This review has nothing to do with target itself. I am very disappointed with the "service" I received while at the Starbucks in this store. They employees were not enjoyable to interact with and they were talking amongst themselves ignoring the line that was accruing at the time. I was with a friend who asked for no whipped cream, but got it anyway and wasn't even going to bother to ask for a new one that was made correctly because we waited so long for our drinks. My firing didn't even taste right and I didn't bother either. The employees didn't even hand me my drink, he just slid it across the dirty, coffee ridden counter and mumbled what the drink was. It didn't even feel like a Starbucks to be honest. The managers at this target should be embarrassed to have such employees working for their establishment. I will never go back to this Starbucks again. read more

Messiest Target I've ever seen. Merchandise thrown all over in random Piles of junk. Also, crazy long lines read more

I Really Love this target because very good service in paramus there so organized and starbucks and The Pizza hut cafe (popcorn and soda) is great read more

The reason I like it here is, my husband is a early person, he usually start shopping at 8am or 9am. Which target is the one that opens early. And after it the mall should be already open, then you can do your one stop does all at one shot. Very convenient. read more

Great staff here! Lots of good deals and quality merchandise!

My go-to location as it's down the street. And ever since the other one opened up at the Bergen Town Center this is less crowded. They added a food section a couple of years ago after renovations. Convenient. read more

My friend and I were able to find the supplies (craft products, household goods, and basic clothing) to create fabulous homemade Halloween costumes for our baby boys. The store was organized and easy-to-navigate and the customer service folks were terrific when we made a return. One thing I REALLY didn't like though: The lady at the register who checked us out was very abrupt and was already working with the next customer while my credit card was still being approved (and it wasn't taking an abnormal amount of time). Also the man behind me graciously put my shopping basket on the floor behind him and I said "Thank you" and she thanked him about a dozen times as if he had just saved my child from a burning building. Um, yeah, you "have a blessed day" too, weirdo. read more

Love this target because they sometimes have merchandise in stock that the target at the Bergen town center don't have.

It's Target. Good merchandise at great prices, a bit of a mess. It is what it is.

I always prefer wearing simple colored clothes and target has everything I need in terms of the shirts. The mossimo t shirts fit perfectly and they are plain and simple. Everything else in this store is reasonably priced. read more

Love this Target. It's on my way home. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean and well stocked. The lines move rely fast. And of course you can't beat the prices. read more

It's a giant Target, so they usually have everything you're looking for. It's clean and well organized (aside from the checkout lines sometimes). They also have a Starbucks inside. read more

I usually shop here every week and always check out the clearance section in electronics to see what books and other media they have on sale. But when I went in today they didn't have any clearance items on books, phone cases, cds's, etc, when they usually have a pile of it by the tv's and by the luggage aisle. I looked all around the electronics section and it seems like they removed all clearance items on any books, music, phone cases/accessories, and other items in that category. They still have clearance items on clothing and food, just not things in the electronics category. Luckily the one in Hackensack still has one. read more

This was by far the worst Target i've been to the Cashier was extremely rude to me. She told me she would not offer me the deal when the sign was incorrect read more

Pretty upset compared to my last review. They still have everything but I went in recently to get candle holders for my business. I bought about 5 plus other things- spending a good $100. A young man rang me up. When he was loading my bags I heard a "clank". He LOOKED in the bag and then proceeded to load another so I figured- ok nothing's broken. I had an oval basket too. He put the bags in that along with another thing I had to carry. I couldn't even carry it all which he clearly saw and got annoyed when I asked for another bag. Anyway, I live around the corner so I went home- open the bag and TWO of the candle holders and completely broken in half. I was so mad! You see they broke, because of you not taking the time to wrap them right and you don't tell me? Very upset. read more

I love Target. The only thing I wished is that I wished they sold the laundry soap I use. Everything else is really easy to find and organized. read more

This is crazy. No matter how big is the parking lot, if it is in the East Coast, you will be searching for a parking spot! Lol I guess this is what happen when you build Target next and connected to a mall. The good thing: It is a typical Target and that is enough. The bad: Having a private lot that you can drive in for long before you will find a spot. read more

I placed an online order with this store only because they had a certain product that I needed. I traveled 45 minutes out of my way to get there and they told me they only had 2 out of my 6 items I ordered. A call or something would have been nice I would of never went out of my way to this store which in addition was a complete mess ! Do not bother with online pick up here ! read more

.... very disapointed in the fail help here..... i went to customer service because i needed a simple copy of my receipt ... i wasnt sure of the time period and the elderly guy that helped me first was very very friendly and willing to help me but then this dark guy came around apearently being the only one in the store that could help me saying he cant even try to help me out.... i mean why not even try ? Its a miserable receipt.... its sad but true... people in that place are nothing but a ghetto bunch trying to be more lazy than what they already are... if the was a way to put negative stars i would.... discusting people escept for this one elderly guy he at least tryed his best... get better personel and stop grabbing bums to work in this place! read more

This Target is Horrible! I called the other day 5 times to see if they carried a certain product, it rang and rang and then hung up on me! Will not be going there anytime soon, poor customer relations! read more

