    Time for a new bedroom set, is what my son said. Why not see what Labor Day Sales are going on. Walking in, it didn't look too busy, then as we walked in towards the beds, a lot of people in the store and all sales people busy. As he looked at the different options, he chose a nice set. We were assisted by William. He explained the different styles and options. Also let us know the value spent gives you added discounts. All purchases include their "White Glove" service, delivery, set up and waste disposal. William provide clarity on their insurance option and its benefits. Overall, my son decided on a very nice bed, 2 night stands and a dresser. This 4 piece came out to a nice deal. Delivery is in 2 days and the entire process was effortless. Wiilliam was great, informative and answered all our questions. I will definitely return for my next furniture purchase. The 4 stars reflect the sale process. We need to see how delivery goes to truly rate the entire purchase experience.

    I wish I could give them zero stars. Here is a warning to you if you are thinking of purchasing anything from this store so you don't have to experience what I did. We ordered a sectional couch from the Colma store. At the time our SA Sylvia told us the terms , one of which she repeated MANY times and was that if an item arrives with damage we could "decline" and they would replace it. Fast forward to delivery day. Our item arrives, the delivery team unpacks it and immediately they say "oh it's damaged" . The arm of the sofa has a HOLE in it. Not minor damage, a big hole. We say please take it back. And the delivery team says "No. Contact the store, but we have to leave it here. We have taken photos and someone will contact you to schedule a replacement immediately". Did we get a call? NO. We called and talked to the store. The store couldn't be more rude. They don't care. They say we shouldn't call them and to call customer service, it's not their problem. Wow! Like great customer service ??!!!! So I call customer service and have to do a BUNCH of back and forth and they want to repair it. Imagine buying a new couch, it's majorly damaged and instead of accountability from the store and an apology and replacement we now have to spend so much time and back and forth calls and emails to be told we could get a repair. Not a replacement, but a repair. On a new product. Unacceptable. Don't shop here. It's not worth your time and energy. Worst customer service ever

    Extremely Disappointed - Worst Customer Service Experience with Ashley Furniture I've been a loyal customer of Ashley Furniture for years, but my recent experience has completely changed my perspective on the brand. I am beyond frustrated with their customer service and feel completely disregarded as a customer. I purchased furniture that arrived damaged and was of poor quality--wobbly, cracked, and unfinished. As soon as I noticed the issues, I followed the proper procedure and contacted their customer service within the 72-hour window, as instructed. I have receipts and documentation to prove that I complied with their complaint process. However, despite this, I was given the runaround at every turn. I was passed from one agent to another, and each one repeated the same generic line: "You need to file a complaint within 72 hours of delivery." When I explained that I had already done so, I was told to wait another 72 hours for a response or transferred to yet another department. At one point, I was even transferred to an "online department" that didn't handle my type of issue and was told to go through another team. It felt like they were just dodging my complaint and doing everything in their power to avoid processing a refund or taking responsibility for the damaged items. To make matters worse, a technician was sent to my home, supposedly to help with processing the return. However, I later found out the technician was there to "fix" the furniture -- something I never requested. I made it clear from the beginning that I wanted a return, not a repair. After waiting more than 72 hours for a response, they finally told me they would only process a return for the nightstand and dresser. They gave me a pickup date for the furniture, but they didn't offer any flexibility in choosing a time that worked for me. Everything was on their terms, with no regard for my schedule or needs. It's incredibly frustrating to be treated this way, especially as a customer who has spent thousands of dollars with Ashley Furniture in the past. It seems clear that customer service is no longer a priority for this company, and I'm seriously reconsidering ever purchasing from them again. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of buying from Ashley Furniture to think twice. Their handling of complaints is absolutely unacceptable, and their customer service is horrendous. I have attached photos to prove that I made my complaint within the required time frame. I will never buy from Ashley Furniture again!

    Great service and fantastic teamwork among the staff members too!! We have been looking for a well-made sofa for awhile... it is a tiring process. We have a small home (and stairs) so delivery is important & Measurement to make sure it will be able to be delivered... is vital. Lots of discussion about exact dimensions, and quality craftsmanship... how long it would take, is it in stock??... Rose and Michael were superstars. They explained everything, both were knowledgeable and helpful. They handled our many questions. And our sofa will get delivered 3/8 -Wednesday- less than a week after we ordered it. We got $200 off the original price, quick delivery and information on exactly what to do if it was not suitable/ damaged etc. we have a customer service number to call. The store is FULL of merchandise, reasonable prices and delivery is +$129. Lots of selection!

