You know, Taco Casa has solid tacos. A better ratio of beef, sour cream, and cheese versus Taco Bell. Ordered with easy lettuce the only thing that perplexed me was you could not add Guacamole without chips. I mean this is 2025. You can add olives to any dish but not guac? My favorite was the barboca and it was among the best I've had, the pastor was good too. The chiciaron was really flavorful and still good. The tripa was up there too.
