Not the best Target I've visited, but certainly not the worst. This Target has the plus of a nice, big parking structure. We stopped by for socks and sweatpants and exited with socks and sweatpants. I come to this target a lot. On many occasions when I've run in here for one specific thing, thinking I could run in, get it, and get out, that one thing is not stocked on the floor. They have it in inventory, just didn't bring it out on the floor. Something very wrong with their floor stocking system or lack thereof. read more

I was shopping in the children's clothing section and another worker personal phone rings and she answered it and had a full on conversation. Lol I used to work at target and I would have been written up on the spot. Very rude employees in the grocery section. It's the norm at this store, not the exception. Floor manager Kelly doesn't seem to mind nor will she take a written complaint about a worker that got in my face because "he was off the clock." While restocking the grocery section the employees at this store leave step ladders and boxes unsafely in the middle of already compressed aisles and leave flat carts and shopping carts full of boxes everywhere including aisles they aren't even stocking anymore. Nobody on the floor at this location seems to have the words "excuse me" or "sorry" in their vocabulary, nor do they ever look behind themselves to see if they are in the way of customers. This store in usually messy. For the past 4 years I typically do my grocery and home goods shopping here but now that I fear my safety I will not shop in this store any more. read more

Target stores are awesome, i grew up going to this one and im always excited to go. Target has everything you need at the best prices. From food, clothing, hardware, electronics etc.. I buy most of my electronics here and soaps, etc.. you name if they have it, even alcohol beverages. The only thing they don't sell is tobacco which doesn't make a difference to me. read more

Besides the dirty parking lots, the staff is incompetent. I've called more then 4 times to confirm prices on items and the responses are horrible. Either they don't know what I'm talking about or can't find what I'm looking for. Example #1, no one knew what a hammock was at this location and example #2 the electronics department couldn't find a dvd I was looking for that was released that day. I drive an extra 15 minutes to avoid terrible customer service here to go to the Target East. Also popular items are mostly out of stock or a few left that are damaged. read more

a typical target store with its own flavor of zany. not as big as the other target on colorado but easier to manage than glendale galleria target. more elevators than dressing rooms, shopping carts too wide to push between apparel racks. employees of course don't know their inventory and apparently prefer you left unwanted items randomly throughout the store rather than giving it to them, that way they have more time to stand around yakking about authentic jamaican food. sporting goods department is lame, restroom could use more attention. checkstands are stacked two deep so you can walk around one register to get to another. clerk asked if we wanted to pay for a bag, and when we declined, packed our purchases in a paper bag with handles at no charge. don't know what that was about but thanks. the highlights here are its proximity to del taco and the aaa up on the union street side and canterbury records on the colorado side. read more

I've been shopping at this Target for some time. Overall the customer service is okay, nothing too special. In the past two weeks I've had to do returns and in both of these occasions I had Chase in customer service help me out. He was really friendly and made it really easy for me to do my returns. I usually dislike having to go back to a store and return stuff that I bought, especially because some associates make it difficult to return stuff with no receipt or if the tags are missing and what not! But Chase really made it easy on me. And he was also helpful with other stuff that was not related to my returns! If you need to go to customer service, definitely ask for Chase! =) read more

this is a darn fine target we have here, the Pasadena location. it has an entire garden shop hidden on the top level! i am a connoisseur of targets. just typing this makes me want to go tomorrow even though i have gone 2 days in a row. the parking lot is small nightmare, so drive straight up to the roof to park. once i got stuck in the elevator there and the fire department had to come get us out. on second thought, perhaps i will roll out to target in eagle rock. read more

When I moved into an apartment walking distance from this store, I was initially very excited. I lived there 2 years and visited the store every week. 2 years later, I am sorely disappointed; I can count on one hand the number of times I was able to find everything on my list in the store. They were always out of stock of one thing or another. The shoe section is the worst. The shelves were never properly stocked. The shoes are always in the wrong box, so they're mispriced or you can't find your size. read more

