Proof of old fashioned quality customer service still exist!…read more Located in the Copper Tree Plaza shopping center, I come to the area anytime I need to take care of DMV business since it's also located in this shopping center. Practically melting into the background of the other few shops at this center is this Dollar Tree branch. Figured I go in and see what cheap buys I could get. Upon entering, I was greeted by an older gentleman, then later on asked by a younger one if I was searching for anything in particular. After I mentioned that I was here to browse, I went off down the aisles. Gosh, this place has a lot of brand name items here that normally go for 3-4 times the cost at supermarkets or other convenient chain stores. I started grabbing things off the shelves as if I was stocking up for the end of the world. Brand named Frozen Fried Clams, Blueberry Waffles, Nacho Chips, Scented Oils, etc; I grabbed them all. Being the standard size to jumbo sized version of the products for a dollar or less, they quickly filled up my basket. At the checkout, I was greeted by a smile, and asked if I had found everything I was looking for. The staff was friendly, and personable. You could feel the mom/pop small business feel when they are proud of their business and cared for their customers. I'll definitely will be back again, though it's a 35 minute drive away, hence I am a fan of this place.

The fitting rooms and sale section are on this floor too. The checkout counter on this floor is bigger. We went to the store during black Friday, as they were having up to 40% sale storewide. The apparels had plenty of sizes available. We eventually bought two items from here. The staff members at the fitting room and register were friendly and helpful.

It's a great store for some quick simple items to run in and run out. It's a small store but they do have some nice things for seasonal purposes. Also great for cleaning supplies! Over the counter medicine is great here and their razor blades for shaving is a great bargain. Dollar General really is not a " Dollar " store at all. It's like a.... CVS or Rite-Aid, just a smaller version and without a pharmacy. Every time I go in the Saddle Brook store it's always clean. To me the sales staff is friendly and I never had a problem. Parking is very ample. I may suggest when your done with Dollar General take a walk next door to Harbor Freight as well. Get your Car washed across the street and then hit up the little bakery too. There is a bagel place not too far from Dollar General , it too is across the street and diagonal from it. There are many little hidden gems near this store. Go out there and explore them.
