The customer service in this establishment is absolutely terrible. The cashier Taylor Jones was extremely inefficient and the employee Zoey Allen was extremely rude. When I received my order and opened the box, the employee said to me and I quote "you don't need to check your food is right".This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and is unprofessional. read more

Just ate my first burger basket from Wings-N-Rings on a recommendation from a co-worker. Burger and fries are great; prices are even better!!! Meat, bun, and veggies tasted fresh and It appears they pat out and season their own patties. They also offer a student/teacher special for $7.00. Service was fast and friendly. Food tastes good but the service is a miss. If you have the patience to wait 54 mins for your food, go ahead. I called in my order 20 mins before arriving, to then wait 50 mins inside the restaurant for my food. I witnessed other customers place orders and receive their food before mine. After confronting the cashier about this her response was "Sorry, burgers take longer than wings". Not valid excuse especially if the place in line should take priority over the customers order. Very cost friendly. My orders have always been fresh and correct. At times it can be a little crowded but that's to be expected because of the $5 student specials and being close to the high school. It's similar to a mom and pops spot. Different flavors to choose from but Flamming is my favorite. Ask for the student special. It's $5 and you get three tenders (your choice of sauce) fries and roll and a drink. AWFUL service, slow and although we came in at 8:45 PM, at 9:05, they tell us that we can't eat in their dining room because it's closed. Not if you close at 9:30 PM. Then at least 4 people came in there AFTER us and got their food before us. Don't start me on the fact that they were picking up food with no gloves on. The food is great and amazing pricing, but the customer service is just awful. I had an order before many clients and did not receive my food until 1 hour later until every other customer had received their food. Staff did not interact if I had any problems or any compensation for the terrible customer service. Would not recommend if you're looking for a quick meal because it will certainly not be quick. read more

I ordered my food over the phone and when I arrived I was told that my order was given to someone else because they had the same order!! I had to wait another 30 mins for my order to be made, again. ALWAYS made fresh every time I call in an order--I have to wait for my order to cool down at the office. Pro tip: get the 'tarter sauce' instead of the ranch that comes with the chicken strips. I know it sounds odd, but their tarter sauce has a cajun seasoning in it that is really good on the strips! read more

I do not know what the hype is about. You would think a place that has "wings" in their name would have decent wings. I ordered the 10 piece combo (honey bbq and Cajun). When I went to pick up my food I could see into the kitchen. I knew once I saw a bag of frozen chicken wings going straight from the bag to the fryer, I should have walked out. Every thing about these wings were just gross. The Cajun wings was nothing but extra seasoning salt. And the bread that came with it brought back memories of a school cafeteria lunch. One bite and I wanted to throw-up. The wings were COVERED in breading, I felt like I was eating corn bread. I chunked this whole to-go box in the trash. I hear the catfish is good but I'm scared to go back. The dining room is NOTHING fancy- which would be more acceptable if the food was worth it. From the looks of it, I'll never be back. The thought of these wings now are making me nauseated. I was so disappointed in myself this day for not choosing Wing Stop. :( read more