Cool that they have a grocery store, and it's nice to have a place to run if you need something quickly, but the employees are far to busy with each other to be very helpful, and generally know very little about what they actually have. Concerning what they have, it's very seasonal; you want a fan in the winter, you get a choice of two... and about 8,000 heater fans. read more

This is a 2 floor target. 3 floor parking structure located adjacent to the target. parking on the 1st floor during lunchtime is a little challenging, lots of people visiting this target during lunch hours. They're open at 8am, a good stop by before going into the office. Very clean and organized location, easy to figure out once you remember what depts are on each floor. read more

This store has horrible customer service, There was a security person standing in front of the mens bathroom and told me that i need to go to the 1st floor bathroom, i told him that i needed to use it bad, i did not want to go to the 1st floor..... he said that that bathroom was closed, The employees are no help. I love Target and this location just made me love it even more than I could have! Everything at this location was neat and easy to find. I even found things here that I hadn't seen at the other Target that I usually go to. I had a cart full of different things that I surprisingly saw at a lower price. When I went up to pay for my things, my items rang up at a higher price. Once I told the cashier that it was advertised for way lower, she didn't argue with me, give me attitude, or make a scene calling 5 other team members to check it out. She just apologized and honored the labeled price. I really appreciated the way she handled it compared to other times where other cashiers have acted like giving me the advertised price was pinching their wallets.nOverall I had a great experience and I will be returning to this location! read more

Customer service is the worst. Their stock is usually mostly empty, if not gone. The scanner rarely reads coupons, so it becomes an ordeal to use them and then, they don't end up taking them because they don't understand the language of the coupon. read more

This Target has gotten extremely sketchy. Weirdos around all the time. Always a shoplifting incident or some activity. Most recently my wife had a weird stalking experience at this store. It's fine inside, as Targets go. But don't try and call them. I was on the Kodak site today trying to upload some pictures to pick up at Target. I got a notice saying the order wasn't available for same day pick up. Tried to call them and find out why. I got transferred to photo and a woman picked up the phone. I told her the problem. She grunted twice and started talking to someone else in the store about something else. When I said hello? hello? hello? she gave the phone to someone else. I told her the problem and she said "it always takes 24 hours". (They advertise same day pickup). Then she also started talking to someone else in the store about something else as though I wasn't even on the phone. I called back in and asked for the manager. Got transferred and sat -- and sat -- and sat -- and sat -- on hold until I just hung up and went to Walgreens. It's too bad, I also needed to buy a bunch of frames. There is an atmosphere of "is there really a Target on Colorado Boulevard in the Pasadena Playhouse District?" when you go in. So after you get by the disbelief, it is a nice target and you don't feel lost in a corporate hell when you are there. All of the associates that I have met have been very polite and honestly helpful. One actually led me to a sale item that wasn't marked, because I had the same item in another color that wasn't on sale....she didn't have to do that...but she was kind and I appreciated it....the shopping Gods will reward her when she is shopping. read more

I love Target. That being said, this Target is a big disappointment. I have been going to this location for the past ten years. I moved away from Pasadena, and I went back today to shop with my mom. I was sorry to see that their selection was not up to par. Also, their home improvement section was completely disorganized. It seemed like they had a lack of merchandise and they tried to fill space with tupperware containers - instead of other products (like bedding and sheets and oh....things people need). It was odd. Their structure parking down stairs sucks. There's plenty of space upstairs. I asked if I could open a box up to see the contents and make sure that's what I wanted before purchasing it, and the supervisor said "no, you have to buy it first but you can return it at guest services if you don't want it." I wanted to avoid the hassle of a transaction of purchasing and returning. Anyway, took the Holmes fan home, put it together, it's really wobbly at the base and cheaply made but seemed very powerful. It's probably gonna crack before I get many years of use for it. And thus the reason I wanted to see the inside before I purchased it. Now I have to make a trip out to return it. read more

