The alarm was located in an only-reachable-by-woodpeckers-and-professionals-area and we were drastically out of our depth. Cody was recommended on our firefighters' webpage and, before deciding to risk another trek up a 20-foot ladder and still trying to ignore the incessantly chirping beeps, we gave him a call. Cody was polite, punctual, and extremely professional! Although we were able to ultimately resolve the smoke alarm battery issues without his help, he was able to handle numerous other chores around the house that we had been putting off (and off, and off), and complete them much more quickly and beautifully than we could have even imagined on our own. For the tasks that he doesn't specialize in, he was able to refer other amazing services to us so that we could take care of any other housing needs. We would absolutely call Cody again, and would highly recommend him to our friends and family!

I hired Jack to completely redo and fix my home in Greeley that was trashed by my renters. He worked on the house for a month and now it looks like a brand new home. Jack showed up in time at every meeting at the house and listened to me carefully, patiently noting down all the repairs I needed him to do at the house. He gave me detailed estimates and invoices for all the repairs. His estimates were close to the final invoices. He also gave me a discount and did several little repairs in the house without charging me extra. He completed all the projects in time and made sure that the home was ready by the date given to him. He regularly communicated with me over texts and emails of all the work that was being done and consulted with me on all the important aspects of the repairs. I totally trusted him with all the decisions and was not disappointed. He worked on the house like it was his own home. I highly recommend Jack and wish him all the best for his business. Thank you Jack for your kindness and for going above and beyond your job description to help me with the house. Truly professional!

Ana is what our mothers and grandmothers used to call a real housekeeper. Not a cold "cleaning service" that shows up and does just enough and no more, often sending different people time after time, Ana offers the personal touch. First, if you're lucky, you get Ana herself who is smart, English-speaking, and sunny as a summer day. Second you not only get a clean house or office, but you get extra household services that Ana will do for an hourly fee as an a la carte add to regularly scheduled services: laundry, ironing, shopping, pet-sitting, window washing, cabinet clean out -- you name it and you can add it to your regular cleaning. And as if that were not enough, Ana's husband Erik is a skilled carpenter, plumber and handyman who's as comfortable fixing a leaky faucet as building you a new closet (which he did for us, beautifully). Honestly, I hesitate to put Ana Can Help! here on Yelp. After all, this little dynamo can only have so many clients. If you're smart, you'll get in on the ground floor. Ana Can Help! serves the Hillsborough, Durham and Chapel Hill areas. You can also book her for special event and party clean-up.
