The main stuff is still beer though with many different flavors. We noticed if you asked for the beer to drink at the beer garden at the back, you get less beer due to the mason jar used. If drinking inside the tasting room, it will be served in a glass. We only saw that when the staff had to transfer the beer from the glass to the mason jar after we said we would like to drink outside. The beer garden was nice. There was a mini playground for kids, grass for dogs and many Adirondack chairs scattered around for seatings. Just remember to leave the empty mason jars in a bin next to the gate when leaving. The beds were easy to get a good night sleep on and the hotel is very quiet, which is great. Laundry service is available, however, they do not have self-serve washing machines. They take care of the laundry for you for $10 per service, which I must say is quite reasonable. Honestly, I like how they take care of the laundry for you so you don't have to worry about it. The biggest plus for me is that there is an elevator on the property should you need it to go up to the second floor. That's a HUGE plus. Location is excellent, you can get to pretty much any store from the hotel in walking distance. I would stay here again for sure if my travels took me up to Powell River in the future.
