So long Tattersall on Central and 18th .... Got my shirt for souvenir.... Bought a few bottles of purple reign and salty dogs. Had another glass of old fashioned drink for old times sake and now we can keep all those fond memories with us forever. Thank you to all the bartenders who had served us in the past with their amazing skills and fun conversations. Most importantly, I am grateful for all those awesome cocktails that we have enjoyed over the years. Best of luck to continued growth to your business in WI....hope you will be back in Minneapolis again someday.

Very moody and aesthetic cocktail bar located in the Northeast. Service is good and staff is helpful. Drinks are reasonably priced and delicious. This visit I got the Honeycrisp which tasted just like fall. It was so good I wish I could make it last forever. I also got the bone crusher which was light and tropical. Both were priced at $12. Plenty of parking in the back lot.

Off the beaten path but worth checking out! However, the tasting room is closing soon. We only had drinks but they were amazing! Service was also great. Nice bar & behind it is a gift shop. Also nice outdoor space (but much too warm to enjoy when we visited!)

Stopped back at Tattersall for a Thursday night happy hour! They didn't have any deals, but we loved the variety of the new drinks on the menu. I enjoyed the Palindrome - I was excited to see foamy drinks on the menu!! It was light and refreshing, and the aquavit was great! My friends also loved the espresso martinis just added to the menu as well! We also got the popcorn to snack on, and I was very surprised by how yummy it was! Just note that with the days getting shorter and with the location in a more industrial area, you shouldn't leave any valuables in your car. A friend had her car window smashed and items stolen while we had drinks here, so just use good judgement being in Minneapolis.

Food - this place is not about food. There is a truck outside if you want something to nibble on. The drinks are where it's at and service. I sat at the bar and the lovely bartender provided great tips. One hallmark of a good mixologist is that they can make you a drink if you tell them what flavors you like and the one at Tattersall nailed it. They have a few drinks on tap which are so good especially the one with gin and pine (?). Quite refreshing for a hot day! The ambiance is pleasant and warehouse like. They have a small store within the place where you can buy bottles that they produce. Interesting fact they no longer produce drinks at this location- they had to move production to Wisconsin due to MN liquor limits.

Tattersall is an excellent place to hang with some friends and sip on some unique cocktail creations. There is lots of seating inside as well as around their bar and if your visiting in the warmer months they have outside seating on a patio. They do serve some simple apps I believe, but also there are various food trucks that rotate to provide a different option. Food delivery is very popular as well for this location.

Been seeing Tattersall spirits around town and was happy to stumble upon the actual distillery while in the neighborhood. Tucked away in the back end of some warehouses, this happening spot has open air seating as well as a central bar to relax. All sorts of different cocktail options here, as well as some items on draft. Eventually settled on the "Midnight Manhattan" ($12) - a whisky based cocktail with vermouth and walnut bitters. Easy to go down and strong overall. Would have ordered more, but didn't want to spend too much after having a couple. Good place for some conversation and chill atmosphere. Not the easiest place to find, but away from most crowds.

Yes sir yesss Sir this is a very CHIC PLACE TO BE!! No food but there is A food truck per day, they rotate! Super fun and very chic! This place is all abou the cocktails, PROFESSIONAL BARTENDER's outstanding. Okay so this place makes some of the absolute most delicious drinks right there with some fresh ingredients! They have indoor and outdoor seating but if the weather is nice, outside seating fills up really quick!! The employees are also super nice and personable!

Downgrading my review to 3 stars. Tattersall is still a solid cocktail room destination, but their move to batch (pre-made) cocktails behind the bar is a disappointment. I also get the impression that COVID has limited innovation at the distillery itself. Like many distilleries these days Tattersall has gotten into producing whiskey, and this seems to have distracted them from their original focus on Italian-inspired spirits. (Tattersall's whiskey line, while acceptable, is nothing that special I'm afraid.) Overall the imagination in the cocktail menu is still there, but it's just not the same experience having these complex drinks poured directly from the bottle. And with a pivot towards following the pack with whiskey and away from what originally made them special, it's just not the same place anymore. I am encouraged by the development of a new destination distillery in River Falls, and I look forward to reviewing that location separately.

