We were in a huge bind when another service failed to show up to dismount our TV when we moved out of our apartment. Jeff saved the day! He did a great job with both the dismount and then mounting it at our new place. Highly recommend!! read more

Jeff was very professional, responsive, assessed our needs and was easy to work with. The morning of service, he gave us an eta and showed up as promised. He was fast, efficient, taught us how to use the mount that we purchased in advance, and used sturdy/quality equipment to mount the TV. I couldn't believe how fast this was completed from start to finish. Thanks Jeff! read more

I needed 3 outdoor wired Ring cameras installed. The entire process was awesome. From scheduling to install. Jeff was great to work with and was very good about keeping in touch with the scheduling and appointment. He did a fantastic job installing the cameras and was very neat and tidy in cleaning up after drilling, etc. He was very patient with ensuring the cameras were angled as I desired. I highly recommend him, very professional and efficient and at a great price. read more

Quick and professional installation. Tvs look great and work perfectly. Recommend 100%!!!!

I had two TVs mounted. The process was easy from scheduling to installation. Great quality and very professional.

Worked with Jeff to get a quote for install and he worked with our schedule and obtained all the items needed. He was wonderful to work with and we plan on utilizing him again for amazing service at a more than reasonable cost. The request was answered promptly and communication was phenomenal. Look no further for amazing audio-visual support. read more

I contacted Jeff and was able to book him for a same day tv mounting project. He did an excellent job and was extremely friendly. We will be booking him again for future projects. read more

I decided to go with Jeff because 1) the reviews were all 5's and 2) the price to install our Starlink was very reasonable. Even before he came out to do the install, he provided great advice, telling me where to get the pivot mount (and where not to as they charge too much), not to forget the ethernet connection add-on, and let him know when they shipped so he could schedule the install. The install was a piece of cake. He's professional and thorough. He's quickly answered my follow on questions as well. We can't say enough good things about him. Highly recommend. read more

I reached out to Jeff about a work project that I was needing to have installed at last minute's notice. Jeff responded quickly, was very professional, easy to communicate with, and did a fantastic job. He was super efficient with his time and a quick worker. My company will definitely reach out to Jeff again with any future projects and would recommend him to others! Thank you again, Jeff! read more

We have used Rocky Mountain Install for two different projects and would highly recommend Jeff. He's easy to work with and does great work. From hanging multiple tvs and sound bars to installing a deck tv, speakers and running and concealing audio cable, he had us completely covered. He goes beyond what is expected and is a master at what he does. We are already a repeat customer and will absolutely use him again. read more

There's absolutely a reason that Jeff has only 5 star reviews. He is excellent at his work and he's also easy to work with. The scheduling of our job was tough because of work and the baby - but Jeff was great about working with our schedule. And then when he got here, it was a very complicated job in an old house. The TV is in a corner with a brick wall and another with the space behind the drywall much smaller than normal. I've worked in construction and I know that this one was a pain - but he just smiled and solved all the problems quickly and efficiently. Now our TV is hung perfectly and the job was just as smooth as it could be. I'd recommend Jeff to anyone who needs this kind of work done. Two thumbs way up. read more

Jeff came over after we had a problem with some surround sound wiring that was installed. He made time in his schedule to come over and trouble shoot our issue. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! We have another install job that we will hire Jeff to do for us. Excellent service!! read more

I hired Rocky Mountain Install to hang a large flatscreen TV on a wall, including installing the mounting system. The summary: Jeff did a great job, and was very easy to work with throughout the process. Jeff did a number of things well in addition to a good job on the install: he responded to email quickly, he returned my phone calls right away, was easy to schedule, called to let me know he was on his way and was punctual. These are the things that really make Jeff stand out. In addition, the finished product looks great. I had purchased a mounting system unique to my Samsung TV, and Jeff was able to take this and install it well, even though he had not seen this particular system before. He did a great job of routing the wires through the wall and the install looks great. Rocky Mountain Install is highly recommended. read more

I was very surprised to see how few companies provide services for TV mounting at a decent price. I just purchased a new Sony TV and was going to use Best Buy or the Sony Store to get it mounted on my wall but I decided to see if there was a local outfit that would do the job. I found Rocky Mountain Install via their website. It wasn't immediately clear to me if they did work only in the Fort Collins area or if they would come down to Denver. Jeff *does* do work all over Denver, thankfully, so we scheduled the TV mounting. Jeff arrived on time and prepared for the job at hand. He even helped me pick out and order the right mount before the service appointment (and saved me money from buying it at Best Buy to boot). Jeff was professional and even cleaned some dirt off my wall when he noticed it without any prompting from me. The final outcome was a perfectly mounted TV at a fair price just as I'd hoped for. It's so refreshing to find someone like Jeff who is professional all around. Highly recommended. read more

