First time having Arby's in a couple years. Placed an online order tonight and picked up in the drive thru. Staff was super friendly and quick even though I showed up early. Got home, and the food was on point. Everything was fresh and hot. Great staff (at least at 8pm on 10/1/25), great food. Hands down will definitely return. Love seeing people enjoying their work! Ordered 2 turkey ranch bacon sandwiche meals. The fries were good and hot. The sandwiches were missing the bacon and the Ranch Dressing tasted more like watered down mayo....did I mention the bacon was missing? The drinks tasted like carbonated water. It has been years since I have purchased anything from Arby's but this was the worse purchase I have made. I know that they knew what the order was because I ordered it as 2 turkey bacon ranch sandwiches and the young man told me it's number in the board. Did not go inside so I can not speak on the ambiance. It was too much trouble to go back. NOT Sure IF I Ever will go back . I suggest you go to Popeyes . Their food has always been as I ordered. Just left Arby's. The fries were hard and cold. The roast beef sandwiches were sloppily made and they were also cold. The staff at the drive through were not friendly at all. Wd had to sit in the drive though for a while before they even took our order. Several cars behind us just backed up and left (guess we should have as well). I don't know what happened tonight but we will not be going back to this store. read more

I decided to check out the new Arby's fish sandwich tonight. It was 9:12 so I checked online to be sure the location on West Wheatland was open. Online said it was open until 10 PM. Drove there, arrived at 9:29 and got behind a woman in the drive-thru. We both waited and no one responded. She drove away and I pulled up. An automated voice said "Welcome," but no one else came on. I drove around the restaurant and it was clear it was empty. I was EXTREMELY annoyed that I had wasted a trip. Went to a nearby Schlotsky's and won't be returning to Arby's. read more

It took me 24 years and a move to Texas to finally try Arby's for the first time, glad it was this one, fast food places can be awful experiences. Everything was really clean and the staff was friendly. I had their Angus Three cheese & Bacon sandwich and it was great! Food is great and fresh but staff unprofessional. Had to wait 15 minutes fir someone to take order. Would of left but daughter wanted Arby's. The bad part is employees have back to customers they do not acknowledge you are there waiting If they work fir the drive thru that's ok but let other person know they have customers and person making food makes and throws food into tray. The first thing that happened during my 40 minute drive thru visit was that I had to repeat myself 4 times to the employee due to a faulty speaker box. I paid for my food and then was informed that they were out of roast beef. So because I had ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches I asked for 1 chicken and 2 turkey. After 5 minutes of waiting I was asked to park off the the side because the chicken had to cook. After 15 minutes I was ready to go in when the employee brought my child's meal and 3 out of 4 sandwiches and no fries. I had to go in and get my fries and ask about my chicken sandwich. I was offered no apologies or explication. Last week when visiting this same location I witnessed employees cursing in the dining room in front of customers and they called for Carlos instead of Carol and Carol was clearly on my ticket. The customer service and management at this location is poor at best. I will no longer be visiting this particular location in the future as every time I visit something ridiculous occurs with today being by far the worst experience. read more

I eat here a lot on my lunch breaks and this location consistently has the best service I've every received at a fast food chain. The manager Steve is incredible! He gets to know his customers like you would expect to see in a small town not a huge metropolis. Not sure if he still works here but if you see him tell him Mike says hi and the baby is doing good. Long story short they didn't give us our complete order and while I know and understand things like that happen what pissed me off was the so called "customer service". Once we got home and realized we were missing my sandwich I called the restaurant and the girl Viviana that answered the phone was a complete disgrace to the restaurant not to mention RUDE and completely CLUELESS. First I had to repeat what sandwich was missing THREE TIMES before she could even begin to "help me" and all I got from her was a "well there's not much we can do about it" "you can come back IF you want" which I know is obviously all I can do about it, but they just need to be better about it. This place is real nice inside. The interior is pleasant. The cashier was sweet and the food is fresh. I order the Reuben and hubby had some kind of Italian sub. We sample each other food and I must say delicious. Both sandwiches got the flavor. YUM! We ordered onion rings and OMG they are huge freshly cooked hot and just as yummy. I am so glad this Arby still exist. I was heart broken with the one in Cedar Hill closing down. Waxhahachie no longer have their Arby's either and I am for one that love Arby sandwiches. The cashier will repeat the order to you but not ring it up right, then the manager wants to get an attitude, saying "that's not the way you ordered it. EXCUSE ME? I KNOW what I ordered.
