This review is for the PHARMACY only. I dropped off my prescription, with 10 dollar off coupon for co-pay and my prescription card (they requested that they keep it). Long story short, I ended up returning in 2 weeks instead of the hour. Apparently I took too long and they decided to shred my prescription card and coupon. I spoke with the people there, and they wouldn't do anything for me. I ended up contacting Target corporation and they didn't really care either... they just sent me their official pharmacy privacy policy..... In the end, I ended up having to pay my copay, request for a new prescription card, and being stuck with Target pharmacy until the new card arrives... _ read more

You can always count on Target to have your back when you need it. I went there recently with a long list to cover for a party I was planning. Prices were quite reasonable, there were a large of products to choose from and the attendants were pleasant. One of them even offered to help me take my cart to the cashing point as I had some run-away marshmallows! You had to be there for it, the employee thought it was hilarious! I like that the staff is approachable, it made what would be a difficult situation into one I would definitely remember for future events. read more

The girl working at guest services today 6/30/19 @8pm was so unfriendly to the point I'm shocked she's was hired here. She looks miserable and untrained. Even if you're having a rough day don't take it out on the other customers. read more

The staff is not helpful. Made me wait while helping 5 people who arrived after me and told me that they were "checking to see if they had the Rx I needed." They had it the entire time and saw me waiting but opted to not enlighten me. RUDE. Go to a different pharmacy. read more

Usually I have a very positive review about this Target since I'm constantly here picking up groceries or little knick knacks, but just yesterday I had a very bad experience with the greeter. I came during the afternoon and the greeter said hello to damn near everyone that walked in- except me. I said hello and looked him in the eye and he said nothing back. Strange but didn't think nothing of it. Then I went about my business and left while he again was saying have a good day to everyone but me again. About 15 minutes later after leaving the store I realized I forgot something and went back with my partner. As we were walking in, the same thing happened. The greeter said his hi's and hello's to everyone, but us and the same thing as we left. I understand we're in a pandemic and folks from every industry are feeling the stress, but the fact that we were continually excluded from feeling welcomed or acknowledged does hamper on our business and the consideration to possibly take it elsewhere. The first time I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt, but the second time with my partner felt very intentional and so I wanted to note it our their yelp page. read more

A star for being outside of SF and therefore having parking. Lots of it. A star for the huge "Greatland" format. Don't know what that means but Jesus it's HUGE (that's what she said). Staff who sorta ignore you. Average layout and average selection. I've not yet tried to go to Target in SF so I have no good comparison. read more

Nancie T. reveals the secrets of of Black Friday shopping at Target: 1) Study the ad and pick out exactly what you want 2) Map out the store in advance so you know exactly where the item you want is 3) Appoint a DD: designated driver 4) Get dropped off in front of the store while DD finds parking 5) Walk in and head straight to the department you need to go. Do not wander. Do not stop. Do not pass GO. 6) When DD parks, make sure he (in this case, my bf) goes directly to the cash register line. Do not allow him to stray to the electronics section. 7) Get the item and meet DD in register line. 8) Pay for item and leave. 9) Go home and sleep. You deserve it, for waking up so early. and that, my yelpers, is the successful shoppers guide to Black Friday. Yours truly shopped at both Serramonte and Stonestown and completed the mission in exactly 2 hours. I was back at home in bed by 8am, suckahs!!!! read more

I love Target, it's the one stop shop. You can get everything you need here, and they have really cute towels, sheets, and other home apparel. If you can't find something , you can always count on Target to have it. I don't understand why there are two, across the rode from each other, and I've only been in the one so I don't know the difference, but hey the more the merrier, right. read more

Target on a weekend= Birth control! With that being said there is just something I truly love about cleaning products and buying toilet paper in bulk. Even better when I bring my Sunday paper coupons and save and extra $10. read more

"I think the entrance to target should have people splattered all around, then when I finally walk in the guy says "Can I help you?", just practicing." So some people like this target, some people like the target across the street. Target's Target, I really have no preference, although I think this one is slightly bigger...plus it's connected to the cool Serramonte mall, holler. Anyways, again another spot to find everything you need in one stop. Clothes, to video games to household items. I love the sales, and even without the sales you usually find cheaper prices. Downfall: it's a plethora of shopping carts and family madness on weekends. All I wanna do is enjoy my errands on weekends at Target, but dude its like maneuvering through the streets of Manila. A greatland of shopping cart traffic on weekends. I suggest weekdays are preferable if you want a relaxing shopping trip. Regardless, I always find what I need here, plus a little more. Target is the Disneyland for shoppers! ___ Adding a bit to my review: This place NEVER has any baskets..I feel like a basket monster came by and ate them all. So then I have to search the registers EACH time. True Story: The target lady insisted I find the price of the little pack of mints. She MADE me go look, because we all know walking 2 feet away from your register is SUCH a workout...then shouted over the counter, did you find it? What am I, a target worker??!? Then she finally decides to walk over to where I was & suggested "well this tag says $2, did you want it for $2?" Was I suppose to pulled out the haggling skills acquired from the PI? Uhh no thanks, my breath isn't that desperate. Anyways, I walked off to the lady telling me "Thanks Mam" to which I left reminiscing about my trip to the PI... read more

