Chapps has good customer service every time I present myself and the size of the burgers have some weight to it. You can choose your own burger or pick from Cahoos favorites like the Bacon Cheeseburger, Mushroom Cheeseburger, or Jalapeño Cheeseburger. They also have salads and kids meals to add variety to their menu. There is plenty of seating here and it's never really busy during the weekend . Good location and good burgers! read more

Overall, food was tasty , customer service was great. The wait time was a little long however, the food was fresh so it's understandable. The burgers were better than the chicken sandwiches in my opinion. The grilled chicken breast have a sweetness to them that seemed a little offputting so I couldn't finish the last quarter of my sandwich lol. Now the burgers were really good, Toppings were great and fresh, beef was juicy and flavorful. My friend and I were craving burgers and decided to stop by this spot. They weren't too busy when we arrived and you order at the front (they'll bring the food to your seat). The employee taking our order had terrible customer service. Not only did he rush us through the ordering process (we've never been) but his energy was flat and dry (seemed as if he didn't want to be there). First impressions are everything and he ruined it for this spot! It also was hot in the restaurant (unsure what that was about). I ordered a "make your own" burger and picked turkey with my selected toppings with a side of fries. My friend ordered the jalapeño cheese burger added a fried egg with a side of onion rings (and by side he only received about 5 rings). The food came out timely and we both agreed it was just ok. I went with the create my own burger option and at no time stated that I wanted bacon on my burger. I don't eat pork. It was presented to me with bacon and I immediately requested a remake. The kitchen was in plain sight so from our table we watched the worker hesitate throwing the veggies away. I think the bacon was saved, but there was no hesitation in the worker putting the burger patty back on the grill. I was quickly served another burger, but could not accept it due to seeing the same burger go back on the grill. Unacceptable is an understatement. Hopefully it didn't go to anyone else either. The server really seemed clueless in navigating that situation. I tried to get his attention from the kitchen before the second burger came out but it was impossible. Unfortunately, he just wanted to take the burger both times and run. He refunded me $23 and while I sat there with no food, the "old" smell of the restaurant never went away, I noticed the walls are dirty, the floor is dirty, and sticky and there were cases of frozen sweet potato fries in the ice cream scoop freezer located in the dining area. Like those videos you see on the internet when they squeeze the burger and a quart of oil seeps out. We had to replace the buns on all our burgers and even then the grease was everywhere. A Darn good Burger & it's not even "A Hole in the Wall" So glad this little jewel has came to my area. Sometimes I have to travel far to get me a good ole juicy burger. Now all of the food here is made to order. I had "The 1984" it had all the fixins that I enjoy... My husband enjoyed "The Knockout" But we both Loved "The Works" such a delicious delight of fries made with Bacon & cheese. The staff was very friendly and it was nice and clean at this establishment. I will definitely be back for more... They have different choices of meats. You can choose between beef, chicken, & Turkey. I will have to try them all of course... Which means I will be back! Now they are a little higher than what I would have expected. On a diet so I've been frequently eating lettuce burgers from here. Almost every single time the cheese on the burger is not even melted AT ALL. If the burger patty is being freshly prepared on the griddle then how in the world is the cheese "out of the refrigerator" cold. Also, I have continuously asked them to cook my patty medium and every single time it comes out looking the exact same. I'm starting to think that they cook up some patties early in the morning and zap them quickly when someone orders. Came in on a Sunday and it was not crowded. The few tables there were served shortly after we ordered. A coupe of orders were picked up as well. We waited 40 minutes and no food. When I asked about our order I was told it was being worked on. I asked how much longer and was told 10-15 minutes. We left without getting any food. They have booth seating along the walls and table seating for four to a table. The young lady at the desk was very nice and greeted us. I got the 1984 burger( $8 bucks and some change). it had avocado, bacon, jalapenos, cheese, and a beef patty. I had Cajun fires as my side, no drink. It was bomb I didn't even finish it all it was a nice big burger. and the fries were great and they leave the skin on which I LOVE !!! My boyfriend got the Cajun chicken sandwich($ 7 bucks and some change) w/ Cajun fries no drink he said it was good as well.
