I have to say, Darrell is AMAZING! I first found him when I had an OLD garage door's locking mechanism break. He was able to quickly respond and repair the door. He also went ahead and gave my door some long awaited maintenance to help it service a few more years. I also had him out to my new house. He is incredibly knowledgeable and informed me that my car was new enough to program a garage door opener directly into the car. I didn't even know that was a thing. He also installed an entry keypad and an additional couple of remotes. I was floored by the exceptional service, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond without being prompted. He again serviced my door while he was there. Just now I called him because the kids had unprogrammed the entry keypad. He was willing and able to help me over the phone. I recommend Darrell to everyone I know! He is simply the best! Did I mention how reasonable his prices are? read more

Unbelievable service! My garage door opener suddenly quit working, so I called expecting to schedule a service visit. Instead, they patiently asked about the issue, walked me through a simple troubleshooting process over the phone, and had my door working perfectly in no time--at no charge! The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. In a world full of upsells, their honesty and expertise were refreshing. We need more companies like this--one I'll definitely recommend and call again! read more

Straight up the best around. Wish there were a Darrell Miska in every service business. I would wait just to have him work on my garage doors even if he was busy because he is so good, however I've never had to wait. read more

I needed Darrell to come fix my garage door, and he was able to come when I needed him. My garage door has never run so smoothly! He's very affordable, extremely nice, and outstandingly competent. Darrell Miska is the best. Fast and thorough servicing. Reliable and honest. Our garage door wasn't closing and he quickly diagnosed the issue due to power line frayed going to a sensor and then proceeded to tightened up all the loose bolts and replace a bolt and lubricate the door on his visit. read more

I would not think of calling anyone else for my garage door repair/maintenance. We have relied upon Darrell Miska for years. He is very quick to respond, diagnosis is spot on and repairs in a very short amount of time. Charges are very fair, plus he is an extremely trustworthy man. Highly recommend. read more

Recommend. Darrell was terrific. My garage door spin broke the week before Christmas - isn't that when things always break? I called a previous business I'd used but they never called back. So I called Darrell & Full Service. He called me back immediately and offered a time later that day. Unfortunately I couldn't get off work at that time, so we arranged a time two days later. (This worked fine for me as my cars were out of garage and we could wait). Darrell was upfront about cost and showed up right at the arranged time. He even make helpful suggestions about garage door maintenance and fixed a small problem with our door flashing. Darrell was polite, friendly and efficient. I would definitely call him again when our next garage door problem arises (as it inevitably will, probably around a holiday ). read more

My garage door spring broke as I was headed out to work this morning, and the door was impossible to open on my own. My car was stuck inside the garage with no way out. Based on all the positive reviews, I called Darrell with Full Service Garage Doors, he picked up the phone right away and was able to give me a price quote and best of all, he was able to come within a few hours. He showed up right when he said he would, got my garage door back up and running very quickly, and charged me exactly what he told me on the phone. Nice guy, and I'm very happy! I am taping his business card on my garage door and will call him next time I have any issues with it. read more

Our garage door broken sometime ago and we attempted to complete the install of a new opener ourselves. After countless hours on two separate occasions, we decided it was time to call in the experts. Darrell did a great job replacing a broken spring in my heavy garage door. When it comes to springs, do it yourselfers like me should get out of the way and let a pro do it. He also adjusted another manual door that had been giving me trouble for years. Now it lifts easily. He did a great job, showed up on time, worked efficiently and charged a reasonable price. I also enjoyed talking with him, and he showed me some tricks on maintaining the doors. What could be better than that? Highly recommended. read more

I would like to echo the way KatiLyn V. captured the spirit and attitude of the owner of this business, Darrell Miska. I was in a jam when one evening I managed to back my 1985 Bronco II out of the garage with the swinging tailgate open to the right hand side.....the tailgate was bent and really ruined , BUT I was more worried that the tailgate had bent the vertical rails on my garage so that it would not shut leaving full access to items in my garage. After a restless sleep overnight with the door open, I tried to get ahold of another good business for garages, but they were booked for a week out, perhaps being more focused on contractors rather than residential repair. Anyway, this company recommended Darrell Miska and his business. I called Darrell about 8A or so the next day, and he estimated he could meet with me at about 9:20A...he arrived at 9A, fully armed to tackle my problem and had a friendly and great attitude, comforting me when I was slightly freaked by the risk exposure to my property. Then he proceeded to do a total repair inside of a half hour, reinstating my garage door system to its state prior to my mishap. I was so thankful that he could report so early, beating his estimate, being so friendly, and especially just getting a worrisome problem fixed. I could tell he had great workmanship. If you ever have a need for garage door repair or installation, I would highly recommend Darrell and his company Full Service Garage Doors. Let me see, if I recall, he operates from a nucleus of Fort Collins, but will service Wellingtion, Windsor, Loveland, and I think also Berthoud, but Greeley is out of his service area. I believe he focuses on residential issues of installation and repair, as opposed to servicing contractors. So if you are a residential customer and have an installation or repair need, he comes highly recommended. read more

As I'm sure this happens to everyone, our spring broke on a Sunday morning. I called and left a message, not expecting to hear anything until the next day. However, 15 minutes later we got a call back! They were on time (actually they called and asked for if they could show up early, which was fantastic). Darrell was friendly and explained everything, even pointed out a few things and fixed a few minor issues in addition to the spring. Price was very reasonable and Darrell was great, would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. read more

Just had an amazing experience with Darrel and his company. I am so thankful I found him. He takes a lot of pride in his work. I had an emergency repair and called another company first, they came out 2 hours late and quoted a ridiculous price and told me things needed replace that didn't. I decided to get a second opinion and called Darrel. He came right out and fixed it within 15 minutes and didn't have to replace a thing. He even lubed the rest of the door and taught me how to maintain it to avoid future emergency calls. Then charged a fraction of what the other company was quoting. Thank you so much for making a tough and annoying situation so pleasant. I will be sure to pass your contact info on! read more

It's always a risk when you have to choose a service that no one you know has needed. It's a hit and miss in the directory. Well, luckily I got an excellent hit with Darrell Miska at Full Service Garage Doors. After crunching my garage door and then having the veneer slop off during the big rain, Darrell was able to quickly see me and point out my options. He even was honest and pointed out some ways that I could save some extra money by purchasing a needed product elsewhere. He was also informed about the current regulations regarding installation that could affect the resale of my house. I would use Darrell and Brianna again in a heartbeat (but hoping I don't have to!). read more