18th on Central is my drink of choice! Not just because that is where Tattersall is locayed but because it is just that good. I would also suggest Teatime, Negroni, and Mogito. I know most yelpers have commented on the desolate, random location Tattersall sits in, but its worth your while for sure. I have not had the opportunity as yet to enjoy it during the summer and check out their rotating food trucks but the mood was right on a fall night. The venue is truly unique and comfortable. The large chandelier is just beautiful and creates a lovely statement piece. I feel the venue is right for multiple occasions, a casual outing, date night, large group of friends or whatever else you have in mind.

Favorite cocktail stop. Cool bartenders, great tasting drinks. They are always busy and it is very hard to get a spot on Fridays and Saturdays. Drinks are great. There was a time me and my friends finished the entire menu. Nothing I hated, either love or like their drinks. Tea time used to be my absolute favorite, until they changed its color to weird pink recently and started tasting different. I hope they stop changing a good cocktail. Old fashioned is always good here. Too bad they don't have better food, they do have food truck outside, which helps. Never truly enjoyed any of the food truck they have in rotation. Better to have some food than no food though. Very glad they fixed their extremely bumpy road heading to the bar. I'd recommend Tattersall to everyone.

Ok, guys. This place is beautiful, impressively cool, and intimidating. Like, so intimidating that I don't really want to go back. It's pristine and hidden away in an alleyway. Not really somewhere to go casually, although if you met up with someone on a first date here it could be impressive. It's not somewhere I would go to relax. The bartenders (they probably use some cool word other than bartenders) really know what they're talking about and seemed sort of robotic. But robotically perfect... like, I knew I was getting an amazing cocktail from them. Also note that Tattersall does not have any food on the menu, but normally they have a food truck pulled up. You can order at the truck and bring it inside. I'd be willing to go back, but I'm definitely dressing up for it. Gotta get a lil fancy to feel comfortable there!

Parking can be annoying in this area (old cobblestone streets), but there is a paid lot right across the street from the entrance if you can't find street parking. Upon walking in, the bar top itself was packed with regulars at an off hour on a Friday. We sat at a small table by the pull tabs. Fun & divey atmosphere with a pool table and plenty of photo ops. Decided on Bina's Burger (smash burger) with Fries, and a side of Mozzarella Sticks. Loved the classic cup the Coke came in, and I tried both of the Old Fashioned drinks on the menu. Bina's old fashioned is okay, and will do the trick if you're purely looking for effect. The Wisconsin old fashioned is very sweet with muddled cherries and orange. The mozzarella sticks were served with a tomato soup dip which was interesting, but makes sense (grilled cheese & tomato soup). Ultimately the smash burger is the star! Very salty and crispy and delicious! I could see this becoming a regular craving! Water and condiments are on a stand to the left of the pull tabs.

My friend and I split the cheeseburger, grilled cheese, and mozzarella sticks. My favorite was the grilled cheese and dill pickle chips. I cannot wait to over order that in 2026. Their mozzarella sticks are served with tomato soup/dip, but I used that for my grilled cheese and it paired well. I did have this delivered via Door Dash, so I understand the quality isn't the same as if you ate at the restaurant - especially on a MN winter night. It was barely warm, but honestly, that didn't ruin the experience. I cannot wait to try their food again in their restaurant.

They described it as an upscale dive bar which I laughed at for sure, but when I went I would say that exactly how I would describe it. It's dark and moody, but very funky and hip with the neon walls and lights. It's very small, behind the new Public Domain space. Seems like the hostesses direct people waiting on a spot there to Neon Tiger while they wait. We were able to snag one of the last tables after we ordered (there are about 5 tables for 2, and 3 standing bar tables from what I remember). The menu isn't large - it has a couple of beers, some basic cocktails and lists spirits and mixers. The only new and exciting thing on the menu is their slushy cocktails. Good news is that this place isn't very pricey, but the portions aren't huge. My small espresso martini was $12, my boyfriend's beer didn't quite look like a full pint but was only $4. We did laugh that it was called Tiger piss. The espresso martini is good, but beware there's no actual cream liquor in the drink - they seem to squirt some foamy concoction from an unmarked squeeze bottle in a fridge on top, which was interesting. Overall, would come back here if I was bar hopping for cocktails - but wouldn't go out of my way to try it again. Great idea to send people here while waiting for Public Domain!
