We have been to many Uniqlo and so we stopped in this one. They have very good quality clothing . The sizes may be smaller than usually since they are made in Japan. I only got a shirt this time but my wife got a lot of blouses and pants. The unique thing about this check out is the scanning. Each item has a tag on it and you throw all of your stuff in the bin next to the checkout pad and it calculates all of the stuff. With great accuracy. I'll still check out their store now and then, but it's no longer a must-see store for me anymore. This Uniqlo is the same as almost all the Uniqlo. It is clean, very luminous, and very well organized. The clothes and other accessories sold at Uniqlo are good quality and reasonably priced in most items. However, the prices sometimes are confusing. Make sure you're paying attention at the cashier. Customer service has room to improve. The employees here sometimes are not patient! The in-store pickup works great. I ordered the green plush Doraemon $20 and it was ready for pickup within an hour. The little Doraemon foldable tote bag $10 was pretty cool. They really should do more Japanese anime or video game collaborations. We don't get the Asia exclusives unfortunately. I'm glad Doraemon was in stock. read more

Got here literally as they were opening the doors so I had the entire store to myself - nice! I'm an easy shopper - I know exactly what I want and I don't usually need to try on clothes so I was in and out within 15 minutes. Cleanliness is a big deal to me - I typically don't go into stores where I have to dig through heaps of clothing to find what I want and Uniqlo is the complete opposite - everything is nicely organized by color and size and it's super easy to find what you're looking for. I love the fabrics that they offer in their clothing too - soft and stretchy, which is what I'm all about nowadays. read more

I love Uniqlo. Their simple, solid color of clothing is always my go-to. Price are okay, not very pricey, but definitely not very affordable as well. It's around $$. The location here is just like any other Uniqlo locations. Pandemic enforcement: * Staff wears mask at all time * Hand sanitizers are provided * Huge isolated plexi shelves at the check out area * Staffs do sanitize between every customer during check out Unfortunately, fitting area is closed at the moment, but that's okay considering safety, cleanliness, and most likely due to short staff during this time. Staffs are nice and nothing really to complaint about. Will definitely be back! Hopefully to see more new style of clothing soon! read more

Grand Opening weekend. UNIQLO has just recently opened in Serramonte right across from Victoria's Secret. The store itself is pretty huge compared to the UNIQLO stores in Hillsdale and Stonestown. They even have TV screens in the store promoting their own clothing. Women and men both have a huge selection of clothes on their own side which is awesome. And the clothing selection is bigger here than the other stores. Long lines as people are buying stuff like they're free, LOL, but they have about 5 cashiers so the lines should go fast. If you want to avoid the crowds, I would suggest going after this weekend since they only let a few people in at a time due to the large amount of people wanting to go in. But if you're willing to stick it out, there's a free shirt with any $35 purchase and a free tote bag to the first 500 people. Overall, good addition to Serramonte. And they just opened so some of their clothes are on sale right now which is worth looking at. And hey, gotta get the free tote bags right? Hehe read more

This complaint is regarding the Uniqlo company return policy. The team at Serramonte Uniqlo was friendly and sympathetic to my concern. It is very hard to contact Uniqlo by email. You're forced to use a chat box. I find it unreasonable that returns are only accepted at the location where they were purchased. In my case, to drive 25 miles round trip for a $40 return isn't worth it. They only offer you an exchange and not even store credit. This policy should be made clear at the time of purchase. Keep this in mind when purchasing from Uniqlo. read more

I always come to UNIQLO for pants because of their free hem policy. This fares well for the "short legs" problem. This UNIQLO location has always had staff to do a hem and complete it the same day. That is a plus. Clothes are relatively inexpensive, often with special discount promotions, and have good material. They have cheap t-shirts from Marvel and Star Wars graphic designs and fairly prices for casual wear. The service is good here; staff are friendly. read more

Their employees are very nice! My BF originally bought a pair of pants at the San Mateo uniqlo and told them to cut it to 31" but when he tried them on it ended up way too short. We measured the inseam and it turned out that San Mateo uniqlo cut it to 28"... This was the nearest uniqlo to me (Serramonte) so we went there to exchange the pair of pants. The employees were very nice and courteous about it! Thanks so much my BF was really upset that he spent $30 on a pair of pants that looked odd and short on him and now he's much happier rolling it up now rather than it being too short Also did an online pick up. Which is why I decided to purchase a few tee's here. The pricing is awesome. Reg priced tee was $12.90, and clearance (I lucked out with two!) were at $5.90 a pop. The fabric has a great feel and is extremely washable. Patterns were simple or solids. Hues were bold, but wearable. Size-wise this feels like at least 50% bigger than the one in Stonestown. Does that mean they have more stock? Probably, but just not the size/color I want for one of their jackets. I love Uniqlo. Their clothes are of high quality and because the sizes run on the smaller side, if they run out of women's sizes, I usually can find something similar in the men's sizes! What I like most about Uniqlo is that their clothes are very warm without being bulky. This works out great for this Midwestern girl! My first experience shopping here was okay~ I just walked in not expecting much. If you're not on a budget or come in during sale promotions and expect good quality (casual) clothing, then this is the place for you. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 3 Usually in clothing stores, there are workers that offer to help you, but really don't ask what you're looking for and don't seem and eager to do their job. I experienced that with some of the female coworkers. Though the male coworkers were very attentive. When I was carrying a bunch of my clothes in one arm (usually happens at other clothing places), one guy saw me and quickly went to me and asked if I needed a bag to carry my stuff - which was very convenient. xD When I was by the dressing room, Steven (a different worker) was very friendly and mentioned (a lot) LOL that if I needed something in a different size or a different color, he'd get it. I ended up trying around 20 or so things, so he was very nice about it and kept a sincere smile on his face. When I would awkwardly get out of the dressing room, the female workers who were by there just looked at me without saying anything or asking if I needed anything. So..I felt pretty awkward from that. ACTUAL CLOTHING: 3 PROS: 4 -There's always stores with the "one-size fits all" type of clothing line. Yeah, not for this place though. Though when I went here, I was pleasantly surprised that the clothes fit my shape very well (considering that I'm a medium and that not everything looks good with mine). -The denim jeans/leggings are to die for! Not only is the quality smooth/ looks well made, it was only 22$ a pair! When I tried them on, they were very snug and comfortable, yet they hug your legs the right way. I was lucky enough to get these. Definitely, go buy them! -The material from a majority of the clothing here had higher quality than other stores and was well-manufactured. CONS: 2 -If the clothes aren't on sale, then the prices are really expensive. If they weren't as high, I would have bought more from this place. I really loved this royal blue collared shirt, but unfortunately, I only bought one and returned 2 others because it was around $30 for each one. The jackets were very casual. I really how the parka looked, but it was $44 and the material was so thin :(. If I went outside to wear it on a cold, rainy day, then it would cover me from the rain, but I'd be shivering the whole time. -I wish there was more variety with their clothing - jacket styles (not just different colors), sweaters (more designs), etc. read more

This rating would be about the services they render. I boughta pair of ill fitting pants ( ill fitting coz its too tight in the thighs but the waist is so big) i should have tried them on. So anyway when i get my chance to go there. I tried returning it with the receipt but i didnt have the debut card used,they wont accept it. They said their system wont accept which i find soooo silly.. then i came back the bect week i got off from work and this time the receipt is missing and i got the debit card.
