We went back here to try new dishes. We ordered beef hot pot and the sizzling beef, both were delicious! Service is fast too and we got free refills of the soup. It was not busy since it's summer time so people tend to avoid this kind of food, so it was pretty quiet. Their Restroom was clean too.

It was nearly empty when I went. I think this type of food is hard for this demographics. If you were in San diego or orange county or l.a it would always be busy. I dont like tasty pot in general. This place looks big on the outside but its kind of small in the inside. I love yin tang and ziangliang mala tang and places of the likes bc its 14$ a pound and you choose what you want inside. Today I ordered the stinky tofu soup, which was BTW very delicious. Its an excellent broth. I chose the flame spicy and there was no spice but that's sort of expected bc the demographics in temecula cant handle ANY spice, even tiniest bit. This soup was very rich and flavorful, but what I was disappointed in was there was 0 intestines. I only ordered this bowl bc it had intestines. I showed my server I had 0 as I was sifting through my soup. I asked him if he can get me a bowl of intestines a d if he can't, ill pay for the extra charge. This was the only reason why I ordered this dish! Its just sad it had none. This is why they get 3 stars. I like the cabbage substitute bc I dont eat noodles or rice. Everything else in the soup was OK. I also got beef sticks. It had 0 flavor. I think even this demographic would agree. Maybe today I got a bad batch? Again, im not a big fan of tasty pot and its overpriced food, but i shall say this is the best tasty pot I've had. Ill come again to try other things. I want to add i loved the tofu paste sauce they had with chili oil and soy sauce on the middle of the table. The soy sauce was really funky however.

I was close by, starving and wanted to try the soup, I went to order and ask what her favorite was. She mentioned a couple of the soups and then the Beef sizzling plate. That sounded so good, with udon noodles, onions, corn, cheese and a fried egg. Of course that's what I ordered, with all the extras. I was going to take it home, but instead thought it would taste better on the sizzling plate. I was seated and patiently waited. Once it arrived I was instructed to mix it together well and enjoy. It was so full of flavor and tasty. I will have to make another trip to actually try the soup, I am very happy I decided to stop here today. Thank you.

I liked this concept of hot pot, although I was confused at first but they refill your broth, assuming with a base broth that mixes well with all flavors. Even though it isn't all you can eat, the portion size makes up for that, you don't need all you can eat lol. It's nice getting your hot pot to go, I should ask at the other spots bc why waste the broth! Some countries drink bone broth for breakfast and I'm all about saving food, I don't mind leftovers. I wanted to try a Taiwanese hot pot and I got the spicy beef one! There was a lot of things I wasn't sure about but it's not that big of a deal and just took them out but I tried them first! You never know what you will like! I really loved the Napa cabbage!!! Oh and please y'all, get the black tea, I came during lunch and it was complimentary but if not please get that black tea! It's the best black tea I have had in a long time! They do need to do something about the flies! I had to take a greedy fly out bc he kept trying to get my food and actually landed on it! I'm giving them five stars bc it was only one fly but made me think ya know. Now I wonder how the other restaurants ensure there aren't any flies! There must be a way and hopefully you guys figure that part out.

Even though we didn't order the hot pot, we still had a really good experience at Tasty Pot! The food was overall delicious and definitely worth the visit. Workers were friendly! Ambiance good for friends and family! The popcorn chicken was a standout -- super flavorful and crispy. The beef skewers were also really yummy and well-seasoned. Rice was solid and did the job. The torpedo shrimp and the pork & shrimp egg rolls were just okay -- not bad, but not the highlight of the meal. For drinks, the taro milk tea with boba was good and satisfying. The Thai tea was okay, nothing special but still enjoyable. Overall, a solid spot with tasty food and good variety. Next time we'll probably try the hot pot, but even ordering off the appetizer menu was worth it!

Unfortunately, the flavors in the food were lacking. I had read that from others and even tried to add the available sauces. However, the sauces didn't do much and I was left wanting to find a way to enjoy the meal. Fortunately, the boba tea was good and I ordered a side of chicken skewers which tasted more fresh. Also, the setup is odd because you sit down and order using your phone yet at the end you walk up to pay. Not sure why we couldnt just pay using our phone since the location forces you to order using a phone. There is staff around that bring out the food and beverages, so there is some human interaction. When the servers were around, they were friendly. I wanted to like this place but the tasty pot was not worth it. For a place that features a hot pot, that meal is not there speciality. Back to the drawing board to explore other hot pots...