No job is too big or too small for this guy! Seriously! He was on time (seriously, ON TIME!), professional, a joy to work with and happy to answer any and all questions. Jeff had his work cut out for him at my house. I had him install cable in two of our rooms upstairs. Our cable is old and our house definitely wasn't built with any technological forethought. Nevertheless, Jeff provided several options and kept an awesome attitude when I chose, what I think is, the most miserable option with all kinds of hard work involved. No problem for Jeff! I trust him with our house. I won't go anywhere else. Jeff is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Thank you Jeff from Rocky Mountain Install!!!! read more

We had a somewhat complicated home installation of a mount, cable and 65 inch TV. Over the phone Jeff seemed knowledgeable and was able to satisfy our need for "tech speak". However, after we confirmed the job and ordered the parts Jeff said he would be sending an employee to complete the work. The installer was a contractor off of a job board and quite inept. We knew more than he did about installing the TV and troubleshooting that challenges. It was definitely a "MEH" experience and felt like a bit of a bait and switch on Jeff's part. read more

Jeff did an outstanding job on installing our TV in our new home. He was quick, efficient and professional. We will definitely use him again when we want to mount other TVs. read more

Incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend.Installed a TV for me a while back and was quick, efficient, clean and professional.

Jeff was great. I reached out through his site on a friday night and heard back form him the next day. Scheduling was easy and he was able to help me figure out the right mount for a 55" Samsung (I wanted as flat as possible but the curve of the TV's back panel made it a little complicated). If you need any A/V or home theater work done you should call Jeff. read more

Outstanding work. Jeff took my preferences into account and consulted me on how I wanted the TV mounted. He also identified wiring that was not up to code from my prior installer and corrected it for a fair price, adding a new outlet. He also went above and beyond to correct my receiver settings which got reset when I changed TVs, and cleaned up my rats nest of wires. I'll definitely hire Jeff and his crew for my next A/V and home theater needs. read more

I contacted three companies for TV installation that are listed here on Yelp, and the only reply I received was from Jeff at Rocky Mountain Install. Hard to believe. What other companies might lack in terms of customer service was made up for by the great customer service that I received from this company. Jeff called me within a few hours. We talked about different options, sizes, and brands of TVs and wall mounts. He gave me some ideas and suggestions and was very thorough. In my case, I wanted to do my own research. When I made my choices, Jeff ordered the components and came over to install them within a week. He arrived on time, installed everything to my satisfaction, and cleaned up after himself. He understood my obsession with cord control and was successful at hiding as many cables as possible. He is also very personable and respectful. His prices were surprisingly reasonable. Jeff is also an authorized representative for DirectTV, but he is not aggressive in his salesmanship, which I appreciated. (I am still considering this.) A few days ago I experienced a TV connection problem and Jeff walked me through the solution over the phone. Now that's good customer service! If other installation companies ever read the reviews of their competitors, take note: Customer service is everything! Take a page from the book of a small company who realizes this. Consumers; Stay away from the large corporations and support the small businesses who care about their customers. You won't be sorry. read more

Jeff is super knowledgeable, professional and fast. His rates are very reasonable. I'd recommend him anytime!

Showed up on time and installed our TV perfectly. Very easy to work with and extremely accommodating for a reasonable price. Thanks!

We found Jeff via the internet. He did a wonderful job completely re-vamping our surround sound system, including recommendations for upgrading our outdated components. The installation, adjustments, testing of the entire system was never rushed. He took all the time we needed to make sure we understood the system, allowing us time to take notes and practice using the new components. He was very patient and friendly throughout the entire project. To top it off, he took the time to check back with us a month or so later to make sure we were completely satisfied with his work. Many thanks, Jeff. we would highly recommend you to anyone, no matter how small or large the job. read more

So impressed with Rocky Mountain Install based in Fort Collins! Being intimidated with new technology, we hired Jeff to install a new 65" smart TV and sound bar. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. Jeff did a great job of getting the TV completely set up and then explaining how to use it and access features never included with the 8-year-old one. With this great experience, we're sure to use Rocky Mountain Install again for other technology needs like sound systems and security cameras. Additionally, his pricing is very fair and reasonable. read more