    Absolutely the worst quality and customer service in the industry. We purchased a sofa bed from them in 2023 which began to deteriorate almost from the day they delivered it. We had purchased the extended warranty from them at the time. About 8 months ago I took pictures of the sofa showing how it was wearing to the store to discuss with them, I was told by the salesman that it was normal wear and tear however if I waited until the extended warranty kicked in, that we should do something to the sofa such as spill ink or bleach on it and file a claim with the company that had the extended warranty. As an honest person, I couldn't bring myself to do this and was shocked that their salesperson was suggesting that I commit fraud so that the store wouldn't have to deal with it. We decided to live with the way it was wearing until we found something better to replace it with. In the meantime, the mechanism for the bed part of the sofa became inoperable. We contacted Ashley and they referred us to the warranty company who said they would send someone out to inspect the sofa within 7-10 days. In the meantime we had the bed part of the sleeper taking up most of the space in the living room during this waiting period. The sofa sleeper was deemed to be a total loss and that they would issue a store credit for the amount of the original purchase. We were told that we could use it at any Ashley store as long as whatever the replacement was cost more than the credit. We were also told that we probably should use the credit at the store of the original purchase since "they were taking the hit of the original purchase". Why should that me my concern??? We found a replacement and ordered it and were told that they would deliver it. We asked if the delivery company would pick up the original sofa at the time of delivery. (Which we were paying $199 for.) We were told that they wouldn't do that and we'd have to dispose of the original at our expense. So let me get this right. They delivered a defective product which we paid $199 to have delivered, we are having to pay another $199 to deliver the new sofa and we are having to spend another $150 to have to he old one hauled off? So because we purchased a faulty product from Ashley we were on the hook for a $350 delivery and haul off fee! This is highway robbery and should be investigated by the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Which I'll be contacting regarding this awful experience. Stay away from Ashley if you want a quality product and decent customer service!

The cashier had it ready behind in a storage area, handed it over with a smile, and we were on our way--no waiting, no confusion, just easy. Of course, once we were inside, leaving immediately was out of the question. The store is a maze in the best way, packed with shelves that feel like little windows into different parts of the world. We drifted from aisle to aisle, pausing every few steps to point something out to each other. The international snack section alone could keep you busy for an hour. I found myself lingering over Japanese rice crackers in colorful packaging, a cheerful Hello Kitty snack assortment, and rows of German bottled sausages, and pantry staples. There were so many nostalgic and unexpected finds mixed together. I spotted White Rabbit candies--the same creamy treats I remember from childhood--right next to bottles of Kewpie mayonnaise and tins of beautifully packaged sardines that looked almost too elegant to open. Some chips had labels entirely in Asian languages, no English at all, which somehow made them even more tempting. Nearby were jars of caviar, imported cured meats like prosciutto, and shelves of specialty ingredients that made me want to plan an entire dinner party on the spot. George ended up picking out a few things to take home: delicate Bonne Maman raspberry tartelettes, a bag of traditional German Black Forest-style egg noodles (spätzle), and a box of crisp cannoli shells. It felt like a little culinary tour without ever leaving the store. As we wandered, I had the thought that this place would make a surprisingly perfect first-date spot. You learn a lot about someone by what catches their eye--what they reach for, what they're curious about, what reminds them of home. It's relaxed, a little quirky, and full of conversation starters. By the time we left, doormat in hand, I was already thinking about coming back. It's the kind of place that invites you to slow down, explore, and discover something new every time.

Their big secret is their curated wine selection, a showcase of wines popular with those who know. CPWM has a huge wine sale once or twice a year. Regulars will watch for the sale and cart out cases of their favorites. My biggest shopping forays to CPWM are for birthdays, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas / NYE. I always find fun, cute, eclectic, items for stocking stuffers or treat bags here. Give Cost Plus World Market for a different and enjoyable shopping experience!

GREAT question. We told the saleswoman what we were looking for & she walked us all the way to the back of the showroom & showed us exactly what we had pictured & hoped for. I don't think that's ever happened to us before. Sales process was easy, they asked for 50% down & let us know about when the furniture would be ready for delivery. Here's where it gets even better. About 3 weeks after our visit to Giorgi Brothers, we stopped into a furniture store in San Bruno to look at tables. We saw the same sofa we had just purchased at Giorgi, but it was almost $300 less & they offered free shipping. Now what? Too late to cancel, but quite a price disparity. I got a written price quote from store #2, submitted it with a gently worded email to Giorgi Brothers, asking if they might consider matching the price and they said YES. I was floored. I want to give big props to everyone at Giorgi Brothers for their above & beyond excellent service and standing by their policy of price-matching. They now have us as customers for life & we are spreading the word to everyone we know who's in the market for beautiful furniture & quality customer service

    We were mildly surprised to find this local establishment that sold quality furniture. We didn't…read morehave high expectations except for the Yelp reviews which were very positive. And in our case, it was well-deserved. Eun Soon greeted us and after letting her know what we were looking for, showed us some really interesting items. She showed us a sleeper from Finland which met all our needs. It was a Luonto Nico King sleeper. It would take a few weeks to get in. Semi, the other half of the store staff, was our contact after this point and she really delivered. After the sleeper was delivered, we noticed there was a 3cm gash in the corner of one of the arms. It matched a gash in the bubble wrap so probably happened in transit. Anyway, the manufacturer was not the most responsive in getting this addressed although they filed a claim with the freight company. After the Christmas holidays, we contacted the manufacturer again who then told us they could not give us information directly and we would have to work with Furniture Innovation. Bummer since it's been weeks since they were notified. We then got in touch with Semi, who promptly put in an order for the arm, which could be replaced instead of swapping the entire sleeper. The replacement part did not match the original so a new part had to be ordered. Instead of us waiting another few weeks for the replacement, FI removed an arm from one of the same sleepers they had in the store and had the repair team come back on the same day and swap out the arm. They knew we already waited weeks for a resolution and worked out something out so we didn't have to wait even longer. We very much appreciated the extra effort on their part to make sure we were taken care of. Also, much kudos to the delivery/repair team who also went above first noticing the part was not an exact match, then came back the same day to do the repair. We would definitely go back to Furniture Innovation for future purchases, which we're already thinking about. Great people to work with.
