I tried the Doritos Nachos with ground beef (minus the beans) and after the first bite I said, "Okay... I'll be back." The queso, cheese, cilantro, onions, and sour cream drizzle came together perfectly. I also tried the Philly Cheesesteak Burrito with ribeye, melted cheese, grilled onions and peppers, mayo, all toasted in a large flour tortilla. We decided to try this place and what a mistake. This place is a prop. They picked a perfect location to serve this stuff. You can't sell this in Oak Cliff or Dallas and call them nachos. This was one of those night where we were having a couple of drinks in the bishops arts district. Next thing I know I'm on my back, in a tight black dress, in a parking lot with some duct tape trying to fix the under carriage of a civic cause a guy had bottomed out and needed help. We got to cesars around 9:50pm ordered two baked potatoes a carne asada and lone star and two lemonades. Wasn't to terrible busy at this point. An hour passes no food we chalk it to it being busy okay whatever. They give us our food and it's wrong . They gave us queso fries and the carne asada potato. Oh did I mention they are out of lemonade as well. At this point we are annoyed because they have pumped out at least 30 to-go orders and we still don't have our food correctly.And the family that came in and ordered similarly after us have their food already given to them. They take the fries away and give us the one correct potato then tell us we would have to wait ANOTHER hour to get the potato we ordered and paid for. We ended up just asking for a refund they give us the potato and our drink replacement which is the only reason why I am giving two stars. Very disappointing experience if you know wait time is so long at least say hey it'll be a hour.We stay 5 minutes away and could've at least waited at home Instead of sitting in the lobby for over an hour.
