Got an email saying we are at 90% data usage...I contact the xfinity mgt and ask how can two folks over 60, who do not stream have 90% data usage! Instead of explaining to me.... I tell her I have others taping on my vcr....so someone else is using my data some how....she agreed! Said she can see others on my data account....... I am upset and said....your yelp review has just went up to stupid level.... she hung up on me! She can see others on my account......I asked isnt this supposed to be secure....are you not supposed to be the to security folks telling all of us how safe we are.....and then, I get hung up on by a person in traing telling me others are on my account and she will walk me through how to delete them! I went through this but roll for years with Xfinity.... The first time to the 6th time a rep explained to me how the boxes are so full at the main box my wires had been in someone else's hole ....crammed wires together...this is why you get your tapings you didn't start...each week we get at least 7 shows that we have no clue how it got set....well if the wires bleed over ..we are playing mix and match... meaning some folks are getting charged more and some not at all....and if they are hackers ...we have been hacked for only 12 years....but did Xfinity act? Respond to what they see....this rep had seen folks on my account...told me....was going to help delete the others!! But Xfinity is very secure??? So secure we have all been hacked and paying others bills ....is your security team over the age of 4? Because even a 4 year old knows when they have been hacked.....for me, it was verified finally via a rep in training...then...phone goes dead...not suspect at all. Meaning...I am not at all secure....someone is hacking my data...as the young lady agreed...then she hung up on me! I have been told I have been hacked and others on my account by a rep on the recorder line...then she hangs up on me! This is xfinity at its best,,,I am hacked and all they could do is....confirm and hang up.....wow.....this is my 300.00 a month service! I will be writing the executive branch again....if not one thing another with xfinity. Keep in mind for about 6 years I was told I was going over data....until today I did not know I was hacked untill they confirmed it on the phone...then hung up on me...so how much over the years have I paid for someone else's data ..from our secure Xfinity account...not very secure if your folks agree I have been hacked and then....oops...hang up......some mgr overheard her and pulled her.... because she gave me info she was not supposed to. These guys are the absolute worst, and anyone who gives them a good review is undoubtedly one of the following: first term customer receiving the affordable price of tv and internet we all deserve (but just wait till they jack your prices up for the same exact offerings you had after the first year, and every year after that), someone who works for Comcast, or someone who is living/very close with someone who works at Comcast. I've been with Xfinity for four years, the first year was great and affordable. EVERY year after that they've increased my monthly payments for the same exact, or even less, tv and internet options. Also they suck at actually telling you what you will pay per month, they use tactics saying you will pay $90 a month, then tack on "digital preferred" fee ($18.50/mo), HD technology fee ($10/mo and give me a break it's just a fu**ing cord that should at most be a $10 flat fee, not monthly), DVR service fee ($9.95/mo and I don't see any options for me to take this away), Internet/Voice equipment fee ($13.00/mo), Broadcast tv fee ($8.70/mo and why the fu** wouldn't this be apart of my $90/mo "special offer" for TELEVISION and internet??) and of course the regional sports fee ($8.00/mo and ditto??). I think I might be forgetting a few other bullsh** monthly fees but all and all my super awesome $90 a month for tv and internet is actually $165 a month. This conglomerate is gauging millions of people and then they have the audacity to show commercials about how they care about their customers, even though EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER sees eye to eye with me on this issue.
