They lost my disposal contacts . Never refunded me. Dr. Patel is great. The office staff needs help, especially Tim, who is a hot mess.

My friend and I both went at the same time to the Optique Center at Tatum and Shea in Phoenix. The…read morestore was very clean and well stocked. (I must have tried on 100 pairs and didn't even touch 1/2 of them). The technician was extremely friendly and thorough, as well as the doctor, and we did not wait long. The staff was extremely solicitous, I would rarely rate a store five stars, and don't know all of them, but have been to three of their stores so far. (I have several children). It is good to have your paperwork done in advance. Good job Nationwide! Holly

I went into Nationwide Vision on 19th Ave. at 4:40 p.m. on a Monday afternoon with my disabled…read moreson's prescription in hand because we needed to purchase glasses. The office manager, Dimas, told me they could not help us because they were seeing their last patient. I explained that we already had his prescription and simply needed to select and purchase glasses. The store does not close until 6:00 p.m. Despite arriving more than an hour before closing, Dimas refused to assist us and told me to come back Wednesday at noon. My son is a student, so coming back in the middle of the school day is not a reasonable option. What made this interaction particularly upsetting was that I was there with my disabled son, and I left feeling that Dimas simply did not want to take the time to help us. I cannot know his motivation, but the way we were treated made me question whether my son's disability played a role in his unwillingness to assist us. I understand that offices have schedules and procedures, but turning away a customer who arrives at 4:40 p.m. with a valid prescription when the store is open until 6:00 p.m. was extremely disappointing. There was no attempt to find a reasonable solution or accommodate us. I hope management will look into this interaction and consider how customers--especially families of individuals with disabilities--are treated when they come in seeking assistance.

I went through a few different options before settling on these. Costco optometry was easy to work…read morewith both the eye exam part and and choosing of the frames and lenses. The staff was fantastic as was their selection of glasses for Men, Women and Children starting at about 59.99 as the lowest i noticed. I splurged. I went with their $50 off option got a pair of sunglasses and a pair of regular glasses with transition lenses. Depending on the Costco Optometrist used I noticed the regular eye exams varied between $80 to $110 and the Contact lens ones were about $20 more. You can make appointments on line which was really convenient. It took about a week to get my glasses back. Erika at this location had to wrestle with them and adjust them a million times and she did it patiently then we realized the frame wasnt liking the lens she popped them out put them on the same frame that was in store and they fit like a glove. Glad she though outside the box to see if it was me or the glasses. Service was superb. They are always busy but so worth the wait. you can also shop the collection on line. I highly recommend them. Remember if you wear glasses one of the services they offer is cleaning your glasses when you are there so if they are not busy walk on over and ask them to clean your glasses.
