It took a time for the wait, probably because of the Super Bowl. The bread is stale and the floors was filthy behind the counter.

Owner/operator - review the cameras 2/7/26 from 11:00-12:45pm. Team Lead/Manager on duty was cursing and yelling at employees. We Waited over an hour for our sandwiches. We asked if our sandwiches were on the line and the team lead/manager on duty confirmed they were. Then packed it for another customer that came in after us. We mentioned that this is unacceptable and unsatisfactory and asked for a refund, she said she can't do anything for us and began to ignore us went to the back and refused to give her name. Hello Jersey Mike's Managers and higher up. I think the new change in a Customer not being able to order a sandwich and substitute one type of meat for another is crazy. If I am allergic to that meat are just don't want it you mean to tell me I have no choice but to get it they way you all make it? This was the worst idea of Jersey mike's history not to mention the few point you get when order these $50.00 sandwiches. This Jersey Mike's isn't about the ambiance. I'm not sure any of them are. We've been to at least 5 in the Metroplex and honestly, they keep getting tinier. Perhaps it's all takeout these days. It does not matter! The Jersey Mike Sandwich is superb! This one in Cedar Hill is as good as any and my husband just loves the chicken cheesesteaks. I go for a rotation of cold sandwiches that are all equally good. They'll make you a salad if that's what you want, too! Service has always been friendly and helpful and there's plenty of on site parking. read more

I called about an issue with an online order. Whomever answered was very rude and unprofessional. It was obvious that that this young woman didn't want to help me. Her manner of speaking and general handling of the call were impatient and abrupt. She was clearly trying to rush me off the phone. I understand being busy and having to put up with crappy customers (there are MANY of these in Cedar Hill!) but I wasn't making her job difficult. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have. This was my first experience with Jersey Mike's and will definitely be the last time I spend money at this location. EDIT: I am definitely done with this location. The owner asked me to call and discuss what happened, and since I try to be fair to people, I did call. I have no idea who answered, as he didn't identify himself, but trying to discuss it was extremely difficult. The last three times I have come my sandwich has been incorrect. I just ordered a sandwich today with American cheese, provolone cheese, grilled onions, fresh onions, Mike's way minus lettuce tomatoes for some reason the cook can never get it right, the rest of the staff is great, but I didn't get what I paid for so I threw the sandwich in the trash right at the store. I am really disappointed in the cedar hill location and will start driving again to the other side of town to get a proper sandwich. read more

I went to cedar hill location saturday,4-29 My wife and myself where going to pick up a sub,chip and beverages and going to park for lunch.when she went in to order she told employee she wanted a sub but toasted,as she was ordering the employee who as she was notified makes the toasted subs had just gone on break.She had to wait until he came back from break to get sub.So they only have 1 person per shift that can make a toasted sub,no cross training....very disappointing. read more

I have never in my life met a "manager" of a business that was so unprofessional and volatile as KyLeigh Freeman. Her father Cory Freeman is the franchise owner. She came into my office screaming, cussing me out and calling me names because my car door accidentally hit her car. She caused me severe emotional and mental distress and chest pains from her vicious verbal attack. You would think she would be aware of her actions since she's not only representing Jersey Mike's, but this store and her father who is the owner. I'm giving this place 3 stars I really like jersey mikes nothing was wrong with my sandwich at all . One thing I can say is whoever is the manager or shift lead they could of maintain the staff a little better .I get they just open and maybe the staff is new at everything . Being a Former store operator for Jersey Mikes I always have very high expectations when visiting a location! I placed a last min Catering order that was placed on Friday and arrived Saturday. There were no errors my hot subs were still warm! Wasn't impressed with this location. The other sub store in Cedar Hill is much better. The girl, who I think may have been the manager seemed kind of rude. After reading the reviews on here, I can see where she gets away with her bad attitude because her Daddy owns the store.
