Terrible!! Ordered online and locked in a price with an optional phone. I choose not to get the phone, only needing internet, and was assured the price was the same and told to go into any store to pick up equipment. The Greeley sales man told be I had to hook up a phone or the price would be double the price. He refused to give me equipment unless I activated a phone line. I then called the main Xfinity number to verify the price and terms. I was told that this store was not honoring the terms and trying to upsell. The dishonesty was profound and the man literally became angry when I refused, told me to get service elsewhere, and stormed off leaving me standing at the desk. I went to a different store and was given the equipment without the drama. Don't give them your business. Don't take their word for anything. I walked in because I started receiving upwards of 40 scam calls daily starting from 06:00hrs. Haven't had any complaints with our service up to this point, but I asked what they could do to help me get the calls to stop. The employee looked me dead in the eye and said, "We can't do anything. Well, unless you pay another $10 a month, then we can make it stop." So... You can do something, you just won't unless I have deeper pockets. Your customers are being harassed, but profits are more important. I don't know how my number got out to all the scammers, but it wouldn't surprise me if Xfinity sold it to them to force me to pay extra. First we kept losing our service throughout the day , so we would call the phone number for Xfinity . We were being told consistently just reset the modem . Could not actually ever get through to a real life human being . After resetting the modem for the sixth time and trying to get through to a real life human being to talk to them , it was a stressful frustrating experience . I realize this is just a franchise store but I want to vent about my overall experience with Xfinity / Comcast.... I've been with then for years and they are by far the least pleasurable company I deal with. I hate giving them my money because they are terrible and the service is trash. Worse than Verizon by far. Currently I've been going back and forth with their automated service messenger about constant service interruptions that sprang up in the last year. Good luck getting a real human being to talk to... I've replaced my modem twice in the past month and still my internet is cutting out every other hour it seems. Sometimes for hours. This is really noticeable on windy days. The cable their technician ran into my house years ago looks like it's hanging on by a thread, but they insist it's my hardware. I'm paying them over $200 a month and the service sucks so bad. If you can get with another ISP in your neighborhood I'd give them a try first. These guys suck canal water but they are basically my only option. I'm writing this as I wait for my connection to turn back on... hopefully you don't end up like me. read more

This store is horrible. It is a franchise store and can only do certain things. Young people with high turnaround so not to knowledgeable about product. Loveland store is a corporate store and can answer all you question and have all the equipment you need. Drive to Loveland. It is worh it. Don't use this store. read more

Worst cable company in the history of mankind. I hope they go out of business soon. The Midwest will adapt and no one will use this horrible service. I'm sure the only business they get is apartment complexes that only carry their service. And they still try to rob those people. The automated system is garbage. They will charge you a late fee every chance they get because they have no money. All other companies stopped late fees and even payments. Not these guys. They actually INCREASED their equipment fee during a Pandemic. I dislike the customer service so much I'll be back to leave a 1 star review every chance I get. Dumpster fire of a company. read more

Just went here to set up internet in my apartment for the first time and I was helped by Joshua, amazing service!! He was extremely helpful, he answered all of my questions, he was very personable, he helped me find the most affordable plan in my budget, and made setting up my first account super easy!
