Exceptional job from Brian Christoph W, I came in with my service problems and he was able to help me in the quickest and polite way. He explained the issues that I was having with my WiFi and was able to hook me up with a new service in just an instant. His expertise in customer service regained my faith in Xfinity. Thank you so much Brian for the great experience! read more

Ashley is a gem. I had intermittent service on the modem and had just replaced it a few days ago, internet going strong for a day and a half and then no service. Brought it back, Ashley replaced it.. went home to set it up and having similar issues.... went back, she replaced it again. Kinda bummed that I had to wait both times but it's to be expected showing up here on a Saturday. Glad that the 2nd time I came back Ashley had me take 2 different modem models to try in case one just doesn't work out. Glad I didn't have to go back the third time. She provided great service. On a side note for Comcast: I do wish the technician that gets sent out to homes would bring the equipment to replace vs having to come by to test the service and then if the equipment is still faulty to bring it back to the store... seems like a waste of time. I do hope that Comcast would change up their service models and ensure techs to be one stop shop when possible. read more

This place deserves the 1 star it has the workers are the laziest they can be I walk in to return some equipment there was a worker on the phone the whole time. Also I waited for close to 40 minutes to return some equipment and I had to leave because people were coming without having to wait and I was the only one waiting. Horrible customer service if you can make the drive to another location I would do it don't go to this one.I would leave 0 star if I could. read more

It's annoying to not be able to call and schedule an appointment. If I try on line I have to go through troubleshooting first which usually brings no resolution - just makes me wait. When I finally get the automated phone system I again have to wait 20 minutes for a live person to call me back. My time is just as important as theirs though no one seems to think so in their organization. I finally have a technician arriving in 4 days ... read more

Would love to give zero stars. Terrible customer service and website. Impossible to try to cancel service. They are quick and easy to add you but won't help when moving and trying to disconnect. Horrible company!! Choose someone else if able read more

I hate XFINITY, the internet sucks. The new boxes for WiFi suck. Everything sucks! They overcharge us every month. I hate this company

I called in with a google SEO advertisement of $19.99 /month for 1 year, cs told me I could use old router, and up sells me to better internet for $36.01 /month and sent me to tech department to set up. Tech operations from off shore call center tells me I need a new router ($15.00 one time charge) and new monthly payment is $50.00 per month, so I escalate phone call. Supervisor from Xfinity mobile calls me promptly within 5 minutes and tried to set me up with a new cell phone, I update her with previous call info and she was able to drop payment down to $40.00 per month w/ use of old modem. So after 2 hours of blowing smoke up my ass we couldn't agree on original reps pricing. Lessons learned and I wish I could have that 2 hours of my life back. Thanks Xfinity.... for nothing read more

Very expensive monthly bills! Requested line repair over a 2 day period of no internet service. I went in on a Thursday afternoon to see someone about possibly switching providers. I waited less than 15 mins. Alondra was my service rep. Though she was young, she was very smart, informative, patient, and very knowledgeable. She explained perfectly how much I would save. She even helped me look at my current phone provider and pointed a few things that I was being charged for. I later called that day about it and I was able to save an extra $80 from my current provider. Alondra also gave me best scenario for my situation and wasn't trying to push me to switch. I really appreciated her honesty, knowledge, and patience. Once I've paid my other two phones off, I will be looking forward to switching over. Thanks Alondra! read more

I would give negative stars if I could. Xfinity as a whole is going to lose a ton of customers here very soon. Being that they have no plan to have Wifi available to our new build neighborhood until October when people have moved in and are more are planning on moving in within the next several weeks. We have had multiple people from Xfinity insist they know what they are talking about and insist on scheduling service, only to have techs come out to not have signal or to even be set up to then wait the techs and our time. Xfinity says they care about keeping customers and this year they are really customer focused. Well that is a lie! They ghost their customers and have done nothing to try to get this pushed up so that people can get and use their service. We then got a construction manager's info and he told us he would see if they could push up the start date otherwise it was set to start 4 weeks, well it's been 4 weeks and now they are telling us October! We will not use Xfinity and they will lose a lot of customers due to this read more