When it comes to Target, its hard for me to write a review. I have only been to this one and the other near me in Hackensack. Although they are both identical I like this one a little bit more because its got a bigger freezer department, and seems a little bigger so they have a few more bargains. read more

They have a Starbucks in the store. Was a really long wait, they handed everyone on the line $3 coupons. After a 20 minute wait I make my order and they didn't have iced coffee. What starbucks doesn't have iced coffee? Strange. read more

Target is my favorite retaier and this is my favorite Target of all in the tri-state area that I've been to. It's a little bigger than most standard Targets and therefore their product selection is a little larger. They typically have items in stock, which is something I can't say for many other Targets, where often I go for a few specific items and a few of them aren't available. read more

Target is one of my favorite stores and I've never had issues with standing in lines but the lines at this target was unacceptable. There were around thirty customers standing in lines at the registers and only FOUR were open out of thirteen registers. While standing in line for 25 minutes I saw at least four workers walking around doing more important things like adjusting a pile of shirts that were already folded, chatting with the people at cafe area, and one person was walking between the four registers until she decided to open a new register as I was finishing up with my transaction. Oh, and i forgot to mention that they did open up fifth register but only for the people standing at one of the registers. They wouldn't take any one other than customers in line for register number three. How ridiculous is that? What's so special about register number three that they get special treatment? read more

First of all Target is a great store in general, and the people at the Bergen Town Center location are friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, this Target seems to have a problem with mis-pricing items. Half of the time you go to ring something and it is a different price then you thought. Why not use the price scanners you say? Because they are never working. There is usually about two out of fifteen operational at any given time. Most say "Temporally out of service." Temporary is not six months at a time. and when you find a working one on the reverse end of the store, it always has people waiting to scan. Anyway, Great store, Great Staff, terrible price related issues. read more

My family are regular shoppers at Target, coming in almost every few weeks, spending over hundred dollars each time we visit. As a family with young kids, Target is our main stop for all baby/kid needs. However, the past few times, we have noticed a significant decline in customer service. The cashiers are extremely rude. The last visit has to be mentioned, as it totally shocked us. Our purchases were being rung up and the counter where the cashier places the bags were full. So I waited until she had filled up a large bag, and to assist her, I took the bag from her to place in my cart. She stopped and tells me, very rudely, not to take it out of her hand, and then proceeds to continue ringing up my purchases. I was shocked, to say the least. I figured maybe it was a miscommunication, so I told her that was not my intention. She then tells me that she will stop working and choose not to serve me if I say anything else. SERIOUSLY?! I had to be somewhere after, so I chose not to call the manager at that time, to confront this issue. But the service provided was so unsatisfactory that we are honestly considering not shopping for our kids and family at their store any more. We cannot believe that any store will allow for such unneeded and rude behavior by its employees. Ironically, when we spoke to our friends later, they said they already do not shop at your Paramus location, unless it is absolutely necessary as they also have also received such bad service. In this time, when the economy is bad as it is, you would expect stores to accept nothing less than exceptional service from their employees, to ensure customers keep returning, not to be driven away. read more

the people who work in the customer service desk were embarrassing to listen to. nobody seems to knows anything about basic returns and exchanges and also anything you order online to be picked up i can assure will not actually be in stock. the employees are very unknowledgeable to the basic information of their job. read more

So let me start by saying THAT I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE COME TO THIS TARGET EVER AGAIN!!!! I placed an order online for store pick up at 9:36 in the morning as stated on the Target.com site and your email your order would be ready IN 2 HOURS!!! I called not 1 or 2 or 3 times to find out what was going on the 4th time I finally get someone and they tell me that the 2 hours are estimated time not actual time that the order would be ready for pick up!! Are you kidding me?!?! Tell me exactly where does it state that its a estimated time!! Come on now!!! Spoke to someone who supposedly said they where a manager and got the same run around!! I never had this issue with any other Target locations this one I guess just makes up its own rules!! Let me just say that is 4:31 in the afternoon and still nothing! DONT TRY TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR 31MINUTES AND 32 SECONDS!!! TARGET YOU LOST A CUSTOMER AND IM CLOSING MY CREDIT CARD!! read more

Black and Spanish who hates white people store. You know how you want to go to the store grab couple items and leave... I grabed and stayed in express line fo 25 minutes because customer in front of me had 20 items in her cart, was price matching and applying million gift cards and coupons. I politely told to this customer that line is for people who has 10 items and less, she basically told me to f..k myself and cashier Diane politely agreed with the customer also added that I am only in this huge line who complains. I ask to speak to the manager. Diane told me to go and find manager myself near customer service and it is thousands of offended customers like me.. was very rude. Well I found the manager Alexa who told me it was fine and it is holidays season and they accept customers in express register no matter how many items they have. I suggested her to remove express line sign not to confuse customers. She said it is impossible because it indicates that line is express. Crazy right? Also she didn't find anything wrong in cashier Diane behavior. I turned around and left and they were applauding... I also think it is something to do with me being white with accent and they are being black and Spanish... totally racist. Would give 0 stars but no option... read more
