Was coming out of Kroger, walking to my car and this awesome smell caught my nose. It was tacos and they smelled awesome!! I followed my nose and drove across the street and wound up at Don Tacos. With 30+ menu items and several meats and sauces to choose from, I was a heaven!!! I was in a taco mood late and I saw they were open. I got 4 tacos in flower. Al pastor, barbocoa, lengua and chicharon. The Al Pastor were just okay. The lengua was good and the chicharon was great. I got a pineapple aqua frescsa that was just amazing, I might go back for that and a chicharon taco. I do recommend that but just was lacking otherwise. read more

I've eaten from here several times and honestly, it's getting progressively....not good. Today, I ordered a fajita Torta. $8.99 is the cost of just the torta. The bread was good and grilled right. The lettuce, tomato and avocado were fresh, although not plentiful even though I asked for extra lettuce and tomato. The beans were okay. The thing that got me....and this is big....was that this large bolillo roll had about the equivalent of a street taco worth of fajita meat on it. Recently visited Don Taco for the first time . With all the negative reviews, we were apprehensive about choosing to order here . We placed an order to go , although there is a few tables to eat in if needed . Not really conducive to take a large family . The place is rather small . It also has a drive thru . The food was perfect! The sauces were flavorful! Hot and spicy were on point . The Spanish rice is the traditional Mexican rice . The pork Gorditas were delicious. The Chicken Flautas were FuLL of Chicken . We would recommend you be your own Judge ! We almost did not order from here . The prices were reasonable for what we ordered.
