This Target is terrible! I needed to get a $6 travel size CeraVe face wash and it was behind a glass door. Rows and rows and rows of items locked behind glass doors. Okay Target fine, I get theft is an issue, but then have someone stationed there to assist. We called about 15 times and waited about 10 min until my friend had to go track someone down. There were hoards of people around needing help that eventually just left. It was around 1 pm on a Friday. Not a graveyard shift. It was the craziest thing I have ever seen, you'd think they were protecting iPhones. What's worse, is that all these items are right near the door! I mean if it's an issue, maybe don't put them next to the door?! It's a two level Target, move them upstairs? It was just so disappointing to see this. Made me question if I ever would shop here again. I felt like I was in a bad part of town. Not a great impression. I guess we all just need to only shop online if this happens. Also, while it didn't happen to me, I saw a customer ask an employee, (the only employee I could see anywhere around) where a particular item might be. He held up his phone to show. The parking lot so limited, I went on a busy day and lapped around the parking lot four times. I also felt like layout was convoluted. This Target has a great location, right on Colorado and close the the Lake District. It has a lot of parking. There's parking on Colorado as well as the side street and a large, two story parking garage in the back. You can enter the store from either floor. They have a Starbucks inside as well. The Target itself has the usual selection, good prices, and a grocery section as well. Overall, it's a very great place for whatever you need. read more

Return policy saying that I still have more than a month to return an item, but the manager lady won't honor it even though I showed her my online order and original receipt. Whenever there's a Walmart there's a Target and I really appreciate that! I love how when you walk into the store, you immediately see a deal section. There's things that only cost a dollar, two, three, and five! They also have everything always organized and can rely on the employees to help me find something if I ever need help. I work very close by to this Target so I am a very frequent visitor for all sorts of things ranging from cleaning supplies, clothing, electronics, prescriptions, food, etc. I have visited every section in this target at least once. Pros: I think it is a huge plus that they have a 3 level parking garage. The pharmacy is also efficient and the staff at the pharmacy is friendly and helpful. One of my favorite features about all Targets is that you can order things online and go to the store to pick your items up to avoid the hunt inside and to save a lot of time. Cons: Customer Service can be a bit slow as it tends to be understaffed. The parking garage is pretty dirty as there is a large homeless population in Pasadena and a lot of the homeless people hangout at this Target. The store shelves can be a bit unorganized in some sections. Tips: Drive past the parking garage and on Hudson Ave and turn left onto Union St. There is another garage on the roof that is way less busy than the underground garage as a lot of people do not know about it.... until this review at least! Avoid the Starbucks inside of this Target if you are pressed for time as there is always a ~10+ minute wait. read more

Sometimes, you need to stop at one of these kinds of stores for generic things on the way from work. Sometimes, you don't want the toilet paper from the 99c store down the street, so you come here. Sometimes, you want a crapload of junk food like chocolate, soda, pizza rolls, Archer Farms pear cinnamon swirl ice cream, and bagels and cream cheese. Sometimes, you need a pretty-looking frame for the picture of your grandfather that you had restored for your father. Sometimes, you need to get a purple zip-up hoodie for San Francisco in the summer. Your mother eventually steals it at the end of the trip, wears it all the time, and when you remember it exists, she pours drops of bleach on it so you don't want it anymore and tell her to keep it. Sometimes, work gives you 20dollar Target Gift Cards for getting there via metro. Where else are you gonna spend it, Saks Fifth Avenue? Sometimes, you need to get cat litter for your cat. You get the Swheat Scoop to be better to the environment. Then you realize your cat really makes your room stink when she uses the litter box, and the Swheat Scoop doesn't help, so you have to go back to Target and get clay litter for the sake of everyone's sense of smell. Sometimes your housemates use up all your brown sugar and you need to get more so you can make your orgasmic chocolate chocolate chip cookies. Shame they don't have more kinds of butter, but this is Target, not a grocery store. This is my favorite Target, hands down! It's pretty weird for someone to have a favorite Target, right? Right! Let me continue on why it's one of my favorites. 1) I saw Booger from Revenge of the Nerds shopping here with his wife (yes, he brought his own bags!!! Yipee) 2) It's right near the Metro Rail (Goldline) stop. 3) Two floors = Two checkout opportunities= no long lines!!! 4) Concession stand & Starbucks with a nice indoor/outdoor seating options. 5)Level Parking = always a parking spot waiting for you. Worst target trip I've ever had today... waited in a line that was around the building (fine, I get its Covid) but their shopping carts locked and I couldn't put my toddler in the cart. Then we waited in the pharmacy line for 45 minutes, only to then be told that someone wouldn't be there to sell us our scripts for another 30 minutes.. no explanation of why, nobody even called target to tell them. Then I was checking out, the purse I bought didn't have a price tag, wasn't in the system and I told them repeatedly how much it was, they asked me to go grab another one, I asked if they could and had to explain in detail where it was.... it was the exact price I said. I think this is one of the best Target locations around. My office is extremely close by, so I visit the store frequently. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to get in and out. You can also enter both floors directly from the parking garage. The store is well-stocked and has plenty of room for the standard as well as seasonal items. Check-out is available on both floors. This Target has groceries as well as a limited selection of wine (which is not available in all locations, I learned). With an onsite Starbucks and mini-cafe, it's really easy to do some light shopping during your lunch hour. read more

