One morning when I made coffee in my room at 6am I called to ask if there was some way I could get milk, and they had it sent up by somebody who was in prepping for breakfast in the closed restaurant. That is service and it saved me from having to put powdered white death in my coffee. Great spot - recommend for business travel. It is also near Safeway Staples and other places where you need stuff... when you need it.

The beds were easy to get a good night sleep on and the hotel is very quiet, which is great. Laundry service is available, however, they do not have self-serve washing machines. They take care of the laundry for you for $10 per service, which I must say is quite reasonable. Honestly, I like how they take care of the laundry for you so you don't have to worry about it. The biggest plus for me is that there is an elevator on the property should you need it to go up to the second floor. That's a HUGE plus. Location is excellent, you can get to pretty much any store from the hotel in walking distance. I would stay here again for sure if my travels took me up to Powell River in the future.