I was about to write a review for boiling poi*t, but I decided to come back and get to the review for tasty pot. The overall ambiance was a bit unsettling with their tables not being the cleanest, the sauce containers having what seemed to be some residue as well as some bugs on there, and it just didn't feel the greatest. The service was good and was helpful with our meal, and the food itself was good, not great. There definitely could have been more flavors since the broth tastes a bit watered down. I was just overall put off by the ambiance and bugs on our table.

Super tasty food, I got the beef skillet with oden noodles. I can't wait to go back and try the other dishes. The lunch special comes with a green or black sweetened tea which are good as well. Cayden I think was the kids name that helped me as well as a girl who went over the menu with me. Very friendly people. The place is small and cozy vibe.

I was craving hotpot today and was so happy there was a Tasty Pot in the area! This was my first time trying the cheesy pot and it was so good. I love how the cheese slowly melts on top of the meat. My husband and I have dined in plenty of times, and each time we've always had a great experience with the food and staff. My go-to is always the Thai hot pot and my husband really enjoys the sizzling beef plate. The popcorn chicken they offer is tasty and crispy too! I think it's a great price for all of the food you're getting. If you dine in during their lunch hours, you get a free green or black tea. Both are really good and I wished they offered this complimentary drink during dinner too. You order via a QR code with your phone, or you can always order with the staff if you're not tech savvy. There are sauces that are left on the table to add to your liking. The restaurant is always super clean and there's usually plenty of tables. The longest we've ever waited was 5 minutes. This is usually our go-to, on rotation, restaurant when we want to eat out. Will definitely be back :)

Winter time calls for a nice bowl of hot soup and Tasty Pot is the perfect spot! I came here during lunch time with my mom and sister and it wasn't busy. There were plenty of chairs and tables indoors. There was a lot of light coming in through the big windows which I liked! I ordered the seafood lobster hot pot, and it was amazing! The price point for it is definitely cheap because you get so much food in your bowl. I even had some leftover to go and ate it later for dinner. We also ordered the fried calamari for appetizer and it was bomb! I would definitely come back again!

We frequent the Tasty Pot in Mira Mesa, so I was super happy to see that this location is open in Temecula! Every bowl is just an explosion of flavor and this is a great spot to just hang out with friends. The service was great. We were greeted with a smile and they had patience for days (friend was a hot pot newbie). I love that you really can make your bowl your own: you can add and delete items, sauces, meats, and veg. Don't know where to start? Grab a Beef Hot Soup and go from there. If that's all you get, you're good! My go-to is the Seafood Soup. It's fantastic! Hoping that more people find this spot and can enjoy a good meal and camaraderie. NOTE: Let them know it's your first visit and they'll walk you through the process. It's not hard, but if you aren't used to it, it might be strange. TIP: It's faster to just order from the scanned menu. You can still add/delete items from each bowl without having to talk to the server. If that isn't your jam and they aren't busy, just ask for a menu when you are seated. read more

