Finding a bathroom renovation contractor who is trustworthy, affordable, schedules job promptly, and does excellent work seems like an impossible task. However, NoCo Home Services (Cody Van owner) checked off all these requirements "Exceeding Expectations" (company tagline). Other bidding contractors took weeks to reply, would not do requested key tasks (replace ceiling), required work I did not want, wouldn't vent fan through roof, didn't provide an estimate, couldn't start work for at least 4 months, estimated job to be 3 times longer than Cody, and were too expensive. Cody Van with NoCo Home Services provides great customer service, is very friendly, a great communicator and listener. He offered many recommended improvements based on his extensive experience (e.g., a curved shower curtain rod, and a timed exhaust fan placed directly over the new bathtub). He was flexible once work started adapting to unexpected issues and gladly added additional work such as working on a half bathroom. They prioritize quality, focusing their attention on detail and customer satisfaction. NoCo Home Services did an outstanding job installing the Flexstone Royal bathtub wall surround. Cody knew the best places to place grab bars, shelf, and shower head. We continue to enjoy our new tub/shower and new bathroom. We left our contractor after months of struggling to get the remodel completed. One of the many things which were left unresolved was that once the fridge was installed the right side lower cabinets couldn't be opened. No Co Services came to the rescue. Cody found a solution that preserved as much of what was already finished as possible by neatly and expertly reconfiguring a custom triangular cabinet, quartz countertop and butcher block shelf. When he was done, it was as if he'd never been there - except the right hand cabinet now worked perfectly. He also handle some other repairs while he was there. His expertise and practical solution saved us a lot of money. 5 plus stars! AMAZING WORK AND PEOPLE! Needed a new patio sliding door and front door and screen installed. Cody came and looked at everything and was real fast with a quote. They were able to do the work for us the very next week before the weather got cold! Josh came Monday morning right on time and did one door on Monday and the other one on Tuesday just as stated in the quote. He was very nice, fast and a clean worker! He removed the old doors, fixed the areas that needed fixed and installed the new doors! Very detailed, very polite, easy to talk to and even answered our questions when we had them. Cody completed work in both of our bathrooms. He replaced old, poorly insulated fans and ductwork, which helped stop condensation leaks in our ceiling. Cody was prompt when responding to texts/emails/phone calls and knowledgeable about the job and details. He provided a free estimate, with very reasonable prices and gave detailed instructions of what work he would complete and the parts he would be using. He answered any and all questions thoroughly, and came within the next week to conduct our repairs. We are so satisfied with the work Cody completed. It was professionally done, he worked efficiently, and made sure the work area was spotless before leaving. After making two phone calls to some other "Repairmen", which were never answered, I found Cody and NoCo Home Services. The messages left for the other guys were to repair my doorbell. Apparently it was too small of a job, and too much trouble to call me and tell me this. Cody on the other hand called me back immediately! The old doorbell was just tired, so Cody got us set up with a wireless one, which we actually like better. We had another job for him, and he did not disappoint on either job. We decided to install ceiling fans in our guest and master bedrooms but had no idea about an installer. We had noticed Cody's truck near our home (we actually live a few blocks apart) so after some research on the web we called. Cody came by and looked over the job and advised us on some fan features. He installed both fans in three hours and charged a very fair price. We're very impressed with his work. I'm not handy at all but now we feel we have found someone who can help us with a variety of issues. I should also mention that both times he has been at our house he has been right on time. We called because we had a jammed wine fridge door, and he returned our call within an hour, and was at our home the same evening. He tried all kinds of things to get the door open, to no avail.
