and kind! I wanted to hang on to my previous iPhone and have it unlocked to give to my dad and the customer service employee was incredibly helpful and even wrote down the number to call and provided me with all pertinent information (I.e. IMEI number, serial number etc..) to provide Assurant to get it unlocked (the phone was fully paid for). She also gave me the in's and out of the benefits and redundancy in getting Apple + care and the xfinity insurance for the phone. Very informative as there are pros and cons to each. I highly recommend this Xfinity location. I was treated well and their staff is superb - honest, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. read more

First time we went to this location they conveniently closed early. Which happens and is understandable. Although annoying when the website says one thing and the location says another. Second time we went the employees were very nice but didn't seem to know what they were doing. I needed to set up my at home wifi as a first time buyer and was told my address was blocked due to previous renters. I told them we just moved in and could show them our lease. They said we would need to show the lease and addition documents and to call a help line. We drove home and called the help line explained the situation and our address was immediately un blocked. The phone service was a million times more helpful. We had the option to pick up our equipment that day which was awesome. However this extra trip with these gas prices could have been spared if they could have done this part themselves. Finally we picked up our equipment and drove home. Only to find out they did not give us everything we needed resulting in an additional trip. Gas prices are outrageous right now and to drive back for one cord was really annoying and expensive. The online or phone workers are way more helpful. These workers need more training and support to have better quality customer service. read more

Do NOT go to this Comcast location! I lost the 5G rating on my phone and took the phone to this location to find out why. When I removed the phone from it's case, the plastic back of the phone was buckled. I showed this to the original customer service agent who stated that it looked like the battery had blown. Comcast would not replace the phone until I paid the outstanding $50 owed for the phone, which I purchased through them. I was told that I would have to contact the manufacturer because Comcast's warranty was only good for 14 days after initial purchase. I asked to speak to a manager who might be able to do something for me. Not the case, I spoke to 2 "managers" who offered no options for my situation. I have been a customer since the 1990's and a senior on a fixed budget. One particularly rude manager, Josue, told me he wouldn't talk to me, there was nothing he could/would do for me. So he handed the damaged/dangerous phone back and walked away. After contacting Comcast CS, Ann, on the phone, I was given 2 options regarding my situation. These so called "managers" need training on how to treat customers. The original agent I spoke with made an effort to help me but was stopped by the managers. Xfinity will do anything to make you use their router and up charge you. Even if it means illegal and fraudulent activities, I stopped in this location and they did not even care about the actions of Xfinity. My router was not working and the technician told me it was broken and would never work. He then proceeded to set up the Xfinity router ($15 a month while mine is free) and after setting it up I told him I would not want to use it because my router worked perfectly last year with this company. And so after he leaves and he's on the phone with Xfinity my router starts working after he promised me it was broken. Which tells me Xfinity forces you to use their router so you pay more, but once I said no he finally sent the proper signal to my router. read more

I returned all my equipment in early June to this store, and didn't receive anything from them when returning (I was told "we just pack it up and they scan it"), and a couple of weeks later got called from their equipment returns collectors saying I didn't turn anything in. I turned everything in and have since gotten an email from them another week later. Almost impossible to get ahold of someone at Comcast and this keeps dragging on with little I can do. This is very frustrating, since I took in all my equipment the day I canceled. read more

Seriously...... I needed to speak with someone about the charges on my bill. I will never call customer service again, so I figured I'd go and chat with someone on the xfinity site. I told them I need my bill under a certain amount because it went up quite a bit this month, what can they offer me? They tell me they sent an email with a new plan they think I'm going to love. I open it up, and it's $40 more than what I was charged...... I was like wtf That's not less than what I'm paying, and they said well they think I'll really like this plan cause I can call internationally for free. I said I don't have anyone to call outside of the US, and they said well maybe I'll meet someone LOL Guess I gotta go into the store front again and talk to someone in person. I have nothing but extremely wonderful things to say about all of the employees in this store. I had a very difficult issue and they all did their very best to help get it solved. Jasmine was my main contact and extremely patient helper; but every single person in this store is helpful on a regular basis! The assistant store manager Jesse was such a help as well. I was there on and off for no less than 4 hrs by no fault of theirs but in that time even though they were working on my problems I watched as they attended to every single persons needs in a patient and timely manner! Jesse regularly ask if he could carry my phone with him while Jasmine worked with other folks and Jesse wanted to attend to someone who had just walked in! Overall they are a very attentive staff and very friendly and professional! Absolutely love this store!! read more