PROS: + Order online = convenience + Pricing = reasonable + Good ingredients w/ unlimited broth soup. CONS: - No variety of other dishes for customers who don't want soup. - Limited customer service. Not much interaction w/ staff, so it takes a while to ask for requests. There is one male staff that checks if you like your dish. Food is great. A little pricey but worth every penny. We are willing to pay as long as it serves great food. The ambiance is modern but homie at the same time. My teenage daughter would love to have meals with her friends here. The staff here is tentative and kind. The menu is QR code and order online. I love it because I can double check exactly what we ordered and the total price. We also signed up for their reward program because we knew that we will be back here again. Sooner than later. This is one of our favorite places to go for meals. We don't have to drive all the way to Ontario for a good hotpot. Thank you for the great place to have a great meal with our family and friends. Bomb!!! Staff were very friendly and helped explain the good since it was our first time. They are NOT an all you can eat hot pot but the pots they provide will fill up anyone! Friggan Delicious! The Sizzlin Beef Plate was awesome. It's like Asian Fajitas in a way. They bring it out, it's sizzlin like heck, and you get to mix it all together yourself. Def a fun & delicious meal for those that are adverse to Hot Pot. The Beef Hawt Soup was awesome. I recommend getting it Very Spicy. Fun variety of meats & veggies. Def for those that are adventurous, wanting to try new things. Served with rice, it was delicious. And the pot itself keeps everything nuclear hot (temp wise) so consider yourself warned. The Chicken Karage was a freebie for opening day. We got it spicy & it was honestly just ok. The spices were def unique. Notes of nutmeg/cinnamon? More bready unfortunately than chicken would be my take. I wouldn't get it again. Overall the service was excellent. Very attentive & welcoming. We ordered the Japanese Miso Hot Soup. It was one of the lighter broths and for a day where I wasn't too hungry, it was the perfect choice. There was a mixup with our order where they added a few items we didn't order, but it was sorted out quickly. I usually do not do yelp reviews, but this experience was really bad. I went with my daughter to have lunch she was soo excited but the service was absolutely horrendous. The server spilled hot broth all over my brand new purse thank God my baby was not there or close by. It was just an overall absolutely bad experience with the service the food was OK. Only thing he gave was an apology that I did not feel was sincere. He offered to get a rag to wipe my purse I decline. Nothing was done didn't offer to cover our bill. My purse was worth three times the bill absolutely no customer service. I've been to many restaurants before and if there was anything similar to the situation, the manager would come apologize. Tell us that the lunch was on us, but this place was nothing like that will never go back there again. I wanted to emphasize that I did not want a free lunch what I'm at what I'm talking about is the customer service quality. read more

Stopped by here on a cold night while we were visiting Temecula and this hit the spot for us. We were really wanting shabu but the only close spot was about 30 miles away and this felt the closest to what we wanted and reminded us of Boiling Point back in OC. The portion size is actually really good and they have a variety of different options like miso, thai, taiwanese, lamb, etc. I ordered the miso and I really enjoyed that broth. They are a bit inconsistent with the spice levels as my friend ordered medium but it wasn't spicy at all and probably even more mild than my mild. You order all through your phone which can be a bit confusing at first but once you get it, it's not too bad. Food came out pretty quick! They also have boba drinks available if you want it but we didn't order any. read more

We've been waiting and watching for this place to open and popped in today! Listennnnnnn...their food is amazing, so fresh, flavorful and savory! So many options to choose from with something for everyone, including vegan and vegetarian. My husband and I both got the #12 Seafood Lobster Hot Soup which was packed with generous portions of seafood and veggies. So goooooood!! My son got the #8 Thai Flavor Soup which had seafood and meat and it was bold and tasty. On the way out I ordered a mango green tea and my son got a watermelon tea to go. Super refreshing. Their service is top notch with the staff checking in (but not too much) and quick to handle any needs. The inside has about 15 tables and it's very clean, nicely decorated. Upbeat music playing. Great ambiance. You definitely want to give them a try. You will not be disappointed. Family and kid friendly. read more

This is my favorite restaurant in Temecula so whenever I get the chance I go here to eat. I went here today and spoke with Tony the manager and his staff who remembered how I liked fish balls with meat inside so I was very flattered he remembered. Service has always been excellent and the food has been really tasty too! I also like the ambiance as I feel comfortable eating there. Food was great and they give you a lot of portion. There are plenty of choices for appetizer and they also serve boba! The staff were really nice, accommodating and very helpful. Tasty Pot is one of my favorite spots throughout California. I really hate to leave a bad review about this spot in Temecula. I was so excited to learn that Temecula was getting a Tasty Pot cuz I normally would drive to SD, OC, LA, or Rancho to get my fix in for Tasty Pot. I have tried Tasty Pot throughout California so I know how it SHOULD taste. This one in Temecula just did not taste the same. The broth was missing flavors and lacking. The vermicelli noodles that come with the pot is not the small noodles but rather thicker. Hopefully they will improve and get better. read more

However, at your branch, the quality is inconsistent and doesn't meet the franchise's standards. The soup lacks richness and depth, with all flavors tasting the same regardless of the spice level chosen. There's no noticeable spiciness even at higher spice levels.
