If the customer isn't responding to you and is actively moving away from you, take that as a sign to give space, not to keep pushing. Really disappointed as we like to occasionally browse here from time to time, now we just get overwhelmed by being followed by the employees. Next time, please respect some people would appreciate being left alone.

I was trying to exchange an item for the exact same item. The reason for the exchange was that the pants I received as a gift were a much shorter fit than the same model I've bought before. I wasn't asking for a refund -- I simply wanted to exchange them for the same style in a normal fit. Because I didn't have the receipt or tag, I was told I couldn't make the exchange. The customer service was poor, and the manager, Raul, was not helpful. Considering how much they charge for their clothing, a much higher level of customer service is expected. I will no longer be shopping at Lululemon and will be taking my business to Alo instead.

An older employee told me about a promotion while ringing up my purchase. After checking out, I grabbed a few more items so I could take advantage of the deal she had mentioned. When the discount didn't appear, I asked her about the promotion, and she responded in a rude tone, saying she had no idea what I was talking about. I understand that people may not remember every interaction, but this happened within just a few minutes of our conversation. The response felt dismissive and unnecessary, and it left a negative impression. I still love Miniso as a brand, but this location has been disappointing compared to others I've visited.

While Gabriela was helping me calculate my total....not for checkout, next minute Chris steps in, takes over and begins rushing through the process and scanning items....sending her away to assist others with shoe sizes. I don't appreciate being rushed when shopping. If I tell you I'm not ready, continuing to scan items anyway shows poor customer service. If you can't stay calm under pressure or multitask effectively, then this may not be the job for you. I wasn't the one who asked to go over my purchases at the register; that's where they had left all my selections even as they were ringing up other customers. His attitude irritated me to the point where I had to step away and collect myself before checking out. All he had to do was stop and place all my choices to on the unused counter space behind him. Smh Unfortunately, we ended up finalizing our purchase with Chris and now I regret it. After spending $500+, I realized once I got home that we didn't even get the damn shoes we originally came for. I am so irritated now. Not only am I disappointed, but now I have a 10-year-old who is upset that he doesn't have the new shoes I promised him for the first day of school tomorrow. This entire experience has left me frustrated and unhappy. I'll be returning everything tomorrow and taking my business elsewhere.
