I went next door to Burlington. I immediately found my size. I tried the shoes on and they fit fine. The price was reasonable. As I was paying, I noticed Loss Prevention staring at me. As soon as I paid, Loss Prevention smiled. I guess there must be a lot of stealing going on at that store, hence, Loss Prevention at the door. The staff was busy, but helpful and advised me they didn't carry laptop bags that he was aware but to check the luggage section, which I did. The area was a mess and he was right, they don't carry any satchels or messenger/laptop bags here. I ended up leaving empty handed but depending on what I was looking for, (the selection of women's and children's clothing was decent and they did have graphic tees at 2 for $24) I might stop here again.

His tone was very rude and just didnt want to help me out at all. He even told me that it didn't matter that it was a gift and it didn't fit. That no one reads the receipts where it clearly says they will accept a exchange at the current price! I won't come back to this place they don't know how to treat customers!
