The quality of work on our kids' bathroom was absolutely outstanding -- every detail was done perfectly. Beyond the craftsmanship, what really set him apart was how he works. He showed up every single day exactly when he said he would, always positive and professional. He was incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and constantly checked in to make sure even the smallest things were done exactly how we wanted -- including things we wouldn't have thought to ask for. He was very budget-conscious, transparent every step of the way, and flexible with sourcing materials -- happy to pick things up himself or let us handle it. He stuck to his timeline, worked efficiently without ever feeling rushed, and made it clear from day one that he wouldn't leave until we were 100% satisfied. Communication was excellent -- always responsive, easy to reach by text or email, and genuinely kind and professional. His pricing was extremely competitive for the level of quality we received. And as a bonus, he and his girlfriend even delivered cookies to clients at Christmas -- just another example of how much pride and care he puts into his work and relationships. It's clear he's built this business on his own through hard work and integrity. We would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him without hesitation.

We will definitely use him again for other projects and recommend him very highly. We had him do the entire project: uninstalling some built in fixtures (benches and kitchen island), removing the existing carpet and vinyl flooring, prepping the subfloor, and installing the laminate and trim. He is quite a craftsman and paid attention to all the details the job required. There were a few places where he even did some custom trim (such as in front of our fireplace and door thresholds) for us to make the final product more beautiful than we expected. Adam's price was reasonable and he was upfront about his schedule. He also communicated updates throughout the project, so we were able to know when the work would be done. For example, under our kitchen vinyl there was thin piece of particle board that was stapled onto the subfloor. Adam tore this out and removed the hundreds of staples, which set him back a few days. He worked during off hours and on weekends to catch back up to the schedule. We were very pleased with Adam and look forward to working with him in the future.

Love the product and was very impressed with the workmanship. I highly recommend Sean and his company.

We began working with Stonescape Steel Roofing 08/29/2025 to have the siding on our home replaced…read moreafter it was damaged in a storm. Initially working with the company was good. Our contractor would respond and communication seemed decent. Ultimately large promises were made with little follow through. At the beginning of this process we were told they would cover the exposed portion of our home to prevent further damage. That just got done 02/09/2026 and they did not even cover all the exposed parts (I have photos). We were told multiple times weekly that they were waiting on approval from our insurance and it should be, "any day". We accepted this knowing sometimes insurance claims cause delays. We would ask for updates and it was always our insurance's fault. In December we went 4 weeks without any communication from Stonescape Steel Roofing. Later we found out our primary contractor was hurt on the job and no one else at the company bothered to communicate with us or take over our project. It took me calling and talking to the General Manager Sean to get an answer. The correction, the company had our initial contractor come back early from medical leave and communicate with us. I have a security video of this contractor in a medical brace at my home completing measurements. Another few weeks being told, "any day" and that the delay was our insurance. Fast forward to 02/05/2026 my husband and I both reached out to the company. I again spoke with Sean who provided multiple excuses as to why everything had taken so long. We were told again the delay was our insurance. My husband and I were told not to speak to our insurance because, "They wouldn't want to talk to us and would only want to talk to the contractor." We called our insurance finding out Stonescape Steel Roofing had only spoken to our insurance 4 times since 08/2025 and just sent the estimation approval request 02/04/2026. The entire time we had been lied to and our insurance was blamed for the lack of Stonescape Steel Roofing. I again spoke with Sean who stated the company "dropped the ball", "he didn't know what happened but it was clear people were not doing their jobs", and promised things would be better. We finally after 6 months get a full insurance approval. 02/18/2026 we had scheduled for someone from Stonescape Steel Roofing to come to our home, bring samples, and get progress progressing. I communicated 8 times leading up to 02/18/2026 to determine who was coming to our home and get a phone number. 8 times I was told they were working on it and would have the information to me shortly. No one showed. I tried to call my contractor and the phone number was no longer in service. There was no communication. When I called because no one showed up I was informed the contractor on our project had quit DAYS prior and they would work on reassigning my project. Again Stonescape Steel Roofing dropped the ball. Working with this company has been nothing but a headache. Lies, poor communication, and lack of accountability. The best part is 90% of our communication with them was done through text so I have a paper trail. I HIGHLY recommend you take your business literally anywhere else if you want the work done. Working with Stonescape Steel Roofing wasted time and energy. We are 6 months later and still have a damaged home. It was clearly demonstrated time and time again that they did not care about the work they were doing or their clients.

Assured the work was actually worth 1.5x…read morewhat was done and code compliant, but work done appears to be done by someone non-certified and inexperienced. Overall it's a complete redo and I do not recommend. My mother contracted Uriel to install a gas line for a fireplace. Neither is the work of what was quoted finished as expected, but his knowledge of permits is also incorrect. Upon inspecting my property after the install I noticed: * he installed a temp gas line instead of a hardline going from the main gas line outside into the inside of the home where the fireplace would be installed. This is unacceptable and he should not have started if he did not have the tools required for the job. * the holes he drilled were quite frankly 10x bigger than they needed to be and unfilled. Through the bottom of my deck is now a gaping hole where snakes and chipmunks can get in, and a giant hole in my floor. Yes through my floor not into the wall as I would have expected someone with experience to do. Had I been overseeing I would have immediately asked him to leave. * he put duct tape over the hole in the floor. Not sure of this was for the fireplace to sit on, try to cover up the hole, or keep the temp gas line from moving but it fails on every account. * the fireplace my mom had purchased doesn't work at our altitude, anyone with knowledge of the area would have been able to tell her that (as seen when she went into the local Home Depot who had contracted her out to Uriel and were surprised he hadn't said anything) * Uriel assured my mom no permits are needed. And maybe he got around it with the temp lines. But a quick google search shows this to be inaccurate as any additional gas lines need to be permitted in Drake. * I also do not fell safe with my mom being alone with this man. At the end he made inappropriate comments about wanting a massage. * upon bringing up these concerns Uriel defended his work and offered no return for the damages he caused to my home.