I usually go to the Duarte location, but this place is on the way home from work. You can pretty much pick up anything you need here. Best thing was that when the Odin collection came out, they had more pieces of the collection than most other locations I've seen. Oh yeah, because it's in Pasadena, they charge for plastic/paper bags to encourage the use of reusable bags, so be sure to bring your own if you need one or else it's 10 cents/bag. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I have been here for an hour with a single question: whether or not they carry bicycle repair kits. I'd assume not, since I scoured the entire sporting goods section by myself after asking for assistance three times and getting the same "I'll call someone" answer. Lazy, unwashed, sloppy-looking employees are doling out crappy food behind me as I use Target wifi to write this -- probably the only bonus of this store. I expect the screaming toddlers. I expect the large-scale store. But as a former Target employee (Waterford, FL) I expect team members to give store guests the best service. Disgusting. Never, ever, ever coming back. read more

My go to target when in the San Gabriel valley. Convenient location on Colorado and ample two story parking. Shelves are fully stocked. Flow of the store makes it easy to find things. Upstairs they have the electronics and kids department as well as home decor. They also have registers upstairs of you parked on the second floor. They also have a Starbucks right in the front if you need a refreshment on the way out. read more

Nice area and clean, however internal structure and placement of items and areas are inconvenient to customers and not well thought out. Most people enter on the first floor (where I parked) and I needed to return an item. Many stores, including other Targets, have their Guest Services area near the entrance for customers who need assistance or simply need to return and not interested in purchasing something. At this Target location, however, you has to walk through the store and up to Guest Services on the second floor. Felt very frustrating as a customer, when I simply needed to go in and out. Also, some items that are typically grouped together or are in areas side-by-side to one another were spread apart and separated on different floors. Outdoor Patio items, power chords, power strips, outlets etc. were separated from Hardware and other maintenance items which is on the second floor. For myself and other customers, it is a bit confusing when these items are usually in the same generally area. This is still a nice store, however, I would consider a bit more restructuring. read more

This Target seems to be getting worse and worse. Went today (Sunday) to get some vitamin water that was on sale. There hardly any on the shelf. In fact there was barely any water at all. The shelves were bare. Was walking near cosmetics and one of the workers was nearly shouting in her walkie talkie. What is the reason for that? Went up stairs to try on some pants that I couldn't last week because the men's dressing rooms were out order. They were still out of order. Two tiny cubicle dressing rooms. Out of order for more than two weeks. Why? If you want to try on something you have to go downstairs to the women's section. If you are going to this Target for a specific item you need to call them or check on line. The only nice thing I can say about this Target is that they have a very nice staff at the CVS pharmacy ... maybe because they don't work for Target. read more

I had to call the manager several times so I can get an employee to show up and when they did they had no knowledge of what I was looking for and didn't bother to look it up on there system. Target used to be one of my favorite stores. But in the past 5 years they began to change. Even their TV commercials make no sense. It seems Target is trying to be very hip, but they've become a little too clever for their own good. They seem to left behind the notion of low prices. This is evident in their so-called "designer" lines of clothing right down to everyday items. Yesterday I went there to purchase come sowing needs to quickly fix a pair of pants. I've bough needles at WalMart for 1.00. But at Target they were $4.00 and carried the "Singer" brand name. Next I thought I'd pick up some pajama bottoms. There was nothing for less than $18.00. For that price I can get them at Macy's. Target used to have a great line called "Cherokee", but have since replaced it with faux designer crap. This Target sells food, but even their sales prices can't beat Wal Mart's everyday price - or even Vons for that matter. I'm sorry to see that Target has slipped. They need to bring in new buyers and re-think their marketing strategy. Otherwise they will end up like Sears. read more

The dressing rooms are so disgusting. I stood on my shoes so my feet didn't touch the floor. The floor had hair, dust, and there were brown mop smears. The attendants were arguing with each other the whole time I was trying on clothes. I mentioned how dirty the rooms were but they didn't care...yuck!! read more
