"Cobble Social House" is one of the North Loop's best-kept secrets. Delicious sushi, excellent drinks, warm hospitality, and the coolest vibes. Reservations are STRONGLY recommended as seating is limited. The dining area is "intimate", not the place for a date to go south or take a private meeting. All jokes aside, it's the only reason I didn't give CSH a perfect 5 stars. While I can appreciate the family-style approach, I don't necessarily want to be on a date night in a snug, "family" dining setup where I can hear the patrons next to me's thoughts. I don't think the tables could be spaced out more, and obviously, taking out tables would mean less business, but the proximity of one table to the other was my only feat, but it would not deter me from returning. The service was fabulous! Our server had the best recommendations and was patient answering any questions we had; she kept the drinks flowing. The menu offered lots of variety; I don't know if you can choose the wrong item to try. Everything I sampled, I loved! And everything I didn't try read delish on the menu! I started with the "spicy Kani bites" and the chicken dumplings, both of which I'm still salivating over. For mains, I ordered the "Beach House Roll" and "Sunset Blvd Roll". Both rolls were the chef's kiss! If you're a sushi aficionado or an appreciator of cool vibes in a beautiful space, I would highly recommend adding this place to your dining list. I had a truly memorable and delicious meal at CSH; I would gladly return to eat everything I had again!

Great hidden gem! This is a beautiful little bar with great cocktails and lounge area. Get here early so you can find a space to sit! Let's go back!

Why is the sushi here prettier than me? And honestly, probably fresher too. The vibes? Immaculate. It's got that cool, dimly lit, mysterious energy -- the kind of place that feels like a secret you're lucky to stumble into (which makes sense, because finding it was an adventure in itself). The rolls are generous with the fish, light on the filler rice, and totally worth the price. The servers were on point -- attentive without hovering -- so you're never left wondering when your next bite of happiness is coming. I'm literally craving it again as I type this FML. 10/10 would wonder down a dark alley to find this place again

Fun place!! Unless you have reservations, it is hard to get in but you can sit at the bar - which is what we did (party of 2). The bartender was fun, and gave good recommendations. The place is a little hard to find with no signage, but very cool interior. The sushi was really good, and fresh. We got miso soup, spicy cucumber salad, the beach house roll, and chef;s special. To drink we got an old fashioned and a death becomes her. it is a pricier restaurant, but a fun one - worth the price in my opinion.

Wagyu carbonara special $50 (optional caviar addition but we didn't get that)

We had another splendid dinner at Cobble Social house. We liked the vibe, had good service and the food was as incredible as it was last time !! Highly recommend. Our order this time was --Spicy cucumber appetizer $12 --Beach house roll $25 --Wagyu carbonara $50 We'd recommend it all !! The wagyu carbonara was a weekend special we saw on their instagram and we're so glad we booked a res for it. It was rich, savory and really tasty. The other two food items were amazing as well. The beach house roll had a small taste of citrus that really went well with the umami punch of the scallops. definitely an expensive place but we felt the sushi was very fairly priced in relation to other sushi restaurants of its caliber like billy sushi for example. They have a lot unique rolls ive never seen before like the beach house roll which felt like summer in a bite.

I really liked the vibe of this lounge and I went on a Wednesday when they're was a DJ, it's not a club feel at all and is super chill and great for a night out with friends. The food was good but they were out of uni and a couple other things that I was looking forward to trying. I would probably recommend against getting the caviar as a topping since that is an option for $20. I saw that it was a very very small amount and the flavor of the fish probably masks the taste of the caviar anyway. The drinks were good in my opinion but they are on the sweeter side. I think the overall quality of the fish was excellent considering we are in a landlocked state. Cobble sometimes has an event where there's a special guest chef so I definitely want to try that at some point!

Amazing! Baaska, the sushi chef on site is amazing! Ambience is cool and chill and very intimate setting with very few tables so get in fast to get a reservation! Anything here is good, my fave is the spiteri special Nigiri. Topped with bluefin tuna belly with sea urchin and caviar on top. Just melts in your mouth. Also, cobble is know for their cocktails. I highly recommend the espresso martini or yuz guys order a gimlet? Be prepared for strong cocktails which is a good sign. Definitely other drinks I'd like to try on my next visit.

Mediocre service and food. Had high expectations for the dons (sushi rice bowls) but thought they were fine, not really worth $45 for the toro don. I will say, if you're a sushi lover, it's worth a try if you like tons of ikura. They add a bunch on all their dons. I was shocked they were selling extra sides of nori and wasabi/ginger for $5 each. I feel like if I'm spending $45 on a sushi bowl, I shouldn't have to pay if I want a little extra. There definitely was not enough nori for the both of us when we ordered two dons. The place is super small and tucked away in an alley so it's a bit hard to find. Seems like a fun place for folks that want expensive sushi and cocktails. We ordered the two bowls and one roll and spent roughly $130. The music was blaring and I couldn't hear my husband talking to me at times. The charred scalloped sushi roll was the best thing we ordered imo!

Looked forward to this sushi house in the warehouse district and it did not disappoint. Look for the painted eye on the side of the exterior building. Literally tried all the chef's special for that week. All very fresh and expertly prepared with an eye for an aesthetically pleasing presentation. Wanted to try nigiri with copious amounts of shaved truffles but alas they sold out. Hands down the best sushi experience in Mn.

Very cute and aesthetically pleasing cocktail bar and small kitchen restaurant located in the north loop, near Monte Carlo. It is actually very hard to find because their only signage is an eye (see picture), which is actually partially blocked by a wall unless you're not looking at it straight on. Though, once you find it, the place is great (and they have free parking available). We went on a Thursday and got a few drinks for happy hour ($2-$3 off depending on what you get). Our waitress made it very clear (3-4 times) that she had all tables full starting at 6, so we were only able to stay for a little over an hour. But, the service was pretty quick and it felt like enough time. We didn't get any food, but they have a menu with a strong sushi / fish focus. Will have to come back and try their food menu! Would recommend making a reservation as the bar is small and seems to be popular.

Yummy but limited sushi selection. Cool space. Definitely catering to well heeled customer base.

Food: way too expensive for the quality of food we got. Loved the SAT roll, but the karaage chicken was soggy and trinity roll underwhelming. Service: somewhat unprofessional and really did the bare minimum. Drinks: enjoyed thoroughly but not worth the high price. Atmosphere: dishes were a little dirty but pretty cute inside! Overall, if you're going to charge these prices, you gotta live up to it, and they did not.

left--concoction the owner made to settle my stomach and it worked. right--delicious espresso martini.

Came here with a friend after visiting Nickoledon Universe. It's very low key and vibey bar in downtown Minneapolis. Music was great, hip-hop and rap that I appreciated. The owner of was so kind, told him I rode a bad ride at NU and he made me a drink that truly settled my stomach. I was so appreciative. I had to wait a bit but I was able to try and espresso martini that was utterly delicious! All the staff that I encountered were really cool and so were the patrons! That says a lot really. Cobble Social House is a place I'd go back to when I'm in MSP.

The day we went they had brunch, it wasn't too busy. You could definitely tell it was the community spot, everyone knew each other and it was genuinely good vibes. At the time we went (was a bit ago), it took a while for the waitress to get to us, as they were also the bartender. We did order drinks as well as split the chicken biscuit sandwich which came with fruit. Overall the sandwich was good. I'd definitely like to check out more of the menu. Drinks were good a well. The restaurant overall is nice, casual/classy vibes. They do have a parking lot & street parking.

I did think it was fried well and the spaghetti had flavor. I did miss some type of veggie on the meal though.