Made a quick stop here to buy some gifts. We found some nice bargains. Normally, I shop at Walmart cause they have lower prices. Occasionally though, I will go to Target to avoid the crowds. This Target branch is fine to visit once in awhile. read more

I am writing a review because I have never been asked so many, "Are you doing okay, can I help you find anything?" Thank you Target team for the courtesy, you guys are amazing! :) And yes...I loved everything...and yes I planned to "just purchase" candles & I walked out with a few extra items I "had to" have. Love you Tarjay. read more

This location has a pretty big selection of items, and parking is not difficult to find. Customer service is efficient, and it is often very busy here. It's conveniently located immediately adjacent to Serramonte mall, which is nice. read more

Not too particulary fond of this Target. Parking can be extremely difficult on the weekends, and the way the parking lot is setup, you can tell the developers were kinda confused. I can also never seem to find sale items here. Like I said, the elderly can get here via the bus. If you work/go to schoo/etc on the weekdays and all you have are the weekends to go here, then you're assed out. Advantage to the seniors age 65+ read more

This review is mainly for the ELECTRONICS department. -I came here this past weekend to purchase a pair Skullcandy earplugs that were on sale for $9.99. They are $16.99 regularly. Target somehow decides to LOCK these earplugs up. Come on! This is not Macy's...and this is not a Coach bag. They are for a $10 pair of earplugs... -I had to ask someone in the Electronics department to unlock it and get one for me. This young man helped me quickly...but told me he had to hold it at the electronics counter...as if I was going to steal this cheap pair of earplugs. I told him I was still shopping...so he said I can come back and pay for it later. That's fine...but he was walking away while talking to me and was pretty rude. In the end, I purchased them at the electronics counter and was able to also ring up my other item, which was from the automotive department. I didn't like the attitude from the employee here though. Overall, I love Target. Great prices...lots of items! Just try coming during off hours to avoid the crazy shoppers...who don't know how to drive their cars AND their shopping carts. read more

I like this target a lot more than others. Its huge, you can find everything you need. People are friendly. Parking is easy. Freeway access easy. I would recommend this target. They have self cashier or regular cashiers. Which is great. read more

The greatest store known to mankind. If you can't find it here, it prolly doesn't exist. I can spend hours here, playing games, looking at toys, reading books, looking at DVD's, and so much more... The prices here are great. I see why no one leaves there with any money. People will go there and buy stuff like it's on clearance, cause compared to many stores, it's damn near clearance price. I love it here...I'm never going home...NEVER!!! read more

I love, love, love Target! It's so convenient and it's basically a one-stop shopping place! I must admit --- I may need to stop patronizing this store every other week or so b/c I always end up walking out with a cart full of stuff! :) read more

Typical. You expect to buy specific things. You end up walking out having paid for at least 5 other items you decided you needed as you strolled the aisles. But hey, I'm not complaining. Just keep a look out. This target likes to keep you on your toes and rearrange sections every so often (e.g. the women's section and the maternity section entirely switched). read more

Like most of the reviews I've seen for this place, I prefer the one on the other side of the 280 over this one. I don't know... this place just has more ghetto people going inside, probably because of the ghetto people who shop in Serramonte. I guess I decide how I like places based on the type of people they attract (like the Century 20 over in Daly City... what the fuck's up with all the idiots that go there?) Well at least that's one criteria. I wouldn't mind as much, but this place was pretty crowded when I went today with friends. One person put their own fucking empty drink container in my friend's cart like it was a trash can... that's just fucking rude and proves my point on the ghettoness of this place. Who the fuck DOES that? ASSHOLES! That's who. Now I'm pretty sure an employee didn't do that because if that were the case, I'd definitely bring it down to one star, but the fact that this place was crowded... when I start thinking I should get the fuck out of here, then it's not a good sign. I found most stuff all right... most. I don't know... I'm not big on huge superstores being a mini Walgreens, a mini Safeway, a mini Toys R Us, etc., but frankly, I'd rather go here than Walmart any day. That being said, I couldn't find certain items that I was looking for that I would have found in that spot. They're lacking in certain items. They have a better selection in the other Target. Better selection in facial care, better selection in board games (which I now have to go to if I want new board games since there's no Toys R Us around this area any more.) This place is all right, I guess... at least it's not Walmart... and there is some convenience that it's connected to the mall... even though I'm not particular fond of this mall any more... but if you need to go to Target, go to the bigger one down the road. Don't bother with Serramonte. read more

Here is the deal. It's Target- they are the same everywhere. Plus side: It is easy to get to. Right off the 280. Plenty of parking. There are other big box stores with walking distance. read more

Serramonte is one of my favorite targets in the Bay Area. Get in, get out real fast otherwise you're going to spend $$ on things you don't need. But overall, love this target. It's usually clean, bathrooms and fitting rooms are clean. I usually use the self check out line, and easily get my prices adjusted to target.com... however the lady at self check out line told me limit 4 adjustments per transaction. But overall, these self out lines are fast and easy to use. Staff are great, helped me with questions or things I need... I appreciate it! read more

