Good selection of furniture overall. Sofas and nightstands do not last long. Nor do sets of 4-6 dining room chairs. If you need a single chair one off, excellent prices since they tend to knock it down to 80%.

The inventory at the RH in Paramus is inconsistent. Although the concept sounds great, the furniture there is still overpriced. For example a $14,000 leather small L-shaped Maxwell couch discounted between $9800-$12,000. Another example of this is the geode they were selling for over $100, I got a similar one at West Elm for a fraction of the price that looks almost the same. Additionally, it is difficult to find pairs of clubs/pilot chairs, you might find the style you want but can't find a second one to create symmetry in your designs.

2 floors of indoor and outdoor furniture. I was shopping for white dining chairs. Every chair was dirty and pricey. So pricey, that to reupholster, I could buy one from the store. Staff is very helpful.

Very disappointing experience here for a brand that is otherwise well respected. This showroom is a barron wasteland. It's has mostly damaged floor samples sold "as is." Replacement parts are not always available for the furniture so if they're damaged, buyer beware. I usually love everything Restoration Hardware but this outlet left a bad taste. I will say that if you want that classic RH brown leather couch, they do sell that floor sample here at a discount.

With tons of "made" in asia or eastern europe home furnishings on the market these days -- I find it difficult to distinguish quality. Original style and design is one thing -- and it is reasonable to pay a premium for that -- but the finish quality of the merchandise in this store seems marginal overall -- making it hard to correlate with price. My impression is that RH caters to folks who are happy to overpay -- so long as they can say they bought from Restoration Hardware. This outlet stocks their returns -- or what seems to be true in most cases -- damaged items -- at slightly below the already ridiculously high catalog prices for new. Gives you an opportunity to take the stuff for a spin before you buy -- none of it overly impressive. I liked this location better when Sy Syms owned it and sold deeply discounted brand name clothing to "educated consumers." Most of what I found, including furniture, rugs and lamps -- are available in the same quality -- imported from the same country -- online -- at much better prices. With RH's no return policy, you could get stuck with a lemon if you buy here -- so buyer beware. Even the store manager was upfront about this issue. Many of the rugs (which RH resells at a considerable markup) are locally available direct from the rug importer -- at well below the discounted RH price. Sure -- the rustic -- "reclaimed" modern look is hot today -- but for my money -- I'd rather spend RH retail pricing or even a bit more -- to have it made for me custom -- or source the same mass produced stuff online for much less. The stuff in this store belongs at a yard sale! Nuf said.

The concept is interesting (products from around the world) which is exactly what the name suggests. They sell a mix of food items like snacks, pasta, sauces, and other specialty products, along with home goods, furniture, rugs, and decor. It's not a huge store, so the selection feels more like a broad sampling across many categories rather than a deep selection in any one department. Pricing was the biggest drawback for me. Many items that you'd normally find at a regular grocery or home goods store were priced two to three times higher here. I'd really only recommend buying something if it's truly unique and not easy to find elsewhere. That said, I did notice some holiday items on clearance priced as much as 90% off, which is definitely worth keeping an eye out for -- you might score a great deal if you catch the right clearance section. It's a fun place to browse and see some interesting items, but it ended up being about a ten-minute visit for me.

I found some of my favorite products like British Maltesers, the pocky, Korean chips and Cocacola sodas from Asia. They also had so many other food products like popcorns, bake goods, maple syrups, tea, coffee, almost same as a grocery store. They also have a huge furniture, home goods, and Christmas products (ornaments, cookies, pies, decors) sections. All items are very organized. Though prices are a but higher since all are exported goods. We spent a long time strolling around the store. All the associates were very friendly, helping out customers with products and at the checkout.

So even if we do not end up not buying from there, what they have on the floor was/is a good source of design inspiration.

The emphasis here is on made in India and China furniture and furnishings -- with a decent selection of kitchenware and gadgets. No clothes, jewelry, shoes or fancy foodstuffs in this iteration of the ever evolving chain of stores owned by TJX. Homesense improves on the chaotic and frenetic merchandising practices of its relatives. In other words -- you will find the aisles logically organized with more limited and better curated selections. If you are looking for that odd off price piece -- like a sofa, chair, table, love seat, carpet or new china, this place is worth a look. As with all the other TJX retail stores, you are buying "off the floor" which means that the stuff has been sat in, handled, returned, jostled about, dinged, etc. -- so inspect carefully before buying -- especially with the higher priced furniture and carpets. Top Tip: Shares a parking lot with Trader Joe's -- which means PACKED on Saturdays. Best shopping experience is early or late -- midweek.

Dear Safavieh Customer Service,…read more I'm writing to share my very disappointing experience with the sales associate/designer named Debbie at your Livingston, NJ store. I visited the showroom in January 2025 and was introduced to Debbie (unfortunately, I do not know her last name). She explained that for her to provide in-home design services, I would need to commit to purchasing at least $10,000 in furniture or place a 10% deposit of $1,000. Per her request, I provided my credit card information. I did take her design suggestions and ended up purchasing over $20,000 worth of furniture. Debbie assured me that everything would be delivered within two months, and she also promised to be present at each delivery to oversee the process. Unfortunately, she did not follow through on her promises. For the first of several deliveries, she contacted me on the day of and said she wouldn't be coming due to traffic. While I understood the situation, it was disappointing. More frustratingly, the delivery of a sofa chair and king-size bed took nearly three months. During this time, I had no proper bed and was forced to sleep on a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a floor sample, so thankfully it arrived quickly, but I expected much better service and communication given the scale of my purchase. This experience has been stressful and frustrating, especially considering the cost and expectations set at the beginning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into improving the customer experience and follow-through at your Livingston location.

It is now approaching the end of April and I still have not heard anything about them rescheduling the delivery. I have called to follow up multiple times. In addition to this, I also ordered a couch in March. About 2 weeks ago (early April), I realized it will be too large for my space. I called West Elm to cancel the order, as they did not allow me to cancel online. The woman I spoke to told me it would be no more than 3 days to hear whether or not my cancellation request was approved by the manager. Again, I heard nothing. When I called back today, they acted as if they had never heard that I wanted to cancel the order (now far less-likely to be canceled due to being further along in production). They again told me they would put my request through to the manager. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with someone that was able to get me no answers. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Their products are expensive, and the lack of communication and responsiveness after a sale is unacceptable.
