I've heard great things about this themed cocktail lounge and was excited to finally try it. It's certainly a mood. The menu is really themed, but the bartender was able to help me select a drink based on what I like. We also ordered French fries to nibble on (better than most but not the best fries you'll ever eat). My favorite part was the bathroom. Our food was good, and our drinks were good. Portions were very small for the price. Visually appealing, look at photos that others have posted. A close friend of mine hosted a private event at Stargazer so keep in mind this review is that of a private event rather than Stargazer on a regular evening. Beginning with the restaurant itself, the design and decoration is flawless! From the fun starry lighting, to even the spaceship themed bathrooms, they stay right on theme and keep it interesting. The foods we had passed around were exceptional. I had chicken nuggets, smash burger sliders, and much more. Every bite was exquisite! The drinks were all unique, themed, and delicious as well. My favorite was the Scandinavian Fog. Described as a celebration of Botanicals, creamy, nutty. It was reminiscent of a London Fog without the coffee, but it was very creamy and delicious through and through. We had no specific plans for food and beverages, we just wanted good food and great cocktails. We started at a different restaurant next door, as we arrived 90 min early. The bar is very small, and there were plenty of groups trying to get tables. When we arrived at 9:50, they sat us at our reserved table/booth. The servers were welcoming and attentive. The space itself is dark and intimate, with tasteful galactic decor that matches the name. It isn't a huge space, so a reservation is likely necessary during busy times. My one critique of our stay was that the booth we were assigned was very tight for four people. It wasn't really comfortable for all of us normal sized people to squeeze in there. All blue lighting when I walked in and was there til bar close when all the lights turned red and they played the imperial March from star wars which was really cool. You scan the menu with your phone and it was like looking at constellations and different stars had different things from the menu. I loved that way, kind of an adventure when ordering. When we walked in we were made to show our ID's and then sat at the bar. I didn't love that the only place their menu QR code was as soon as you walked in the door. The interior was dark and celestial! I loved the vibe of the bar. It is very small with limited seating and no reservations so we went on a weekday so we didn't have to deal with a crowd. I expected the food menu to be a little bigger. Not full on meals but a couple more fun tapas. The only thing that really jumped out to us was the ceviche. Personally I would give it a 6/10. I felt like it could've used a little more flavor. It was great once you put the hot sauce on it but I want it to be great on its own. The little bottle they give you is super cute though. Every drink we had was great! My drinks were Boogie Nights & Pina Verde. I expected the Boogie Nights to be a tiny bit sweeter but it was still very good! Very well balanced and light. The Pina Verde was great! I loved it. I feel like rum really overpowers a lot of coladas for me but I didn't feel that way with this one. My boyfriend enjoyed his two drinks but I don't think he was wowed by them. The drinks are quite pricey to be honest. Definitely somewhere I would only come for one MAYBE two drinks.