I shop at this Target once in awhile so I'm not a regular. It has the usual Target assortment of household goods, food items, etc. The store seems clean. I sometimes buy the Target casual pants for work, they last longer than Dockers but probably look more Targ'et then anything. I don't think they have a good variety of dental hygiene accessories which a large chain store should carry. Overall I would shop their for household items. read more

It's convinent and attached to the mall. Try going to the one on Junipero Serra Blvd. It's much cleaner.

i love Target! They now sell produce! How weird! I bought a loaf of bread and well it wasn't too great and they didn't have certain products I went to look for but overall this is a great store. Everything your home needs. read more

Who doesn't like Target?!

I have been a big fan of Target store since their transformation to much cleaner store with a lot of neat items since the 90's. Though this is not one of favorite location but guess what it is the closest to San Francisco without crossing the bridges we will have to do. This store doesn't differ much from the other stores so my comments apply to this chain in general. Why I like these over other chain offerings is in addition to the normal offering that stores like these carry i.e. groceries, clothes, electronics (I can't say one is better than the other chain as its a matter of taste) they carry some of the better furniture and cooking items than other chain stores. The items are durable and look trendy IMO and have waaay longer life than say IKEA. What sets them apart is the clean open feel that one when one walks is unlike at the mega retailers chains. Prices are reasonable parking can be tight but the lot is big enough to accommodate a crowd. A solid 3.5 stars. read more

Coming to Target from SF feels a bit like a pilgrimage and a vacation all at the same time (excited that a Target will be opening very soon in the city). This Target seems to have above and beyond the variety that other Bay Area Target stores have. I found 95% of everything I was looking for on my list. read more

The clientele is unsavory, and the cashiers are slow. Those are easily the two biggest criticisms of this Target. I'd much rather go to the "old" one down the street, as it's less crowded and now well-stocked due to renovation upgrades. Otherwise, you can get some pretty pedestrian target stuff here without having to travel too far away and still be in proximity to plenty of other shopping destinations inside the mall. That and its prices are easily its 2 redeeming qualities. read more

Super targets are great because you can pick up everything you need at once...but someone needs to realize that having the registers on just one side is stupid. I'm not expecting another 20 counters on the mall facing side, but even 2-4 self checkout counters would make everything more convenient. read more

I like going to Target and I have my favorite ones to go to. This Target isn't one of them. I got lucky that it wasn't crowded like I thought it would. I wen't in and grabbed what I needed and I was out. One thing I didn't like was the layout of the store. It was different from other Targets. read more

Oh boy, I'm so confused now that they've moved everything around! *pulls hair out* It can become a mad house (especially during the holidays) with people paying at the cashier on the other side of the store then walking back though the store to try and get back into the mall itself. I'd much rather just go to the Colma Target. read more

This target is great. The parking is AMPLE. They always have what I need and if I'm in a hurry, it's a great one-stop shop for all the needs. I prefer this Target to the others in the area because the layout is more consistent and it is never TOO busy, always clean and great customer service. read more

YATS: yet another target store? Yes, Tarje is everywhere, and it seems everywhere I live, I am surrounded by several. The best place to go to grab some quick cleaning items or some inexpensive foods. The one in Daly City (Serramonte Mall) usually has more items in stock. Never had a problem finding parking, but keep in mind that it's part of a mall, so you'll run into some teenage brats every now and then. read more

I am a Target addict, but this particular branch is extremely stressful. It is always crazy crowded with lots of screaming children and people who steal your cart and dump out your merchandise if you leave it unattended for 30 seconds. When I'm really jonesing for a Target fix, I'll hit up this location, but otherwise I'd go to another one. read more

Big, bright, and wonderful! Meets my needs when I need useless goodies. And what makes it great is that it's attached to the mall, so very convenient for shoppers. I love that all Targets have a large selection of mints/gum/candy at the checkout...keeps me entertained while I'm waiting in line. read more

Dear Target at Serramonte, I am so sorry I mixed you up with your cousin down the street. While she is dirty, you are clean. While she has employees that chitchat way too much for my tastes, yours has staff that does what needs to be done. You offer ease in finding things; she needs a lesson in organization. You offer more; she leaves much to be desired. Don't ever change. read more

This Target is pretty big and really close to the freeway. This is the one that is connected directly to Serramonte Mall. Makes it convenient if you want to go to the mall. The parking lot is also pretty big and has a lot of parking spaces all around. Overall, this is like any other big Target. It has a lot of parking and has an entrance to the mall. read more

Look - target is great. They have everything you need. But leave it up the employees to ruin it for you. My wife went here and upon checkout we all know that the clerk ask us if we want to apply for their stupid credit card. My wife said no - and the clerk- who noticed that English was my wife's second language - blatantly asked my wife for her SSN. Thank god my wife was smart enough not to provide that information - but what audacity! read more
