That level of dedication is truly top-notch. Their pricing is competitive, but for me, outstanding service makes all the difference--and Bailey delivered exactly that. My wife and I came in on a Sunday morning, just behind another family with older parents. Coincidentally we were both looking at bathroom vanities. A sales rep followed the other family to look at everything while we were ignored. After we made our decisions ourselves, we made our way to the front to the comp coffee machine thinking someone will come help us. Not a single rep in sight. At the coffee machine, warehouse staff were making multiple cups to pour into their thermos and coughing/sneezing all over the cups and lids. We went back to vanities without a coffee. We got back to vanities (coffee is front of the warehouse, vanities in the far back) and still not a single rep. We made this walk at least 4 times. We confirmed our decisions and we walked back to the front, again no one. At the front, I finally saw the entire sales staff doing something in a back corner so I called out if I can get some help. I apologize if I bothered them! No comments from the sales rep who helped print my order, no asking what I needed help with. He just followed us and I told him. No comments when I told him we walked for an hour without any help As we were paying, a cashier had to come from that same busy corner to take my card. As I was paying, the sales rep who was busy with the other family comes up to see what we bought. When he was working with them for a sale, we were walking back and forth around their group so I know he noticed us. Maybe he realizes he missed the sales on his record. Again, if I had other better options, I would have gone elsewhere.

So I'm not happy with the bike so on 9/18/25 a couple days later go back to Best Buy to return the bike. They tell me that they will return scooters but they will not return E bikes. I told them nobody told me this at checkout. They told me there is nothing they can do so I'm warning all consumers do not buy e-bikes from Best Buy. They sell trash and you cannot get your money back now I'm stuck with something I'm afraid to ride or let anybody ride because they're gonna get hurt or even killed. And when I went in found out that they lowered the price again. I had gone to Home Depot, Lowes and two other plumbing supply stores to find a solution for how to fit a different size Dorn Bracht hose to the water line. Everyone was clueless. The best advice I received was to go to an auto parts store as it appeared as is the hose was metric. I then contacted my plumber who suggested I go to visit Hung at LP Decorative Plumbing. Hung knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock. Within minutes of arriving at the cluttered LP shop I had the part in hand. He knows his stuff! I even had leak when I installed the new part, and Hung helped me troubleshoot the problem. Try to get that level of service from Home Depot.

So I went to LP and I believe Hung is the owner of the store, he has a lot variety of kitchen faucet and he explained that very well to me on each one, during the conversation I explained what's the problem on my kitchen faucet and he told me I don't really need to get a new one, don't waste your money because it is only a simple fix so he taught me step by step how to clean the flow separator but unfortunately it won't work so I decided to take the whole thing back to the shore and ask Hung. He just took a quick look and took some parts out and do a little cleaning. Unbelievably my kitchen faucet work as new with strong water flow. That save me a couple hundred dollar from buying a new faucet. I will definitely refer this place to my friends and families, too bad I can't give this store a 10 star otherwise I will do so. Our kitchen is small, but it has been very functional since we let Dmitry do his magic two years…read moreago. Not only were their prices the most competitive, but their work and people are also outstanding and courteous. I had to order most of the supplies but they guided me through it. They handled all the electrical, plumbing, new windows and a door and handled all the permitting paperwork of the process. The best part was their flexibility. They followed all my custom request to fit a cat water fountain and step-stool storage. In the middle of the construction, they actually suggested that we have space to get an 18"-dishwasher installed which is my most favorite part of the renovation. My review may be overdue, but hey, even after two years, everything still works and looks great (although not as clean and pristine like the photos because of all the cooking we actually now enjoy doing, plus two toddlers and two cats lol). So that tells something about the quality of work that they do!

At the start, Dmitriy took care of getting the permits and scheduling all inspections during the whole process. Karen, who did our remodel, is excellent and ensured everything was up to code and done the proper way. We have 2 young children so we were a little concerned about safety before we started the renovation but Karen made sure everything was carefully taped off and the space was cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day. We do recommend having a good air filter running nearby though to pick up any stray dust. Since we're not designers, having input from both Dmitriy and Karen throughout the entire process was invaluable. There were many decisions to make during the renovation, and their expertise and experience made a huge difference. Additionally, Karen recommended some local suppliers, where we were able to source a number of our materials. Overall, we highly recommend Dmitriy and Karen for anyone looking to remodel.
