The alarm was located in an only-reachable-by-woodpeckers-and-professionals-area and we were drastically out of our depth. Cody was recommended on our firefighters' webpage and, before deciding to risk another trek up a 20-foot ladder and still trying to ignore the incessantly chirping beeps, we gave him a call. Cody was polite, punctual, and extremely professional! Although we were able to ultimately resolve the smoke alarm battery issues without his help, he was able to handle numerous other chores around the house that we had been putting off (and off, and off), and complete them much more quickly and beautifully than we could have even imagined on our own. For the tasks that he doesn't specialize in, he was able to refer other amazing services to us so that we could take care of any other housing needs. We would absolutely call Cody again, and would highly recommend him to our friends and family!