Hooray! The remodel is complete. I was boycotting the dust and disorganization, but now I can go back to shopping here. I'm not entirely convinced, tho, that the juice was worth the squeeze. I just don't see myself buying fresh fruit or meats at Target. However, I'm more than happy to buy yogurt, canned soup, cake mix, chips, granola bars, ketchup/mustard/salad dressing, all of which they carried before the remodel anyway. Definitely one of the cleaner Target's I've been to. This target has somewhat of an odd design, but it definitely reminds me of a similar Target I went into while in Portland, OR. This Target is 2 story with doors accessible from either the top and bottom level from the 2 level parking structure. The route options to go between floors are by escalator or by elevator. The Starbucks location is on the bottom floor and everything is arranged in an efficient manner. Clothes, cards, shoes, and other goods are on the first floor, while electronics, cleaning supplies, make-up and random home décor is upstairs. Swing by after a heavy meal in Pasadena and just take the time to scan the aisles with your friends while goofing off / walk it off is always a great reason to go to Target. read more

let me start by stating I personally do not shop target however my elderly father needed a new phone and was interested in a pre paid. He dealt with a female in the tech area who sold him a phone & plan but couldn't get the phone to transfer his old number to his new phone so she directed us to ATT in Pasadena. We went there and spoke to a very helpful gentleman who said the plan we had chosen required a new phone number .. Not wanting to get a new phone number we went right back to Target and I spoke to a manager at the return area. He gladly took the phone back and refunded every dime including the service which technically wasn't refundable. I don't recall his name but he was a excellent representative. read more

I really loved this Target. It's in a great location with tons of parking. It's two stories which I normally dislike, but both floors feel really open and uncluttered so I don't mind it. I would recommend to park on the top floor and pay upstairs. (Entrance to the parking on Union St. Once I started doing this it was a game changer.) Bought it at the TARGET T-MOBILE BRIGHT SPOT. $35 a month, no contract as for as long as we keep the service active, we will get a $25 GIFT CARD to use at TARGET every 6 MONTHS! Not bad! We went to BEST BUY in Burbank first and it was like a ghetto! All the sales people were young-ass punks who hated us. They showed they had 2 phones in stock for what we wanted, but... "We can't find them??!!!"... sure, right. So, off to the BEAUTIFUL TARGET in Pasadena, CA. It was an old Robinson's Department store, two stories and really nice and quiet. Just as we arrived, the greatest sales guy named Johnnie came in! He had to be the nicest, most knowledgeable salesman either one of has met in over ten years! He told us about the T-Mobile offer at the BRIGHT SPOT! Who knew??!!! HE DID!!!! Then he even set up our phone, got our old number transferred in and then showed us how to use the phone and even recommended several APPS. He even gave us his card! COVID does present challenges but the service is very poor. Lines are long and assistance is non-existent. I requested to purchase an item that was locked in a case. Ironically it was less than a $10 purchase. I stopped at a counter and was told to go to the aisle and push the red button. After 20 minutes of waiting, I stopped two different employees who said that they could not help me because they did not have a key. One of them made a phone call and assured me that someone would be coming. Ten minutes later, I left the store, got on line and Amazon will be delivering my package tomorrow. read more

This is the WORST RUN TARGET in the whole United States I think, Not only is it super understaffed, the managers treat employees so poorly. I overheard an employee asking a manager for help, and the way the manager treated him was so inappropriate. He had tears in his eyes and I am kicking myself for not saying anything, but I wish I could have hugged the employee. This isn't the first time I have seen something like this here, but just the most upsetting. If this is what goes on IN FRONT of customers, I can't even imagine what goes on behind closed doors. If any Target employees are reading this, please know that CA labor law is there to protect you - and the department of labor take complaints very seriously.