Store was closed due to a power issue, it happens, it's fine. However, corporate has not been notified (told me it was open) and they did not mark anything as closed online. Drove 25min each way and couldn't pick up my router! read more

The worst customer service I have ever received !! They just removed $495.86 out of my account and then refused to hook up my service . They charged me for equipment I didn't have. They charged me for ESPN that I didn't order. They have lied been very deceptive and have refused to refund me these unauthorized and fraudulent charges. This company is extremely dishonest and disrespectful to their customers. They will lie, steal and mislead you. I would go with Starlink DIRECTV or any other company but Comcast. read more

Horrible service at this location. Will make you wait while they "go to the bathroom". 20 minutes? Beside the wait which was 52 minutes.

My phone service was shut off with no warning... no nothing, and I was told it was due to lack of payment. I have been using Xfinity for a couple of years and charges have always been paid automatically from my credit card. I tried to call and was put into AI hell.... never able to speak to a person. I called 5 times thinking that surely they would hook me up with a person, but to no avail. I finally agreed to receive a txt so I could obtain the website where I could get this taken care of. I never received the text, the store was closed. I was stuck without a phone for the night... and I live alone. Today I went to find out what the deal was and it was explained to me by a very unfriendly, condescending woman who told me I hadn't given them the number of the new card on file. The "new" card was issued to me in December, which means they were able to get paid for 6 months without a problem. I'm done. I hoofed it over to T-Mobile and set up an account with them. VERY good customer service from Dan. As soon as I can, I'm dumping the Internet service from Xfinity as well. HORRIBLE company!! read more

Had a great experience and was able to retrieve my phone number that was lost during my transfer from Verizon. Xfinity is the single largest worst mistake of my life. Zero customer service, zero understanding of their own product

Impossible to contact, get answers, and the rates were jumping higher each month. They didn't care about the customer, or customer service. I'd go without internet before I ever had to use them again. read more

The horrible internet reliability aside... Ehsaan needs straight-up fired. Terrible support experience. No customer empathy. Straight-up lied to me and kept shoving bull***t run-arounds down my throat. He ended up just disconnecting and leaving with no explanation why and no more than a 15 second gap from his last message. NEEDS FIRED - Do better, Xfinity! This individual, Ehsaan cost you a customer who is moving to your competitors - INEXCUSABLE I will say, Sindhu did MUCH better and got me in contact with the "Retention Team" via a phone call which led to a better resolution. Thank you, Sindhu for your patience and care. It'd be a 0 star review without you. read more

The worst service I have ever dealt with! Comcast will lie, they will cheat, and they will deceive you in order to take your money. these people have been stealing from me for three years and when I requested the records, they refused to allow me to talk to a manager, and when I went to the store, they threatened to have me thrown out. comcast has the lowest quality of customer service in the industry with 1 or 2 stars on every review site. read more

I think that I am being generous by giving them one star. The customer service is appalling. I just spent almost 2 hours trying to get through to a 3rd world country to deal with dropping wifi. If I could give zero stars that would be my rating. By far the worst company. If you have a choice, pick another provider!!! They do not have customer service. We have been without internet or TV/Voice for a week. Scheduled services and take time off to meet the tech and they never show but cancel saying we weren't there. Cannot get a customer rep as you need to go through Xfinity chat. But you will be in line behind 600 others and by the time it gets to you it will disconnect so you will need to start over. Same thing will happen and you will never get help. You will waste hours of your life in frustration with Xfinity. read more

We had everything through Xfinity. Cable, internet, phone. It was supposedly the best and that's what we were looking for. Each month involved a phone call about extra charges, things we didn't sign up for, overages on this and that. Finally we cancels cable. Then the internet usage went up with streaming and such. Suddenly, we're getting charged all this extra money for going over on our "unlimited" data. How does that make any sense? So we canceled internet and we Jen the phone bill went up in cost. THEN we got got charged for internet days after canceling our internet service after not even having internet for weeks! It's unbelievable. The disorganization and the sheer incompetence from a company as a whole is shameful. Loyal customers for years and this is how they treat us? We are officially Xfinity free in this house and that's the way it'll stay. Centrylink is a much better option for internet service. read more
